Negative experience: They have an identogo inside the store so I made an appt to get my finger prints done at 2pm. It says to come 10mins early… so I did, Apparently the person who does them went on break. 18mins past my appt and they still weren’t here. And I’m told “he gets an hour break.” Regardless if you work for identogo or not, if you offer a service, it should be done at the appropriate time. If someone is on break then find coverage. I had to leave without getting my service done to get to work. You can’t offer a service and insist on making appts for it and not keep it.

Negative experience: I'm not sure if there is someone new running this place, but I'll not come back here again. I needed to use their IndentiGo service. On the website it says they take walk-ins and scheduled appointments. I registered just in case but had some time on my day off so I ran over to see if I could just do a walk-in. So I get there and there are at least 4 people working, and only 1 customer in the store. I ask if I can do a walk in and they told me they are booked all day and they can't. Thought it was weird that all these people are in there working and nobody could help me. Maybe it takes longer than i remember, no worries, I guess I'll have to make an appointment and come back. The next day I'm at work and I have a few hours after I get done before I have to go to my other job. So I ran over to the IndentoGo place in Fairless Hills PA. I walk in and the lady comes right over to me and asked me to sign in. So I sign in and she immediately takes me over to her machine. She takes my license, rolls my finger prints, takes my picture, hits my credit card, and I'm out of there in 5 minutes. I was cracking up laughing as I walked out. So Triple A with at least 4 people working, and not with any customers, couldn't take 5 minutes to help? I was already there because they said they take walk-ins. Even if I had to wait because they were so busy and booked, I would have waited. Very poor customer service if you ask me. Just another reason to not use any of their services if this is how they treat their customers.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had to get fingerprints done and the person who helped was great. They were very informative about how to do the fingerprints and helped when we had to repeat. It made for a good experience for my wife and I. They even helped my wife when she was having trouble completing the fingerprints. I will be coming back here for future fingerprints or if needed for anything else. Thank you to staff for making this a good experience. The office environment is very calm, welcoming and stress free. I was really stressed from my experience last year at a different location. It all went away though. Keep doing great work y'all!

Positive experience: The Warrington staff was very nice. While I've resisted signing up with AAA previously, I did recently. We'll see what the value added proves to be. I will say this regarding currency € exchange (hence my 4 vs 5 star review). Their rate ISN'T that good. It was pitched as a 'service to our members'. I blindly ordered and should've gone to my bank and saved $$$.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for fingerprints. Arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Waited until my appointment and Carole the representative serviced the person who arrived after I arrived. Carole was rude because I let her know that I was waiting and was first and she just provided a lame excuse for her behavior instead of an apology! If you need fingerprints go to the Identigo in Doylestown, friendly, quick and accurate.

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all cost! Ignorant staff, rude managers! Those people are not willing to do their duties. My wife had a walking appointment and had to wait hours, and every time they were telling her for five-ten minutes that her position in line is postponed by 30 mins or 1 hour. While manager was talking to her explaining how busy they are there were almost zero clients and employee was standing and doing nothing. All of that time they wasted by talking with her is 5 times more than they would spend on servicing her. It would literally take 10 minutes! I would give this place 0 stars if I could for awful customer service!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service trying to get my car registration updated. I posted a review several months ago with more details on my experience, yet it seems that review was removed. Perhaps that’s why this location has such a high overall rating. Negative reviews get removed. Stay away and go elsewhere.

Negative experience: The lady who helped me was nice but the b*tch sitting at her desk was horrible. Gave me a lot of trouble when I had my service dog (with proper identification) and told me not to bring her back. And as I left the building she just stared me down until I was outside. Very unprofessional and can’t trust people who don’t like dogs. 5 stars for the service I was there for but -3 stars for general customer service.

Ultimately, he helped us with home insurance, auto insurance, and an umbrella policy, through three different companies, debunking the myth that bundling policies will save you money (it might, in some cases, but not in ours). He was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. To top all of that off, he saved us roughly $3000 per year, with better coverage than we had before. Don't be like me ... call him NOW!

Fantastic experience: Had been a loyal customer of AAA-Insurance in California until our home policy was cancelled due to our proximity to what was considered a fire hazard, so we switched to State Farm for both home and auto. Upon moving to PA, I reached out to AAA again for an insurance quote and Tim worked up several proposals for us. Turns out he secured us a policy that saved us about $800 from what we had been paying State Farm with coverage that exceeded what the State Farm policies had been.
