Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome! I have a slight fear of heights but Will did an awesome job keeping us laughing and Niko kept it calm and cool as a cucumber. Just FYI, the leather patches on the gloves work better than some car breaks, so take their word for it or you'll be feeling it in the morning

Positive experience: Enjoyable time and the guides were very nice and funny. We had Daly and Kora (not sure how to spell) as guides. Came in expecting to be above the trees, was slightly disappointed, but the length of the experience (lots of lines) and funny commentary from the guides made up for it. Would come again!

Fantastic experience: Kody and Richard were fantastic. Richard kept us laughing the whole way through the course and Kody provided lots of great historical information. Both were well trained and made us feel incredibly safe in their care. I highly recommend Wildwater for your ziplining adventures!

Fantastic experience: My dad and I came here to Zipline and honestly had such a great time! The first time we came there was lightning and we had to get down but will and Regan were awesome ! Everyone was super kind and helpful and made it a good experience! My dad and I came back the next day to Zipline (hopefully no lightning this time) with guides Ben and cora, who were also super fun!! We got to Zipline the whole course and I'll definitely come back when we are in town in the future :)

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic time ziplining today at Wildwater. This was the first time for my daughter and my friend from out of town. Cora and Will were THE BEST guides! Both were genuine and funny, and most importantly made everyone feel comfortable and safe. They were very clear with their instructions and patient. Everyone was nervous to zipline in the first place, but by the end were talking about doing it again and bringing more family and friends to Wildwater. Two weeks ago our family went white water rafting at the NOC. Honestly, because everyone had such a great experience with Cora and Will, we are going to Wildwater for ALL future Nantahala adventures. Thanks so much....such great memories!

Fantastic experience: Here for a vacation- saw the tour sign on the way to our destination. Called in to check availability and headed there right after! We went during the rain and it was all the more magical! Props to our trooper tour guides bringing us out in the rain- Daly and Leaf- they were so so fun! The course was perfect for beginners with all the same thrills as advanced zips- beautiful view over the mountains (we could even see the railroad!). There was even a twin set to go down with a buddy! Definitely coming back!

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I have a fear of heights so I was nervous going in. We did the train and zip package. We were picked in a little bus by Jessie who immediately had us cracking up and loosened all of our tension with his hilarious jokes!!! As soon as we met Ellie, Leaf, Regan, Tabitha, and Niko we knew we were in good hands. They made us laugh, relax, talk to other members of the group, but above all, it was clear that safety was highest priority of all. I will definitely be back. We loved our trip and these rangers. Fantastic experience: Ziplining was on my bucket list so I booked a canopy tour for 2 of my retired friends and I not knowing the difference between zipline and canopy tour at the time! Luckily, thanks to our awesome guides, Richard and Ellie, I had the most exhilarating experience and absolutely loved it! Richard and Ellie explained everything and started with a practice run first plus advice and helpful hints along the way. Flying through the trees during fall leaf season plus the mountain views on one of the platforms was breathtaking!. Thank you so much for your patience and humor to add to this wonderful trip! I'll be going again.

Fantastic experience: Our group of 6 had the BEST time zip lining with our guides, Drew & Nate. The facility staff answered my questions and booked our tour with ease. Easy to find and a very short drive from Bryson City (maybe 10 mins from downtown). The facility & restrooms were very clean. We did 11 zip line runs during peak leaf season which was gorgeous!! The views from some of the platforms was equally breathtaking. Nate & Drew were patient and FUN!! They took great care to explain safety protocol and guide us / answer questions along the way. Made for a wonderful family outing and I highly recommend them. They even recommended a great lunch spot in town, the Rice Wagon, which also happened to be the best meal we enjoyed during our 3 day stay in the area. Thank Nate & Drew - you guys are awesome!!

Fantastic experience: As it was my first time ziplining, I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff, Ellie and Skippy, were patient, friendly, and reassuring. They made the experience fun, enjoyable, and awesome. I would definitely recommend coming and trying it for yourself. Whether you're a beginner or if you have experience. The views are breathtaking, especially during the fall with all of the colorful foliage.

Fantastic experience: Okay so I didn't love it per se, I have a fear of heights and I was scared witless most of the time, but our guides were so patient and reassuring. I could have walked out saying "never again" and thanks to them it's a resounding "maybe".

My parents have been vacationing here for years and didn’t know this existed. It was such a great experience I’ve been missing out on!! My boyfriend and I will definitely be back! Next year we’ll do the rafting tours & request the same guides, maybe I’ll even get my parents to do it with us. Thank you guys for a great time!! 1000/10, everyone should try it.

Fantastic experience: very fun the last zip line was my fav it was very long and on the the highest point you can see the smokey mountains and grand father mountain they also have a kid zip line area for like 5 to 9 year olds the only thing i did not like was the bath rooms had baby spiders and not so very clean staff were nice you need to weigh under 250 pounds to get on so yeah very fun!!!!!!

Positive experience: We had a nice time on the zip line. Just wanted to say, though, that the information says you’ll see stunning views of Clingmans Dome & Fontana lake. Vegetation has grown so the views are not quite as they say. We had 7 people in our group so it ran 2 hours which we liked (as opposed to the 3 hours in the info). Overall, it was fun.

This was our first time having to hand brake on a zipline course, and my daughter was a little nervous about it, but Ricky and Ellie explained everything very clearly and we had a blast! Fantastic experience: My husband and I booked a canopy zip line tour there TODAY. Our guides were Colson and Robbie. WE HAD A BLAST YALL!!! Not only was the scenery amazing but our tour guides were the best. Robbie and Colson made sure that we were safe, learned proper zip lining techniques, and wanted to make sure that we had fun. They were very knowledgeable about the area and its history which made the tour even better. Robbie and Colson also had a great sense of humor. I was a little bit nervous since this was my first time zip lining, but those guys were funny and made me feel more at ease. The next time we come, we want Robbie and Colson for our guides!
