Fantastic experience: I have booked all my international airline tickets over the last 20+ years through Reha Iqbal at Lawson Travel (formerly Skyline Travels). Reha has been able to get us the best prices and most convenient flight schedules every single time. She has gone above and beyond on several occasions over the years, advocating on our behalf in cases of last minute cancellations and rescheduling of flights. The latest instance was in December 2024, when the airline cancelled my flight at the last minute and rebooked me on a flight 2 nights later that also included a 20+ hour layover in Europe, without any hotels or compensation. This would have caused me to miss a couple of days of work too. I called Reha from overseas. Reha was able to get me rebooked on an alternate flight (codeshare partner of the original airline) that brought me home with only a few hours delay. There are several such instances over the last 20+ years where we were stranded during our layovers when connecting flights were delayed more than a day due to bad weather. She was able to work directly with the airlines to get us complimentary hotels and rentals cars, something that the airlines had originally denied us claiming they were not responsible in case of delays due to bad weather (specially since multiple airlines were part of the itinerary). I would highly recommend Reha at Lawson Travel for all your international airline ticketing needs.
