Fantastic experience: My wife and I have had the fortune of having the Operach Team handle our last two cruises. On our first cruise, I had a million questions. David Operach answered them all, even while he was trying to enjoy a travel adventure or two himself. For our second cruise, we were celebrating my wife's milestone birthday. I had a couple "special" tweeks to he plan. Again, David handled everything and we had a brilliant cruise experience. Fantastic experience: Donna was very helpful on an early Saturday morning (U.S. time) when a connecting flight's delay in Europe caused me to miss the first activity of a booked Globus trip. The phone numbers listed in the Globus-provided traveler documents proved unhelpful, and she tried to get timely word to the Globus tour director. After the trip was over, on her own initiative, she obtained some travel reimbursements from Globus due to the inconveniences. I'm very appreciative of those efforts!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dream Vacations because I got tired of trying to search for the perfect vacation. While online searches make it easy to plan a vacation, it can also take a lot of time. I spent a lot of time going back and forth between 3-4 websites trying to find the best deal. I felt like I was wasting my time so I went to a professional. David took time to understand what I wanted and tailored a search to meet those requirements. What took me weeks to try to find, took him a matter of hours. I am pleased with the level of service, attention to detail, and answering all of my questions so this will be a memorable trip. Our budget was tight and David sent three options all within the budget we sent him. He was very patient with us as we decided and we never felt pressured to make a decision! David made this part of wedding planning very seamless, which definitely helps a very stressed out bride 3 months away from her wedding. Fantastic experience: Planning a vacation is simple with the professional help of the Operach Team. Dave and Donna are super knowledgeable. Donna spent so much time on the phone with me to answer all my questions when planning that mega Disney World trip. She made that complicated trip manageable and gave us a perfect week together as a family. When looking to travel by cruise or resort, we have found they are able to get us same or better rates than we can find online. And they have great expertise to advise us based on our interests. They make planning simple, arranging pre-post cruise accommodations, transfers, and air if we wish. My favorite day is getting that little pre-trip package in the mail with all our documents. Just pop in our passports and off we go!
