Fantastic experience: We recently returned from an unforgettable trip to London in Paris, and we owe much of our experience to our fantastic travel advisor, Araceli. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Our stay at the Claremont Charing Cross in London was amazing. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive. We love the fact that major landmarks like Covent Garden, the London eye, and the British Museum were all within walking distance. In Paris, we stayed at hotel Luison a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the sixth arrondissment. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helped us navigate the city with great tips on where to eat and what to see. Overall, our trip was a dream come true and I cannot recommend Araceli enough. Her attention to detail made everything seamless from hotel recommendations to a potential list of activities. Fantastic experience: This was my second time traveling with our agent Araceli and it was AMAZING. The resort(Valentin Imperial) had beautiful architecture, a bar on almost every corner, friendly staff, and just overall spectacular vibes. We were unfortunately there for hurricane Baryle, but the resort made sure we were safe, dropped off delicious food including dessert to all our rooms so we didn’t have to go out during the storm and kept us informed the whole time. Our Agent Araceli called around the following day to help us find things to do once the storm past, fortunately everyone in the area was safe and sound 11/10 experience

Fantastic experience: We went to Jamaica Riu Club Negril at the end of February. The agent was great and very helpful in providing various options, including the one we purchased. The resort was relatively small, but very convenient. The beach was very nice and clean. Our room was very good and so was the food. We would certainly want to comeback to this resort again.

Negative experience: Called in to ask questions about medical insurance for a trip and the person that picked up the phone wasn't interested in even talking about any of our questions. Never, ever, talked to anyone in the travel business that has been uninterested in helping and making a sale. Booked two trips to Hawaii through other travel agents. She truly makes you feel like you are her only client throughout the entire process. We had about 120 people coming to our Cabo wedding and even had to switch resorts, visitors coming from all different states and even Europe. She was calm, and kept the bride and groom calm! Negative experience: They are happy to take your money but if anything goes wrong it will be your obligation to try and jump through hoops to get a refund. Only to find out they put everything on FUNJETS credit card. They are a third party with bad advice and worse customer service. Take my advice and do some Google research and book your own trip. One star is too many in my opinion! In response to Steve, he has proven my point not to choose them as he is clearly a liar. If he received no money for his services he would be a poor businessman. And yes I got MY money back after months of going back and forth with the airlines to find out i may or may not receive a refund, which was very upsetting. Also notice that he does not deny being a middle man for Funjet.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Steve through one of my husband's business affiliations. He helped us plan a fabulous family vacation to Maui with our adult kids, their significant others and our two grandchildren. He was helpful and responsive. Mahalo, Steve!
Negative experience: These guys are not travel agents they are a middle man that will sell your trip to the lowest bidder. They take your money and a very good at booking your vacation but if anything goes wrong (canceled flight) they do nothing. We had bought insurance and they did nothing to help us get our money back and after 4 weeks of speeking with airlines the refund went back to them. We spoke to the tickets confirmed several times and they never mentioned that we would not get the money but just let us do all the work. The vacation they booked was to a so called 4 star resort that had horrible food and was very damaged from past hurricans. I can go on for days about the horrible service or lack there of.

The travel insurance you opted for provided coverage for a travel credit, not a cash refund, which is a policy determined by the insurance provider and not by our agency. We understand that receiving a travel credit instead of a cash refund was not your preference, however, this was based on the specific terms of the insurance policy you selected. Fantastic experience: Steve was my wedding planner for my destination wedding in Mexico. Steve made the wedding planning seamless he was always will to answer any of my questions and concerns. On my wedding day it rained and Steve was in Mexico on site and made plan B happen quickly and smoothly which made me stress much less. If you are having a destination wedding I would suggest going with ticket confirmed travel agency but bring your planner on site to the destination.
