Negative experience: They Refused Me Car Insurance, For My Vehicle Having Been Salvaged... They Even Waited 2 Weeks After I Joined and Paid the Down Payment... Theyre A Bunch Of Scam Pro, Crooks, Who Keep Some or All Of The Down Payment and Maybe Even a Percentage of the Monthly Payment As Well... KEEP NOTE OF MONEY THEY TAKE OUT, BECAUSE THEY WOULD WAIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS, TILL THEY TOOK OUT AGAIN DUE TO AUTO PAY, MADE A BIG THING WITH CHASE, BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF AAA AGENT, THEY WERE HIDING HER... JUST BE AWARE...

Negative experience: Absolutely rude and unhelpful here. Girl returned from lunch to long line and was very rude.

Negative experience: I value having the convenience of AAA services here, specifically DMV services... but I have to tell a really disappointing story. Yesterday I called to verify if I had the right documents to register my car before I went and got hundreds of dollars in cash and drove all the way down there (because you can't use a card to pay for any DMV services there). The person who answered, Crystal, immediately interrupted me mid sentence to tell me she couldn't help me and that I would just have to come in. I asked again can you just tell me the normal documents to bring with me to register a car? I explained I had never done it before. She said, mockingly, "Well then I haven't either!" like she didn't believe me or something? Then I explained that my dad died and left me a car and I don't know what to do and before I could finish that sentence, she SCOFFED at me so loud my husband heard it from the other room. I was totally flabbergasted and so so hurt. So I asked her name and she flippantly told me it was Crystal. I had to wonder, who has that much hate in their heart at noon on a Wednesday?! Crystal I sincerely hope you're never in my position. I'll be praying for you.

Positive experience: It's in an auto dealership, so kind of unusual, but once you find it it's wonderfully modern, and the people know their business. I believe our society is becoming less personal so business is becoming more matter of fact than pleasant as it once was. So if the staff is less engaged in comradery that I like, I guess it's just me.

Negative experience: If I could post 1 star I would, dont ever come here for DMV services, the staff is useless and aren't properly trained in their job aspects. Save yourself the time and try a different branch.

Fantastic experience: Was in and out in less than 7 minutes and it was 30 minutes before closing. Paid my registration and got my sticker. Was small but very professional and courteous. Was a bit difficult to find even with Google maps because it is located inside the dealership, but hopefully I can change all that.

Negative experience: The service desk woman was rude and disrespectful to my fiance when she asked for a chair to sit down on(my fiance is diabled). I will never advise anyone to look for car insurance here, also because she quoted us a Higher price based on questions that were never asked. Basically, she lied on forms to achieve a higher quote!!!

Positive experience: Got there 30 minutes before closing on a Tuesday, no one was waiting in line for the AAA department; workers helped me at the desk within few minutes before seeing me to someone else for an insurance quote. Im 34 year old single male, California driver for 16 years, no tickets or speeding or violations, clean record, old AAA customer, 2015 Toyota Prius, less than 18,000 miles a year driver: they got me a quote just little over $65 under $75 each month $15,000/$30,000 bodily injury coverage $5000 property damage coverage. Forgot to ask about AAA tow or road assistance extras though; but the road side assistance ended up coming included with their service no extra charge. Best service quote I may of got in 16 years of driving. I would of given 5 stars if the guy would asked me about road assistance extras before leaving because I completely forgot; which is why I wanted these guys for insurance in first place. I would of loved it if there wasn't that hint/try to up the property damage just a notch. Overall very fast, friendly, speedy service. Positive experience. Little odd in it's location since in the Toyota dealer parking lot; somewhat not easy to find, but would recommend this car insurance and location to others. Be prepared to pay approximately $77 buck extra though for ease of service in your first payment.

Positive experience: This place is pretty nice, if you can find it. I swirled around the nearby parking lots because the navigation instructions were coRnfused. This AAA location is inside the dealership building. Look for the large AAA symbol on the Longo Toyota building.

Negative experience: AAA stole 2 of my lunch hours. The first lunch our they stole was with the inaccurate address listing. This office is not on Peck Road. I don't care what they tell you. I don't care what the post office tells you. THE EL MONTE AAA OFFICE IS NOT ON PECK ROAD. It's 2 blocks east of Peck Road on Stewart in the Longo Toyota building. I was driving around, 3 minutes away from the office (according to my navigator) for 30 minutes looking for the place, trying to call. I finally pulled over. It took 51 minutes to speak to a human being. My lunch hour was over. I went back the next day. They only accept cash or checks for DMV stuff. Another wasted lunch hour.

Fantastic experience: Service was quick without issues renewal of membership was quick. They advice for possible reductions in other services. Was not necessary, because of renewed and too much others. Highly, recommend it have 2 other individuals in my account, for 200 mile combined tow they've used them a couple of times.

Negative experience: Worse customer service ever!!! The girl who works there her name is Terry from what she said wouldn't look up my violations Thursday to give me what I needed for the dmv. Came back today it was after 9am when their suppose to open, she saw me walking up and went to the back same girl who helped me Thursday and now she tells me I have to come back Monday because she can't do abstract copies.
