Fantastic experience: Was on the phone with AAA for over an hour just trying to get to someone who could help me. Finally tried the people here, and they got me help. AAA needs to get its act together, overall, but the people at this office knew what they were doing and finally got me to a solution.

Positive experience: Got international driving permit quickly and easily. Bring two pictures and fill out the form before you arrive and you’ll sail through.

Fantastic experience: Wasn’t planning to review this when I went in but the service was so amazing I think it deserves the recognition! We filled out the paperwork for tsa pre check online and scheduled an appointment ahead of time (I believe walk ins are also available). We found out you need to be a AAA member to get the pre check but you could sign up for a $2.50/month fee and cancel at anytime so it wasn’t a terrible price. We were in and out within 20 minutes and the two people we worked with directly were fantastic! Definitely worth it!

Fantastic experience: We had absolutely the best customer experience we FM got in a long time. My wife and I went for an international driving permit and the place of full of people waiting to be served. The whole team in the office was efficient, courteous and even offered suggestions regarding our trip, thanked us for being AAA member for many years and got us out in less than 25 mins including taking our passport size pictures. I did not even tell them that we were AAA members. Hats off to the entire team.!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to get new plates, register my car for the first time, and get my title transferred from the previous owner. I was so nervous and even though I had the paperwork for weeks, I kept delaying going to the dmv because I was sure I didn't have what I needed and that it would be a nightmare. This place was the answer to my prayers. They called me the day before to confirm the appointment I made (which of course I was going to reschedule) and when I asked a few basic questions they patiently answered each and every one of my questions and this reassured me so much that I decided to keep the appointment the next day, now that I knew I had all the forms I needed. The actual visit went so well. They were again so kind and patient with me and I didnt feel judged for asking questions or showing when I was really struggling to process something. In the end, I switched out my plates in their parking lot with my new ones, something I wasn't sure I could even do, and I came back in and they seemed as pumped as I was that I had successfully changed the plates and accomplished everything I'd set out to that day. I drove away feeling so grateful and even a lil teary because of how kind and sweet and genuinely helpful everyone was to me here. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. Go here!!!!

Fantastic experience: Arrived 1 hour early for my DMV appt and the team at this location exceeded my expectations. They were professional and friendly while explaining their procedure to me. I had questions and they were patient and knowledgeable. They worked with me while keeping to their policy. This was the first time in a long time that I was cared for by customer service agents. The office was clean, organized and well lit (yes, this makes a difference when you walk into a place of business). Dana and her team, Joy, Jayshon and Sean were nothing short of fantastic! Talk about finding that perfect balance of professionalism and friendly nature. I would want to work with this team! Great job and thank you for making my day.

Negative experience: Long hold times. No servicing on existing policies. Several representatives are not competent and not pleasant. Supervisors may or may not return calls. I am changing insurance broker as I am very disappointed about the quality of service.

Negative experience: Called 8 times to only have the phone answered and then hung up on me the 9th time was almost closing at 4:45pm I stayed on hold until 5:40 but just gave up. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me this AAA reputation for not answering the phone is spot on with horrible service

Fantastic experience: The people here are extremely helpful. Book appointments during the week and you’ll be in and out quickly. The people here will do everything in their power to make your experience as quick and easy as possible. Definitely much better than going to the DMW.

Negative experience: If I can give this place 0 stars I would. From both managers they don't look like they know what they're doing when it comes to DMV.Calling another DMV place to see if they're doing things correctly shows lack of knowledge and professionalism. Also how they treat their peers as if they're dumb is so dehumanizing These ladies need to know the ins and out of DMV or or DNT even do state work.! will be telling people to cancel their AAA membership and to avoid this place at all costs!

Fantastic experience: AAAYonkers is great. Very helpful staff, clean. They can do alot of DMV transactions there, so it's very helpful, saves you a trip to DMV. you do have to be a member to use thier services though. I was there to finalize my vacation plans Osvaldo was wonderful, gave great advice and took care of all our reservations. You can also get your passport photos taken there for free. It pays to be a member....and don't forget if you break down with your vehicle help is only a phone call away. I've been a member since 1982 ...

Negative experience: As is so often the case these days, there is no way to actually speak with a human being on the phone to simply verify that they are in fact open when they claim they are. Lame customer service

Fantastic experience: I had no idea DMV services could be so pleasant. The staff were all kind and knowledgeable. My spouse and I were able to get our licenses renewed and upgraded in a fraction of the time the DMV would take, and on a Saturday no less! We even got a passport photo and mail in application. It's a good reminder to take advantage of our AAA membership for more than just roadside support.

Fantastic experience: I had some technical issues and was running late to my appointment but when I called to let them know, they offered solutions and helped me get what I needed. They also waited for me and got me my new license very quickly upon arrival. I apologize if I'm spelling her name wrong but Allulu was the main person that assisted me from the phone to the office and I really appreciate how seamless she made this process for me. thanks again!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience. The 3 laddies there were all very helpful and patient with me as I didn’t have all my forms in order. I would recommend using them if u are a AAA member. Process was like going to day spa compared to typical DMV visitors. Claudia, Anuli, & Daina we’re all rock stars and made the day !!!

Negative experience: I called left a message and I'm waiting for 2 weeks for an answer back

Negative experience: Called ahead of time using the AAA 800 number and confirmed the store was open during my visiting hours. Drove 50 minutes (with stupid Hutch traffic) only to find that the store should be open but was not. "Temporarily closed" sign on the door. Cut my losses and went to the Whitestone AAA location and it was the best idea ever. Whitestone is my new location of choice.

Fantastic experience: I was so surprised at how easy it was to get my enhanced license. In motor vehicle it took up to 4 hours to do anything! To go to triple A was a total blessing. Thirty five mins for license, change of address and voters registration. The ladies were friendly and professional. This experience was so great I still can't believe how easy it was.

Positive experience: Worst service ever. Kept getting transferred from one idiot to the next for over 2 hours. Never received a confirmation email from rep, I also paid for the 75$ same day activation. Claims they don’t have my last name on file. Jadwiga How ever came to the rescue, finding out the first unqualified rep misspelled My last name and email. Therefore not able to find any of my information in the system

Fantastic experience: Best DMV renewal visit ever! If you're a AAA member, make sure you skip the lines and headaches that accompany visiting a state-run DMV office. This AAA location can accommodate certain DMV transactions by appointment. I made my appointment online the day before. The process is exquisitely streamlined, and took all of 20 minutes! I went in to renew my license and upgrade to an enhanced license. I had my picture taken, vision tested and registered to vote in 20 minutes from start to finish. If you've ever visited a regular DMV office you already know that my experience is unheard of! The staff of 4 is phenomenal! Everyone worked together, and were friendly, helpful, nice, humorous, and professional! I'm so very pleased with this DMV experience that I plan to never visit a regular DMV office ever again. Why can't every aspect of life be this easy?!
