Fantastic experience: My family and I just wrapped up an incredible trip to Hong Kong, Thailand, and Singapore, all thanks to Ellie’s planning. She took care of every detail—flights, top-notch hotels, tours, and airport transfers—so we could relax and focus on having fun. Throughout the process, she was patient, responsive, and made sure our preferences were always front and center. The high-quality accommodations and tours really elevated the experience, and we’re already looking forward to having Ellie Kraus plan our next adventure!

Fantastic experience: Don’t have enough great things to say about Magma and especially Nicole!! I just got back from a 2 week trip to Japan that Nicole planned and every single detail was perfect and the trip flowed seamlessly. I truly do not have a negative thing to say about the trip and am so appreciative. I will be using Magma and Nicole for all of my trips going forward!

Negative experience: If I could give less, I would give. I found a beautiful hotel and wanted to spend my time there with my gf. Usually I use booking or agoda, but this hotel had no prepayment. So, I started searching for the agencies with prepayment. Everything was good and we arranged payment date. In the end Sophie released that the payment cannot be done because she tried to use my cc directly in the hotel, but my card has a region lock in the USA. I ended with no hotel because it was fully booked and I had no time to ask another agency to help. BTW they made me to fill out the form, send the copy of my cc and id just for booking.

Negative experience: Terrible, I can't get a reply from these guys. I have a conference a month out and have been trying to book hotels with them since May and absolutely nothing. Are you still operating?
