Fantastic experience: When I moved back to Pittsburgh after a divorce, I needed to get my own AAA account and apply for a Pennsylvania license plate. I was a bit frazzled and not having the best day. It was very late in the day, near closing and there were several customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, a young man began to assist me. Nicole, the woman at the next desk overheard me explaining me situation and stepped in to assist with the membership. Next she offered help and advice on the steps to get a Pennsylvania plate. She reassured me that she would help me through it and everything would be fine. It was a simple process, but I was frazzled and Nicole calmed my nerves. Since then, we have recommended AAA Robinson to several friends because of Nicole. She's knowledgeable and is very helpful.
Negative experience: The worst insurance agency, the lady at the front desk is so kind but the lady agent who received me at her desk didn’t even tell her name, she on her late 40s was so rude, and then I asked about why they raised my insurance more than 30% she did not even try to log in to my account or ask for my infos, she was basically telling me that her insurance is higher then mine, don’t even loose your time and money.
Negative experience: Nicole has ensured that I will never do business with AAA again. Arrogant, ignorant, rude, and incompetent.
Fantastic experience: I can't express how kind the staff are!! As someone who knows nothing about insurance/cars, they took the extra time to explain things to me slowly, made sure I knew where all the prices came from, and made registering my car a breeze. Nicole especially went above and beyond with her service, she almost brought me to tears from reassuring me that me not knowing much was okay and that I was strong for the difficult situation I'm in. She even let me know that my insurance wasn't covering what I thought it was and helped me set something up to make sure I had what I needed! Genuinely the best service I've ever gotten at ANY business

Negative experience: Garbage ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE people and customer service!! Left me stranded for 4 hours in 97° heat just because they messed up and forgot to assign a tower to come get me!! Are y’all serious?? You can NOT afford to do as bad of a job as y’all did! Literal trash!! I hope everyone of you guys get left out stranded the way y’all leave others stranded. Disgraceful you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Negative experience: The manger here does not know his own policy and procedures. His customer service skills are poor at best, he's also not kind to his employees.

Negative experience: Will never go back here, many mistakes made during title transfer, manager did not want to be bothered and had zero customer service ability. They all need retrained on how to do their job and customer service. Go to another location. I was here for almost 3 hours.
Negative experience: There is a woman that answered the phone 16Dec at approx 1:50pm, and whispers in a fragile voice, "heellloooo...... please hold", put me on hold, then did it again. Multiple times over and over... She'd answer the phone and just sit on an open line, as if I called her each time, till I said, "hello?" Then she'd really frail-like do her spiel, putting me on hold each time. One time she asked what I needed, I asked a question about what weight limit that would define a truck as a truck, not an auto, and after yet another hold, she told me the form number used to submit the weight of a vehicle. I asked to be transfered, she said yes, then hung up on me. Please retrain and verify that everyone that has a phone on their desk knows how to use it.
Fantastic experience: EDIT 10/22/22: Our situation was finally fixed. This location is under new management and they were so sympathetic and were able to fix everything that the previous employee messed up very quickly. Thank you!! Worst experience. We needed a title transfer and the lady helping my husband and I was incredibly rude. She looked miserable and kept rolling her eyes at us, trying to make excuses for why she couldn’t complete it. She eventually asked someone else for help who told her it was simple and walked her through some of it. A month or two later, we still had never received the new title in the mail so we went to a different triple A closer to us. They called Robinson to find out that it was either never fully completed, never submitted, or totally lost. We weren’t surprised one bit and we assume that lady never correctly put through our title transfer, since she huffed and complained through the whole process and made us feel horrible. Now we have to get the original title holders to get a new title from the DMV and then start the transfer process over again. All because that lady couldn’t possibly be bothered to do her job or have an ounce of respect for customers. My husband and I were polite the whole time and had all the necessary documents and information. Everyone else at this location has always been friendly to us. This lady is a rotten egg.

Love Bonnie and the team that assists each other. Front desk woman from India is absolutely LOVELY and stylish to boot. Great management too. As a comedian for Carnival cruise line I travel a ton and they are helping me get things done for my new PA license place from CA to keep it simple for me. Big fan
Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve ever had the woman who helped me was hired to work a computer and do the paperwork and she had no idea what she was doing .! Sat in there for 45 minutes to get a duplicate registration. She eventually asked her coworker to complete her work for her because she couldn’t figure it out!!! AVOID THIS TRIPLE AAA
Negative experience: Triple A is the absolute worst, I am a gold plus member for many years, I literally have been waiting 4 plus hours for them only to have the representative hang up on me. They still are not here and I told them I am not in the best of neighborhoods stuck. I would recommend any other company. They dispatched a tow truck friar is located 2 hours away from my location. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they do business.

Positive experience: Arrived at 530 on a Thursday evening. They closecat 6 and that was a good time to come. No wait. We were taken care of quickly. And transaction completed effectively and efficiently. Disappointed they no longer offer printed state maps ..all now on line.

Fantastic experience: AAA Service is second to none. We have been members for quite some time and they are always there. Even though we have roadside service with our insurance company, we would never drive without having AAA. Their roadside technicians have always been prompt, efficient, and 100 percent knowledgeable. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
Positive experience: Had to do out of state truck title transfer. Didnt know nor have i had to get a mechanic to certify the weight on the truck? But thats a thing so make sure you ask/get that taken care before you waste your time going there. After the truck weight paper was taken care of by mechanic the process was nice and short and were very helpful. Walked in a 5:45pm and was walking out by 6:03pm once i had all my correct paperwork.
Fantastic experience: Wow. Debra and Brady were awesome as they professionally and efficiently processed my passport photos and international drivers permit. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and issued the permit in 30 minutes. Thanks so much!
Negative experience: The woman who waited on me was so miserable and condescending. The entire time I felt like I was annoying her by titling my new vehicle. To top it off she didn't input my registration for 2 years like I asked her to so now I have to pay for another one next year.. If I didn't absolutely need it taken care of and just wanted to be done, I would've gone elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and skip this triple A, just go to another one.

Positive experience: There is a desk right inside the door where you check in when they have you wait outside or in your car until it is your turn. They have notary services here if you need them.
Negative experience: Says on website they open up at 9 am. I arrived at 945am. Told the lady in charge of me making a payment on var insurance wouldn't be in until 10 AM So I came back at 10:15 and was told she just arrived have a seat and let her get her things in order. I left. 5 other people in there a d nobody can help me but this lady who is really late for work. I'll be looking elsewhere for insurance. Not going through this everytime
Negative experience: I'd avoid this place at all costs - one of the worst AAA locations I've been to. Take the time and go to Rochester or Washington if you can - where, despite AAA's poor corporate practices that are spread across all locations - at least the personnel are friendly and will do their best to help you. (Review based on a couple of visits to this location)
Positive experience: Always a Good Experience at AAA in Robinson Town Centre
Fantastic experience: I had to wait in my vehical until they texted me. Once I got the text I went to the building and was in and out in a few minutes. Everyone was very professional and the service was good
Negative experience: If I could give a zero rating I would!! I got to this office about 2:30 on Saturday afternoon after sitting in traffic for about a half hour to do a out-of-state title transfer. I had all my documents ready to go. I've done this multiple times as I have a collection of classic cars. I walk in the door and I get greeted by a gentleman by the name of Brady. Brady informed me that he refuses to do the total transfer because it's too close to 3:00 and they won't get out on time. Now I won't even get into Brady's bad attitude. My question is this, why even have hours posted if you're not going to honor them??? I've worked in retail / customer service for years, last time I checked you take every last customer that walks in the door before you close!!! I can't tell you how many times I've been at a AAA office after hours waiting to get waited on for over an hour. But they still took care of you and did whatever needed to get done!!! As 31-year premier member of AAA. I'm really starting to lose my faith in this company. The last time I had to get a vehicle towed it took them over three and a half hours Just to get to me. Now I go to get a title transfer and they refuse to do it. what am I paying for. Why should I even be a member anymore???

Fantastic experience: I went in for a new registration as my car needed to be transferred from Florida to Pennsylvania. I had called earlier and received a very pleasant young lady's response that I could come in and I would be taken care of right away. Her name was Shayanna. When I arrived I was taken immediately into the capable hands of Brady. The whole process was seamless. They should be commended.

Negative experience: This AAA location has the worst costumer service I have ever received! No one could give me correct information or even showed the slightest bit of interest in helping me. It was like pulling teeth to get anything done. I’ve been here 3 times now and it has only gotten worse.

Positive experience: Hard to wade through switchboard when called
Fantastic experience: Went in looking for maps of surrounding states to Pennsylvania. Man at the counter was very helpful and even offered tour books to assist in my enjoyment of touring these states.

Positive experience: Nice staff and 3 floors of items. Separate dealers bring their stuff there and set up displays. Due to this though there's no organization of item types. But if you some time I would stop.

Fantastic experience: I've only been to AAA twice in my life. This place was awesome! Everyone there was super nice and knew what they were doing. I wish I lived closer to East Central, I would go there for everything that they offered!!

Fantastic experience: Went there to get PA vehicle registration for our cars. It is a nice office where you can get other services such as insurance and travel too. Almost no waiting. Josh was helping us to get our license plate and did our registration paperwork. He was very nice, helpful and quick. People like him make the difference between a mediocre and a great experience. Thanks to him, we had a great experience. I recommend them to anyone who wants to do vehicle registration.

Negative experience: The only saving grace of this place is the receptionist who was both cheerful and helpful. Once I got to the member services agent, Nicole, everything went down hill. She insisted that I get a document changed from the dealership where I bought the car. When I called another aaa agency, they said that was NOT necessary. When I called Nicole to inform her of this, she was childish, condescending and defensive. Do yourself a favor... wait at the DMV for better service!!

Positive experience: Good place to get alot of travel and vehicle services done. Pricey though especially of you care not a member but turn around time for items is fast
Negative experience: Piss ooor communication is all I can say. Very ignorant. I sat on the side of I-79 since 11:30am till 5pm in the afternoon. I placed a call at 1:30 to triple A. The first incompetent person I spoke to told Me I would have someone there in 40 minutes. 60 minutes later I placed a call simply asking where the tow truck was coming from. Everyone beat around the bush and told me "he'll be there soon." So yet again I waited and waited. Called a few more times, everyone said "give him 10 more minutes." I finally got a hold of a manager named Kaitlin who said she would try and help me. She was very lazy and couldn't help me with anything. She said she would call garages to have someone come pick me up. And then call me back with the results. Waited and waited. 4:45 we decided to leave. Now driving back on the opposite side of the highway here sits a tow truck at my car. And of course I tried to hurry and call Triple a and tell them to stop the tow truck. But apparently there was "no driver arranged for my call.". I called Kaitlin back to ask her what was going on & she was very piss poor. Had "no idea" what was going on. Stated that maybe it was a "random tow truck" to stop and see if we needed help. so long story short I sat there from 11:30-5pm waiting for triple a to help, and they were incapable. I would have rather paid the money to a garage to have it towed, versus use triple a. I honestly think it was just the Pittsburgh office that was incapable of doing there job. I have never had problems with triple a before in my life until now.
