Fantastic experience: This was the first place I went to go wedding dress shopping and I am so glad it was. It was such a special experience with it just being me and those I brought there for the appointment. I love that they are by appointment only because Cheron truly did prepare for the appointment specifically for me; picking dresses, styles, materials, and sizes that she thought would be best. I would highly recommend Cheron's Bridal!

Fantastic experience: Cheron answered our request for an appointment quickly and when we explained our delima of needing a dress in two weeks, she listened and helped us find a perfect dress for our sweet sixteen party. She took it with her while we decided and met us the next morning with the dress we chose. She has excellent customer service!

Fantastic experience: Cheron is amazing! She makes the brides experience like no other. Don’t go to the big stores, go see her for an amazing more intimate experience. She knows her stuff.

Negative experience: If I could leave lower than 1 star I would. My fiancée and I made an appointment to go look at a dress I had found online and fell in love with. They showed they had one left in store and it just happened to be in my size I needed. We went to our appointment where we had to wait like 45 minutes for her to be done with someone else and then told it's a friend of hers. I tried the dress on and ended up putting the first payment down. I was told Noone would even be able to look at the dress. We had a family emergency come up and I contacted them to see about canceling the dress, I was told that they would postpone payments for 90 days and then we would resume. 2 weeks before we were to resume payments I went on their website to send a message(since they never answer the phone) to let them know wr were gonna resume payments and I wanted to try the dress on again well to my surprise there was my dress listed available and saying last onein store and same size and for almost $500 less. This broke my heart and ruined this dress for me. I contacted them to be told the website put it back on there and then when I questioned this I got another message saying it was never removed. I was reminded of contract. They broke the contract by allowing my dress to be available. I tried to reason with them and ask them to refund at least half the money we put down and thy refused even though they are not loosing anything but they hide behind a keyboard and have ruined my dream dress for me. I just don't get where their humanity is. It is sad that money means more to them.

Fantastic experience: Cheron was absolutely Amazing She picked out some of the most beautiful dresses for me to try on and they fit I highly recommend this place, especially for mothers of the bride I had an emergency and my dress wouldn’t be done in time so she opened her shop so I could come in and I found a dress 12 days before my daughters wedding So very happy they had so much to choose from Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Cheron was incredible! We went to try on dresses and she was so attentive and helpful. It was my first time ever trying on bridesmaid dresses and the experience was perfect. She was very accommodating and bent over backwards to help us come to the perfect decision. Cheron was so kind, and we never felt rushed at all. And for all you plus sized girlies, she made you feel so welcome and was completely nonjudgmental, and so so sweet. I would highly recommend her to anybody that is looking for a dress for a special event, be it a wedding or prom or anything! I would give her ten stars if I could.

Fantastic experience: Cheron’s is the place for Mother of the Bride dresses!! This was my first time ever looking for a MOB dress, and Cheron was so kind and patient!! I don’t live in Chattanooga, but my daughter does. I went for a weekend just thinking I would try some things on to see what style I wanted. My daughter messaged Cheron at lunch that day, and it just so happened she had a cancellation. She does private appointments, so we had her full attention. I had NO idea what I wanted, so she helped me narrow it down, and I actually purchased my dress that day, which I had no intention of doing! It was ordered, and I picked it up yesterday. Highly recommend using Cheron for your MOB/MOG needs!!!

Fantastic experience: We had the best experience shopping for my daughter’s prom dress. The owner was so accommodating, super nice and helpful! I loved the fact that with making an appointment we had the store and the owner all to ourselves which definitely was refreshing. She knew exactly what dresses to pick for my daughter and we literally walked out of there in 30 minutes with a dress my daughter is in love with! We will be going back to Cheron’s for any and all events she may be needing a formal dress for.

Fantastic experience: Cheron is such a kind person. She was a life saver when my teenage son told me he had to have a bow tie for the Military Ball, two days before. We ran all over town and couldn’t find anything. I remembered All Dressed Up and decided to run in. She had me in and out, with a bow tie to rent. Cheron even gave me her phone number in order to communicate when she’d be back in town. She was so sweet when I went to return it, and asked if my son had a good time. We chatted for a few minutes before I left. I can really tell she loves what she does, and I will be bringing my son & daughter there when Prom time comes in a couple years!

I am from the Knoxville area and I had went to all wedding dress stores in Maryville, Sevierville, and Knoxville area. If there was one close, I went to it. I couldn't find my 10 dress. So, my mother and I started making reservations for Chattanooga area. Cheron's was the 2nd or 3rd stop of the day. We walked in and it was a very intimate location. What put this location out above all others I had visited was Cheron's reading of me. I was looking at hanging dresses and she asked what dresses I liked but she told me to humor her and talk to her for a bit so she could get to know me personally a bit better. After talking she picked two dresses but told me to try one in particular on first. I chose the first dress she told me to try on. It wasn't something I would have went for initially, but it was my 10. After trying on well over 50 dresses, it was amazing she picked one for me to try and it wad my dress. She has a gift!

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin?! Cheron was brilliant. I went to several places, and although most associates were polite and nice Cheron went above and beyond. The moment you walk in she makes you feel special. She has seen hundreds upon hundreds of brides/prom shoppers, and that shows in her skills, but you feel like you are the most beautiful person to ever walk in her shop because she builds your confidence with her words, and overall demeanor. As for the dresses, the variety was wonderful and she was able to really choose dresses that fit me both size, style, and budget. I can't brag enough, and will undoubtedly inform anyone and everyone how wonderful she and her shop is!

This was my first appointment with a shop and In my head I planned to visit many others. I WAS WRONG.. who knew I would find my dress on day 1 of the hunt! Cheron was absolutely an angel. Negative experience: Scheduled a Bridal Appointment online, never received a confirmation email. Called the shop and they weren’t taking calls, texted the number on the website to double check and got no response.With her rather unprofessional response below, If Cheron didn’t want honest reviews she should take down her page on google ‍♀️ I still said what I said, her forms of communication don’t work, no response from the “texting number” on the website, no answer from multiple calls prior to the voicemail being set up stating they weren’t accepting calls and no voicemail left from whatever strange number she embarrassingly assures she called from. Much better shops in Chattanooga. Be blessed

Me and my family live in Texas and drove 13 hours to meet with Cheron. It took only one day for my mom to find her perfect dress. In 2017, my sister also bought a beautiful dress From Cheron at All Dressed in Hixson, Chattanooga. And Cheron mailed us the dress in Memphis, and there weren’t any complications. Need a Bridal Dress or Certified Wedding Planner, I would Recommend Cheron !

Positive experience: Super cute little shop. Everyone was super helpful and nice getting things together for my sister's wedding. I would definitely recommend to anyone who asked me for a formal wear shop, and would definitely take my girls there for prom once they were old enough. The only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is because I didnt get to try the dress before I purchased it, and of course it was horrible once I got home and tried it on and can't return it. That IS NOT the fault of the shop, just aggravating. I understand that small shops can't stock a bunch of dress styles in a rainbow of sizes, as there isn't space. That part of the experience was unfortunate, and now I'm saddled with a dress I spent money on that I didn't have that I cannot wear.

Fantastic experience: My sister got the most beautiful homecoming dress here. The owner and the other girl was so nice and made sure she got exactly what she wanted! We couldn’t have went to a better place! I will definitely be back for my wedding dress!!!
