I went to do a divorce, he charge me the total amount in June, 6 months later I still waiting for documents that he was supposed to send to the court and he didn’t even give me an appointment or try to fix his fault. He is so rude and meant. He doesn’t care about the clients time. He can tell you to wait for him like 2 hours to then tell you to come back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR SILVESTRE services. BE AWARE DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE.

Negative experience: I went to this place because of the reviews. The fist day they took forever to see us. They gave us the price of a package we agreed on. We wanted to pay right there and then because we know how prices on airfare especially go up and down. but he told us not to worry that he would lock it in to come back that Thursday. I told him I could not that I would be working but that my husband could. He said no problem that my husband could come with the money and he would book it. When my husband went, he waited over 2 hours and was the second person there. When he finally got in to see the guy for the 3rd time, the gave offered totally different prices that were of course, much higher…….. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE…

Negative experience: DO NOT GO!! Negative 1 star. Most unprofessional agency ever. Illegally entered wrong information and refused to fix it. Even with a letter from IRS telling me its wrong information they still refused. Filling a compliant 14157-A form to report them as well contacting my lawyer to make sure this doesn't keep happening and get my money back.

Negative experience: The customer service is terrible and extremely unprofessional. In terms of the ladies working in the office, they have been very nice and respond quickly. However, the tax preparer (owner of SYB) is not. When I requested to speak with the owner, he was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. I travel out of state for work and I needed a copy of my previous tax returns. They refused to email a copy of my own Tax Returns, even though they are legally obligated to do so. I explained that I would not be able to obtain physical copies since I'm out of state, but it doesn't seem to make sense to him. The place is completely outdated and they don't know how to properly use computers since they can not send a simple email. If privacy is a concern, there is something called encryption. It has been the worse place that I've used for my taxes. The owner is rude, condescending, and anti-social. Moreover, withholding a customers tax return is illegal and I will report them.

They have very good customer service. Although they have long lines, I feel it's because they're so good at what they do that they have so many customers.

Yo pensaba que el era profesional pero cuando a un cliente solo quiere una simple respuesta a una pregunta y le hablan mal y muy grosero, para mi, en lo absoluto No Es Profesional!!!!:( No sabia que el tenía actitud Yo le hice una pregunta sobre algo personal y no me dejaba expresar Se portó conmigo muy grosero y me duele mucho porque mi niña estaba conmigo Yo estaba muy tranquila porque para mi todos somos iguales , y yo solo observo las personas que son lamentablemente así Con esa condición de no tener paciencia:(( sin embargo el si fue muy grosero conmigo Yo le diría a él que tiene que ser más calmado tener paciencia Es un negocio que se requiere de mucha paciencia y que cambie para lo mejor, o no se si sería solo a mi Quisas ay otras personas que el si las trata mejor pero no es justo Todos Somos Iguales!!!!!!

Negative experience: They are very good at what they do. However, they are very inconsiderate to peoples time and schedules. They never open on time and have no regards for being late and making you wait. Waited for 2 hours for an appointment that was scheduled for 9 am. Staff is a little sarcastic.

Fantastic experience: Returned in 2018 SYB got us a 5 stay Mexican Riviera 1098. Fantastic resort. Recently returned 6 star hotel Negril 7 nights all inclusive, r/t fare, ocean front view, 3 pools, 1 pool with swim up bar, transfer to and from resort at a great price.

Yo tengo desde el 2007 usandolos y con los años la Calidad del servicio esta pesima.Fui a mandar dinero para Santiago RD una cantidad para mi primo y otra para mi prima que viven en la misma casa pero apartamentos diferentes. mi hermano mando dinero 3 Dias antes para mi tia que viven en el primer piso. fui la primera en llegar; en lo que la chica me estaba procesando el primer envio que era de $1,000, en eso llego otro cliente para envio y el telefono empezo a sonar, la hermana de Silvestre viene y mientras me esta ayudando la chica, que por cierto veo que Cambian de personal anualmente, le empieza a decir que conteste el telefono que estaba lenta. Ella debio cojerlo si tanto le molestaba. Ok so la muchacha me hiba a procesar el 2do. Envio cuando la hermana de Silvestre le dice a la chica nueva que atienda a un 3er. Señor para envio tambien. La Señora se dirige a mi y me dice que deje procesar el envio del 2do. Señor porque lo de el era mas rapido. Yo le dije que yo estaba en double parking y que llegue primero ella salto que eso era de unas vez. El señor mando $1,800 dollares para una misma persona y le dijo en Frente mio que no se preocupara que no hiban a hacer ningun reporte que lo hiban a dejar asi. Cuando le dio la gana de atenderme me salta que yo voy a tener que hacer un reporte porque mucha gente estaba mandando cantidades fuerte a esa misma direccion. Yo le dije#1 mucha gente? El UNICO que envio algo a esa direccion fue mi hermano 3 Dias atras para mi Tia. A parte de que es mucho mas Caro enviar dinero con ellos Ella no es professional es inaceptable su conducta. Quiere privar en que sigue la ley pero no es cierto porque Ella usa favoritismo; como que al Señor no le hizo el reporte pero yo si tenia que hacerlo? ....Le tengo Pena a estas 2 muchachas nuevas porque no van a durar con una jefa asi.

Negative experience: the reason for my one star is not due to the staffs demeanor but rather due to the fact that they are unable to work together and relay messages to customers , iv been given the run around for two weeks because i did not have my I9 which is NOT NEEDED TO DO YOUR TAXES however the staff insisted that they needed to match the info on file to my IRS paperwork. 10 Business days later after waiting for the paper i did not legally need to do my taxes i also missed the original cut off date to do taxes . I was told, that i can come in to do my taxes after speaking to someone there .I called ahead the same day to make sure i was the first in line. I arrive to find a couple of people there who had "appointments" which the same place told to me that they take walk in only not appointments. I had to leave because they weren't taking anyone else, before leaving i was asked if i would like to leave my paperwork with them so they can file for me then get back to me. I Agreed and got a recipe for $65 for my tax prep fee. Iv been calling since the morning to see if my tax prep is done and i keep getting the same answer that the person wasn't at work yet and they will arrive at 6pm . I have yet to receive a call back about my taxes and am very frustrated about it because the staff are genuinely nice people, but i rather someone who is rude and gets things done over someone that is nice and gets nothing done!
