Fantastic experience: Dreamers Travel has been our travel agent for about 6 years now and we are exceptionally happy with the services they provide. We book multiple cruises and/or all-inclusive trips through Dreamers Travel every year. When we are not sure exactly where we want to go or if we have questions about a cruise or a location, they offer their expert advice to help us make a great choice. When we want to make changes to our plans, they promptly take care of it for us. In 2024, our daughter decided to have her wedding at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. Mark and Laura Hennigan at Dreamers Travel helped us coordinate the wedding plans and booked the travel of approximately 70 people for the wedding, which occurred in January 2025. The wedding at the Dreams Jade exceeded our expectations! Due to flight delays caused by weather issues, several people who attended the wedding needed to make last minute changes to their return flights and some needed to add additional nights in Mexico. Despite the fact that people were contacting Mark on a Sunday and a holiday Monday, he responded promptly to get the travel plans changed. I highly recommend Dreamers Travel - their services will not cost you any additional money and they will help you have the vacation of your dreams.

Most recently, we booked Punta Cana for my best friend's 60th birthday, and my 19th wedding anniversary to my Husband. We had an awesome time. We had one minor issue at the resort, but Dreamers Travel was an advocate for us and all was resolved. It doesn't cost you anything extra to book with them, so support this business. The peace of mind you receive is priceless. I absolutely love the people that run this place! They do their best to make your vacation a little extra special!

Positive experience: Dreams Macao Beach was a lovely resort with multiple pools, bars, and restaurants. The spa was very nice, and I got a wonderful massage from Gerardine! The Preferred Club came with some extras, like our own butler and access to exclusive restaurants. The main downside to the resort was the food at some restaurants—good but not excellent and the drinks were pretty weak unless you asked for a double. Laura with Dreamers Travel was excellent! She got us a great deal and was helpful and responsive to us when we had any questions—highly recommend!

She thought of everything…she helped me learn how to use the Disney experience app, she coordinated all of my flight tickets, she helped me pick out activities to do at Disney, she helped me understand how to use their lightning lanes, and she was available every single time I had questions about anything. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay at the Blue Haven in Turks and Caicos! We chose the best time to visit as the resort was not crowded and we had full access to all of the amenities. The staff was so attentive and our room was lovely. We also enjoyed the breathtaking night view at the resort! The wood-fired pizza and coconut shrimp were also a hit! Dinner off the resort at Mr. Grouper's was a delight! But our favorite part was the balcony view overlooking the ocean along with the welcome chocolate covered strawberries and wine. We spent several hours just relaxing and watching the waves. I'd be remiss if I didn't give credit to Dreamers Travel who made this experience amazing! I found them through a Google search and although they didn't have a host of reviews, the ones that they had were all fabolous! Mark and his team went over and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of! Even when we arrived in Turks and Caicos, we received an email from him wanting to know if we made it there safely. The payment process was seamless and I appreciated the special touch of sending us updates, birthday wishes and sending the travel documents by mail. I have already referred Dreamers Travel to a few friends and we look forward to planning our next vacation with them as well!

Fantastic experience: Just took a cruise to Bermuda in Carrie’s good hands all the way! We had a great time! I highly recommend using Carrie due to all the helpful tips and recommendations she makes to make your trip the best possible! Really handy ones like the Get there faster services that resorts and cruises offer to avoid long lines at the airports or at cruise boardings. Those are worth their weight in gold as well as her keeping up on you during your trip. She is a gem and I will be keeping her on speed dial!

We gave Mark a very modest budget with a very long list of must-haves, and he was able to find us an amazing all-inclusive resort in Cancun that met ALL of our needs in our budget! We traveled with another family, and Mark took excellent care of our group. He sent us reminders before the trip (things we did not even think about like checking our international phone plans), set up a private shuttle for 7 of us to and from the airport, and checked on us throughout the vacation to make sure everything was meeting our needs. Fantastic experience: Our travel agent Laura Ciccone planned an outstanding trip that included the sites of Rome, Florence, and Naples-Pompeii. Additionally, we were surprised way beyond our expectations to a visit to the town of Castro dei Volsci where Laura arranged for us to meet relatives we never met before and found the house where my grandfather was born (1885) and raised. The city of Castro is a very scenic and historic town with some buildings dating to the sixth century. The BnB Laura arranged for our stay in Castro dei Volsci, "la Locanda del Ruspante" I rate as a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it to anyone who would like an Italian BnB experience or honeymoon. Although we saw historic buildings and art in Rome and Florence, Castro dei Volsci was also a fantastic experience.

Fantastic experience: We had a fantastic trip to Italy, planned by Laura Ciccone of Dreamers Travel! Our daughter is studying in Rome this semester and we asked Laura to help us plan a trip there. She patiently worked with us and our budget, giving us lots of tips and diligently doing research to ensure that we would have a worthwhile and fulfilling trip. We made multiple adjustments to the trip to coordinate with our daughter, which Laura addressed and was able to plan. Additionally she purchased tour tickets for the Rome Colosseum and a driving tour of the Amalfi Coast, as well as an entrance ticket for Pompeii. She would have pre-purchased more tickets had we wanted them. Laura gave us maps and suggestions for walks and places to visit. My husband is a nervous traveler, but with Laura's attention to details regarding activities, hotels and transportation, we both felt comfortable. My husband even said he'd go to Europe again which is a big plus for me. Overall, everything went smoothly and we were able to have a fun trip without worrying. Fantastic experience: Just returned from Sandals in Antigua. Always a good time at Sandals. Kudos to Mark Hennigan at Dreamers Travel in Hampstead Maryland. They always take care in getting you the trip of your dreams. Thanks to Dreamers and Mark for setting up a wonderful 75th birthday week for me and my family. Highly recommend Dreamers for all your travel needs. That being said, we wouold not recommend flying American Airlines every again.

Positive experience: I have highly mixed reviews from my experience working with this team. I don't think I want to use this agency again because they should be able to hammer out the logistics. I am used to having great communication, clear cut answers, things being simplified so that I can get to my destination and relax. That is my expectation from a travel agent. Our group decided on a place to go in the Caribbean, planned out for nearly two years. My first red flag was that Mark and team refused to work with us on booking flights. Never could get a clear answer. However, we had to provide the TA the flight information so our resort could accommodate the travel to and from the resort. Booking the resort, our flights and the travel to and from the airport to the resort are all things that WE could have done. Mark and team also suggested that we all join a virtual seminar in order to receive credits towards various things at the resort. We did this immediately, received our credits. This is where bad communication comes in. We ended up somehow with a complimentary free candlelight dinner. That is where one of our credits were going towards. Nobody informed us of the free dinner and nobody would answer if we could shift the credit towards something else. As a group, we also requested dinner reservations. The response we received was "I can try. No guarantees but I made sure they are aware." When prying further, asking how we could confirm our groups reservations, seeing if Mark 'worked his magic' we were told to "try for our reservations upon arrival." Talk about a let down. Even a week out we couldn't get a straight answer. Fast forward to our arrival. The resort claimed they never had a note from our travel agent Mark for our group dinner reservations. Nothing in the system was there. They also never heard of a complimentary candlelight dinner with my wife and I's reservation until I showed them my paperwork. Even asked about moving credits around since I have a complimentary dinner and was just told no. Left checkout frustrated. The next day, part of our group went back to attempt group reservations for dinner. They were receiving the same run around, same push back about never hearing from Mark. Marks team sent out the automated email asking how things are going and I responded, sharing I was not happy with the process thus far but we're making do since we have free drinks and a beach to enjoy. Shortly thereafter Mark responded, letting me know that there is a person in management that is solving our group dinner reservations. They are giving us the same dates/times/restaurants we requested two weeks prior. I was then told I couldn't move any of the credits around, despite having a complimentary dinner already. Mark said no but the manager on premises who helped with the reservations was able to handle it no problem. The vacation was going to be great whether Mark intervened or not. Once Mark intervened about the dinner reservations which we were struggling with, connecting us to a manager who was overly supportive, things got better. My questions remain: Why couldn't this TA and team find/book our flights? Why couldn't this TA and team communicate with us directly when asking about the dinner reservations? What do we need to do once on site to confirm these? Why did we have to waste our time chasing down dinner? These are reasons why I would be wary of this TA. Communication breakdown beforehand led to this team having to play "hero" once we were there and experienced problems. I have had much better experiences with TAs who go above and beyond for you for the same trip.

We didn’t have the time to plan the trip, so she did all of the logistics and recommended fantastic hotels, and travel itineraries. She even picked the destination for us, and we were so glad that she did! She knew exactly where to stay in Lisboa, and knew that our family would have a wonderful time. Even when there was a minor mixup with the transport to and from the airport, she was available to work out all the logistics. We absolutely can’t wait to book our next trip with Jen!

Our recent trip to Aruba and, all of our trips have been flawless. I know not all trips are like this and that's where I've heard that Mark and his staff are always there for you.

Fantastic experience: Sandals South Coast is a Beautiful resort a lot bigger than Montego Bay which we love don’t like how long it took to get there, but you were right Mark about the roads. We met some really nice people there with whom we are still in contact with. Our favorite restaurant was Eleanor’s. Really wish the chicken food truck would have been open when we were there. We enjoyed the pool it was huge. The beach was beautiful but wasn’t fond of the seaweed. We had amazing butlers Joya and Kamar. And we also have an amazing travel agent Mark Hennigan and his team from Dreamers Travel! Here are a few pictures!

Fantastic experience: Words can not describe how fantastic our trip was. This was a dream of mine since college, and our travel agent, Laura, really nailed it! First she knew all the questions to ask to figure out exactly what we were looking for, wanted to do( and not do), and she LISTENED. She was concientious about staying within our budget, yet was able to arrange all the things we wanted on our trip. The smallest details such as time of flights, trains, activiites were so well thought out, down to the details. Also, Laura has many friends around the world and is able to get inside scoop on best restaurants, things to see and do, and where to go and not go. The fee charged for this service was minimal, for such knowledge, and convenience of flights and hotel arrangements. If you are thinking of traveling, do yourself a favor and contact Laura, it will be the best decision for your trip.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful trip tp Italy due to Dreamers Travel. Jen LeBraun was our agent and she was well organized and offered many suggestions to make our trip smooth and exciting. We had drivers and guides that met us at our hotel with tickets to all of the events we wanted to go to, train tickets that she purchased in advance for us and suggestions of places to go. We had never been abroad so we were nervous but she make all of our accommodations and made sure we were well taken care of. She even gave us a cellphone converter so we would be able to charge our U.S. phones in Europe. We can't wait to travel again and we expect to use Dreamers Travel.

Fantastic experience: Dreamers Travel is amazing! I am not a big review-writer, but I cannot recommend them highly enough. They arranged the entire honeymoon in Italy for my wife and me, happily accommodating our every wit, whimsy, and last-second bespoke request. Everything was all taken care of once we got there, and the recommendations/reservations (especially the off-the-beaten-tourist-path ones) were top notch. To this end specifically, Laura and the Dreamers team gently steered us away from some of the more pointless-tourist-trap things we knew about as total newbies and got us into better (and often more economical - an extra bonus!) places to stay, things to see, and places to eat. Seeing mainly local people (and not 5,000 American tourists) at some of the places we went was exactly what we wanted -- this is an especially good sign at restaurants! Would -- no, WILL -- recommend to anyone and everyone who wants to plan a trip. I usually do all of trip planning myself, but I am SO glad I got Dreamers to do this one for us. Best travel decision I've ever made! Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been dealing with Dreamers Travel for over 10 years and they have always made sure everything I asked for was there. When we went to Aruba it was Covid time and upon I return home I tested positive I called Mark and he told me he would handle everything for me. When I was released my return ticket was already taken care of and he made sure I was ok. Mark called me everyday to check up on me and assure that when they said I could go home he would handle it and make my return a good one. I have recommend this agency to quite a few people and they always tell me how much they loved the how much they loved them and would be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Mark Hennigan at Dreamer’s Travel took care of every detail of our trip to an all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana. Prior to the trip, he sent helpful reminders and was quick to answer any questions we had. We were so glad we booked through Dreamer’s Travel - we had heard about people having problems when they tried to book trips on their own online. We had direct short flights with no hassles, all of our transfers to and from the airport to the resort were all set up and we didn’t even have to wait. We received VIP treatment when we arrived at the resort and throughout our stay. We will definitely use Dreamer’s Travel again!

Fantastic experience: Our trip on the Rocky Mountaineer train and the bus trips leading up to it were all magical! Jen LeBrun from Dreamer’s Travel made all the arrangements so the planning was done for us. Our favorite hotel was at Lake Louise, with a room view of the mountains and Victoria Glacier. Fantastic experience: It was a pleasure working with Jen LaBrun of Dreamers Travel, who coordinated our recent trip to St. Lucia. She made sure we were taken care of from the minute we stepped off the plane until our departure. Along with helping our group of 8 people book with Sandals and arranging our airport transfers, she also set us up with a wonderful full-day tour of the island. Best of all, she was always responsive to any questions or concerns that came up. We felt like we were in good hands. Now that we're back home, we're reminiscing about all the recent memories that were made on that trip, and it wouldn't have been possible without Jen.
