Fantastic experience: Great place to purchase tickets to various places/ activities. The only thing to be careful of is that there are no refunds. We bought tickets for our entire family to go to the SD Zoo. One person in our party is handicapped and when we got to the zoo we learned that though he needed a ticket, one of the adults in our party did not. He got in free as the escort/ support of the handicapped person. Too, you are not allowed to sell your tickets, so we gave it to our neighbor to use.

Negative experience: What happens when a customer enters your door? You help them, right? Not at Latitudes Travel. We tried stepping into the side offices plan a family vacation. One employee (with no customers in front of him) said he was too busy doing paperwork. The other lady with customers says “but we close at 5”. Thank you for not being helpful. I advise no use this business and get them off Camp Pendleton. We can’t have “gotcha” business that don’t need to provide quality customer care.

Negative experience: I had a great experience with the woman who was helping me, but my husband got a condescending red head who was extremely rude. Instead of helping she just kept pointing at the price sheet and saying "It's right HERE." In a rude tone. Not a fan. Hopefully they fix their customer service.
