Negative experience: We booked a Christmas vacation back in July and had this planned and without any notice they sold our cruise vacation to someone else causing a lot of problems this was a gift to my 7 year old grandson who was excited about this trip there are no other cruise trips available in the country at this time. They could have atleast made a phone call and let us know. Do not ever use these people!
Negative experience: Gabriel is extremely rude, unprofessional, and nosy. He was asking personal questions "why do we come in so often" and points out that we come too often. We are there to ask simple questions and he replies with a sassy attitude. Disrespectful.
Negative experience: Up until today I would’ve given AAA 5 stars. I called into the Bowen location to speak with someone regarding my policy after I realized they didn’t send me a renewal packet. I spoke with a male who over talked me from the beginning of our phone conversation. He basically called me a liar stating that I received a packet in the mail after I stated several times that I didn’t and that we’ve been having issues with our mail being delivered. He couldn’t comprehend what I was saying for the simple fact he kept talking over me and yelling at me. I asked him to clarify a document that AAA was wanting me to sign and he got upset and started yelling my last name over and over fast talking me with frustration and then transferred our phone conversation mid sentence. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with AAA. Thankfully I remained calm and waited on an agent who was able to explain what he obviously couldn’t. This guy seriously should not work where he has to speak and clarify things since it seems to be an issue that he doesn’t understand his own job. The little piece of information that he did tell into the phone before I asked him to clarify and explain was simply incorrect & I didn’t even need to sign paperwork due to my state.

Negative experience: Impossible to talk to anyone. AAA wrongly shows me with 3 policies and having a mortgage I don't,... it took them multiple requests from repair shop amd weeks to approve repair shop to get needed parts and ONLY ones from 3rd party vendors (parts which were Unavailable that way). I had to pay an extra premium for a tiny car (I have a fully loaded high end SUV) for 6 weeks car rental instead of 2 weeks car dealer prices for parts ONLY AVAILABLE from car dealer. TODAY I tried for prox 6,8 hours to get thru to a LIVE AGENT. NOPE. They won't talk to you (hold for 20,30,48,23 etc minutes OR call you back (option 3).
Negative experience: Contracts with armada towing, came to my accident site for a tow 4 HOURS LATE. After coming to the wrong address the first two hours I had to wait again only for armada to send a non functioning tow truck why send a tow truck that does not work to a tow site. They should reevaluate their contract with aramada I was told they would cover the bill for the cost for the city tow once they make good on their word I will remove this review

Negative experience: Who Does Anyone Suggest for large homes and sports cars for insurance?? AAA canceled me when my automatic payment FOR the 12.OO MEMBERSHIP didn't go through, due to credit card number being compromised. I was handling my momma's death and many of my bills went unpaid due to the card being compromised. EVERY COMPANY, BUT AAA, WORKED WITH ME. Even AT&T!!!! There are 11 properties and 27 vehicles we are wanting to insure by April 10, so we can all get away from AAA. GEICO? PROGRESSIVE? USAA? HARTFORD?? ALL STATE?? Anyone have recommendations?? Thank You! AAA Team all the way to the CEO do NOT CARE. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU WERE IN AN ACCIDENT OR YOUR PROPERTY CAUGHT FIRE Definitely NOT the folks that care at AAA. Get Away Quickly! I've had AAA forever, as my family has. WE are all relocating insurer's due to absolutely NO EMPATHY AND LIES WRITTEN VIA EMAIL. Get with me if you are same. I have a Lawyer ready to take this huge class action.
Negative experience: Right now It’s is 3/29/2024 3:30 pm me calling AAA at Arlington to inquire about my policy. A very rude lady answered the phone. She would ask me to go online and check myself. Otherwise she’s not gonna help me then she hang up on my face and when I called her again to ask for her name she hang out again. What a stupid customer service! I have to rethink my policy with this company that hires disrespectful people.

Negative experience: MR. KELVIN GOINS fired me for having STAGE 4 Liver Failure. I made sure that he knew about my doctors appointments ahead of time. I asked for the policy before lunch about missing a couple of hours for my doctors appointment and after lunch he brought me into his office and stated that he has no availability for me at this time. I hope AAA is worth his soul in the end because what you do to people will come back on you 10 fold. I was just hired and let go due to my medical illness and they don't care. They have no hearts. It's a good ol' boys club. I normally don't like my business out there but people should know how this place is ran.
Fantastic experience: Magan set me up with a good policy for my car. I got the 100 mile towing, and I'm happy I did. Tow truck came within 30 minutes of me calling it in. Best tow I've ever experienced. Very happy all the way around.
Negative experience: Once we Subscribed to the Homeowners and Auto insurance, i have called our agent several times, left messages, and emailed him 2 times, and he doesnt respond. Terrible customer service.

Negative experience: Dear sir or Madam: I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my years of membership at AAA. I was forced to cancel my auto insurance because of an incorrectly coded item to CLU. This caused my premiums to almost double. On 2/6/22 my car was vandalized, and the perpetrators took my wallet among other things. The issue got addressed and I was refunded a partial deductible of 250. I thought a correction would be made so I can get a better insurance rate. That was a mistake on my part. I have been invited to reapply 30 days after cancelation since AAA will not allow a second quote. The claims department has to date not corrected the erroneous report and forced me to purchase insurance from another party. I have learned a lot during this process. The company I joined 8 years ago is not the company I am leaving. I wish you the best of luck.

Negative experience: Do not trust these guys a complete scam Richard Salinas gave me a full premium made me pay ridiculous upfront fees for my auto insurance and now my premium randomly changed and is $50 more. Do not trust these guys. It is a scam runaway.

Negative experience: All it takes is ONE bad apple & it makes the whole place of business look bad. I called in today to get information on my onboarding information & was speaking with “Robert Swiney”. He was very rude & demeaning with how he spoke to me, everytime he asked me a question & I answered he would basically tell me to “slow my roll he’ll get that information when he needs it” even though he asked for it. The conversation kept going like this for awhile, when I asked for a quote to readd a prior vehicle he said I don’t know, I don’t have that information, just being lazy. Then I finally asked him what his issue was & why he was being inappropriately rude, he began speaking over me. I told him I will happily inform the manager of the kind of service his employee provides along with leaving a review, after that his whole attitude changed & he was apologetic. I did leave the complaint in a voicemail for the manager who hopefully respects his clientele more than Robert apparently does. Like I told him his sole purpose is to help the customers who use their place of business, that’s the whole reason they have a job to help AAA customers & to keep us wanting to use Their insurance company. Losing a customer over a bad attitude or earning your office a bad reputation is all avoidable with better customer service.
Fantastic experience: I have talked to my agent form AAA. Her name is Ms. Vee out of the Hullen office. She's a God sent person. She made me feel at home and someone I have known all my life. My hat goes off to you Ms. VEE. GREAT WORK

Fantastic experience: We needed some assistance finding an affordable Auto insurance. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Right from the beginning we had the feeling they really take care of our needs. Everything was taken care of very quickly and our agent Mubashar, did a great job for us. Fantastic experience: Today I was stuck in Carrollton with a flat and had to get back home to Arlington. Dylan was my tech and he was fast, professional and polite. I can only hope the next time this happens that I will get someone like him to come out and help me!
Negative experience: June 27th, 2022, wife calls for a tow truck at 8:45 p.m. and told a driver would be there by 10:01 p.m. June 27th, 2022, 10:38 p.m. wife calls back to AAA and after another 30-minute of elvator music and soforth, woman apologizes for delay and said that she would check and call back in a few minutes. June 27th, 2022 and its nearly midnight. Finally given up and call somebody else and they are there within 15-minutes. June 28th, 2022, make a FaceBook review, which was deleted soon after making it, and I guess phone service is out because STILL no calls from AAA to let us know why we had to wait for so long, when in fact, I saw at least 5 two trucks drive by on the highway. Being a retired police officer, I know when we called for a wrecker they were usually on scene withint 15-minutes.
Fantastic experience: Since meeting and talking with Irma Padilla at the AAA Arlington Texas location I have had one of the BEST customer experiences in years. Irma took care of all my insurance needs when adding a new vehicle and went ABOVE and BEYOND by explaining all of my options and insuring the entire process went smooth. Thank you Irma for all of your assistance!!
Fantastic experience: Mr.Tyrone was doing amazing job. My vehicle died on the side road, I requested to pull back to garage and call center person said 2 hrs for waiting. Especially summer heat at Texas is a nightmare for us. And while we were about to give up and have someone drive back home. Fortunately, we got Mr. Tyrone responsed and make it within 20 mins. He had told to leave because vehical owner no show. But he didn't. He is responsible and professional. Once again. Mr. Tyrone thank you so much for your help. You are amazing, and all 5 stars go to you. ★★★★★
Fantastic experience: I love AAA however I felt fooled by the introduction rate of becoming a member and by the time the yearly membership ends the price of membership tremendously hikes And your credit card will be charged automatically and canceling your service takes forever
Negative experience: They mixed up my payments made it look like I owed for a tow when I didn't! Also the take and hour to connect with the right person then 2 hours to figure out if someone is coming i would not recommend to any one that want to use them if you are stranded

Because they will ruin your car and deny it , the video is your only power in court. AAA I Believe will help me with this issues that's why I value being a customer, they are polite and swift with their service.

Fantastic experience: I love AAA my mom got it for herself many years ago and added me on a family member. About four days later I locked my keys in my car upon upon arrival at the Levitt Pavilion to go hear some great music. I was super bummed that I was going to have to spend the next 45 minutes or hour of his concert I wanted to hear dealing with a locksmith that was also going to be expensive and cumbersome. I went up to the volunteer but booth in this sort of exhaling my grumpiness and one of the gals asks, "Do you have AAA?" Oh my gosh- I have AAA!! I called. They showed up quick Pop-A-Lock I was in, get my keyes, and back in plenty of time to enjoy the free music the Levitt Pavilion! What a great experience and it pays for itself super quick!! I recommend AAA from Head to Toes and bumper to bumper.

Negative experience: Starting to discover that they are a lot more expensive than their competitors... UPDATE: Out of nowhere, mid policy they upped my premiums drastically with no explanation. I'm 46 years old and I've NEVER had an accident, and my driving record is flawless. I dumped them, and my monthly rates went from $250.00 per month to $84.00 per month with Progressive.

Fantastic experience: This is my prefer branch and always get treated well by the employees there. If you are a premium member you get free passport photos there, if not then it's like $8.99 for 2 photos. Members get free maps and guides but they also have a small section where European maps and travel books can be purchased.

Negative experience: Im very disappointed about this company, my battery had 3 years warranty now the battery failed before that warranty, I called to AAA Help and they told me can't get the warranty because I no customer of AAA anymore, Is very bad the warranty supost is over the item's not over the customer's. I was thinking pay my membership again but after this no way

Negative experience: Worst experience ever!! Waited almost 4 hours and was deemed in a unsafe area! Supervisor hung up on me! I called in at 12:50 am and didn't get home till after 5 am. They kept saying dispatch is not answering! Horrible experience!!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible and shameful. Dealing with claim adjusters at this agency is extremely time consuming, frustrating and pathetic. Natalia Ntuk has after weeks of dealing with my claim and asking that I provide her with documentation has finally decided to call me ....At 730 this morning. She was rude and talked over me. Gave me vague information and was aggressive in her tone as she talked down to me. This company admitted fault for a very basic claim only after 2 weeks of delay. Then they only gave 80 percent of the claim for the incident. I was stuck with the other 20 percent. I had to wait additionally until my vehicle was repaired and returned for them to provide me with 80 percent rental coverage that I paid out of my pocket. Very slow to answer emails, return calls, etc. poor phone skills and void of any reasonable explanation. When I asked for documentation that Natalia claimed to have, she told me it was not her job to do research for me since I was the one submitting the claim. I provided several items and now I am being insulted again with poor explanations and a very rude claims adjuster, who does not show any understanding or empathy. I work in the auto industry and will be sure to let customers know about my experience with this agent and company.
