Hotel gave us a different room then what we had booked, called Ali and got the room sorted out within an hour. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: No matter how hard they try the will never be able to bury the situation. THESE PPL ARE ALL NICE WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY AFTER THAT FORGET ABOUT IT. Read this over and over. “THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR HELP CLIENTS AFTER THEY TAKE THE MONEY. My father was traveling and I needed them to let the flight company know that he is a cancer patient and diabetic. So they can have the proper meals and times set up. But no one in there right mind will think that if you call your travel agency for 1 week stirght and no one will get back to you. Pathetic, please look at the negative reviews for this place everyone says one thing. They don’t answer after they take your money and that’s true. I will never use them again. They should be sued for customer avoidance. I have already filed a case with the Better business bureau. I can’t wait to see them be held accountable for their actions.

Negative experience: Does anyone check their phones? You claim to be available 24/7. You made a reservation for us in Mecca at the Swiss hotel. They're not letting us check in because you failed to make the payment and they're now asking us to make the payment in full. How about bother to respond so you're not leaving clients traveling for umrah through your agency stranded.

Fantastic experience: I was blessed with the opportunity of Hajj this year. As every Muslim knows, Hajj is a very expensive trip especially when you have to travel with the family. I had few options to buy tickets but all of them seemed quite expensive. I contacted Mr. Iqbal of MI Travel and asked him if they offered Hajj packages. He said yes they do. He was very helpful and discussed various Hajj packages with me. His prices were reasonable compared to the market. We decided to go with them and started the process. I was introduced to Bilal the oldest son of Mr. Iqbal. At first look I was kind of surprised that this young man will be handling such a big project because I knew that there will be several other people who will be traveling. I was very impressed with the smartness of Bilal. This young man is smart and respectful beyond his age. He guided us through every step of the journey. He visited with the group to Saudi Arabia. He makes sure that all our needs were fulfilled. I am really satisfied with the services that I received and will highly recommend to everyone because I became a customer for life. Fantastic experience: Bilal setup our umrah trip and it went really well. Overall price was good, Visa process was smooth, transportation was in private vehicles, hotel reservations were correct, and the airline travel was as expected. He even texted us when we landed in Medina and during other key dates of the trip which was a pretty nice touch. Only room for improvement is he seems really busy at times and can be hard to get a hold of. However, once you get a hold of him he's pretty responsive... even at insane hours by Central Time zone standards.

Fantastic experience: My booking for umrah in the month of March 2019 was a very smooth process. I was able to book a package that held great hotels in both madinah and Makkah, with a decently good price. (Also to mention we booked plane tickets to Dubai afterwards). Bilal (our agent) was actually a big highlight when it comes to booking with this agency. He was able to help with all of my questions and concerns when it comes to booking. My only issue with this entire trip was one of the drivers (1 out of 4) was a bit rude and he drove like a crazy person. Other than that, it was a beautiful trip, with a hotel that was right outside both masjids. I definitely recommend this group, and Bilal as your agent.
