Not only does she handle resort reservations for my group of 70+ people, she also attends in person to ensure everything goes off without a hitch! Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently got married and had Kim T referred to us and she was the absolute BEST in helping us find our honeymoon destination. Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Mary Fowler of Riverside Tours and Travel by a friend who was delighted with the trips she has taken under Mary's tutelage. I was not satisfied with the "run-of-the-mill" type of tour of Italy, I wanted something off the beaten path to explore on my venture. Mary found me what I was looking for. What actually occurred was even better than the plan, the Collette tour guide was delightful, resourceful, funny, and vibrant. Fantastic experience: We have been utilizing Riverside travels for years now ever since we met a lady from Canada on the beach at Sandals Grande in St Lucia. Our conversation evolved into a travel discussion and she told us that she used Riverside Travel in Jacksonville Florida. Being from Florida, we were intrigued as to why a Canadian citizen in BC would use a travel agent all the way in Florida. She simply stated that Riverside pays attention to detail snd follows through with the customer in the entire travel process. The agency finds very good travel deals. This information prompted us to give Riverside a try as we have had not so great experiences with other travel agents. We are so glad thar we made this decision; Riverside is the best! Fantastic experience: Jennifer Wells, is the BEST!!! From the initial contact requesting information regarding a cruise, extremely professional, knowledgeable and informative. Providing all the information needed, each step throughout the process. The day of the cruise, I texted Jennifer requesting which exit for Port Canaveral for the Mardi Gras, to prevent getting lost like last year. Within minutes Jennifer provided a link with the directions!!! Once on board everything went smoothly!!! There were no surprises or extra fees due, everything was included with our cruise package!!! Fantastic experience: I recently returned from an incredible vacation at Beaches Resort Turks and Caicos expertly planned by Mrs Mary Fowler. From start to finish she provided exceptional service, attention to detail, and personalized recommendations that made our trip truly unforgettable. The resort recommendations were spot on and we loved every moment of our stay. Mary went above and beyond to ensure our trip was stress-free and enjoyable. Even when our flight back home was canceled she accepted my call on a Sunday even and Everything she could to get us all back home safe. Another benefit with booking with her is once my flight was canceled she processed the refund through the airline for me which was greatly appreciated because it kept me from sitting on the phone with customer service for 3 hrs. Fantastic experience: I am great full that I used Jennifer Wells at Riverside Tours and Travel. My wife and I needed her help planning a bucket item cruise to Alaska. However, due to my wife's advancing cancer, we were unable to make the trip. Jennifer was instrumental in securing refunds, making sure every penny was accounted for. She alleviated so much stress, allowing me to focus on family. The following year, I once again contacted Jennifer for that bucket list trip. Only this time It was for me and my adult children. Fantastic experience: Jen W. has went above and beyond with helping me plan my very first Alaska cruise! No matter the day or time, my questions are always quickly answered. We booked the cruise with a request for a balcony room. A few months later, I realized we were booked in an "obstructed view" room. I panicked and reached out to Jen W. By the end of the day, not only had she gotten our balcony room changed to 0% OBSTRUCTED VIEW, but she got over $300 knocked off our total price!!!!! She's top notch in my book, and I will never use anyone else to help plan my adventures:)

Fantastic experience: I cannot sing Megan's praises enough! She listened to my vision for my anniversary trip to Rome and expertly delivered. I was informed immediately of any changes/updates and Megan went above and beyond to keep my wishes at the forefront. Unfortunately, circumstances outside of Megan's control forced us to cancel our trip the day of. Megan was on vacation herself, but went into work mode to cancel/postpone/modify all applicable parts of the trip. She was very honest as we were making our decision on where to go, which we really appreciated. Once we decided on a destination, she made sure that we were well prepared. She would check-in with us every so often to make we had everything squared away for the trip. She also sent us very detailed notes/tips sheets just prior to leaving, so we were very well prepared in terms of what we needed to bring and travel items we needed to take care of before the flight. Fantastic experience: Mary is an absolute godsend… If you are thinking about doing any travel, please understand that since 2020 the reliability of airports are not that good. We had the airline cancel a flight which made us stay in Irving Texas for the night and miss our first day of vacation in Jamaica. Mary got our vacation changed so our first day would be the day we arrived, and also extended our stay by one day, and took care of all of the flight changes. Without her connections and expertise, that would not have happened will definitely use this travel agent again.

Fantastic experience: I booked with with Mary for my all inclusive trip to Jamaica & I’m so happy I did. Mary kept me updated on my flight information through the process. She made sure to send my transportation information weeks in advance, and she made sure I was updated on any new information from the resort or airlines at all times. Our first flight out of CVG was delayed, so we were unable to catch our connecting flight from Dallas to Jamaica. We had to spend the night in Dallas that evening. One quick call to Mary and she was able to get our reservation at the resort pushed back one day so we were able to stay an extra night. She also moved our airline reservation coming back to the US without any extra costs. I am absolutely blown away by her professionalism and quickness. Mary was an absolute godsend for this trip. She made the experience more relaxed and stress free. I am so thankful for her. Fantastic experience: If you're wondering if you should use a travel agent or plan your travel yourself, do yourself the biggest favor and call these folks right now. I've been working with Jen W. and am in awe of how much she's been able to do for me. Of course a travel agent can book stuff for you, but what I didn't realize is how valuable their experience with destinations and vendors actually is. Jen has taken the time to get to know me, and is able to recommend places or cruises that are exactly what I wanted. She's able to think of things that I would have overlooked like shuttle transfers or access to subways/trains to make sure my vacations are seamless. All I have to do is enjoy! I have told everybody I know about Jen. There's no gimmick here - these are just down-to-earth folks who are dang good at what they do. I travel frequently, so I'm very grateful for the mental load of planning, booking, monitoring, etc. that Jen has taken off of me. She's truly made my life easier. I can't recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: This is my first use of a travel agent since the 80's. I'm OCD and normally like to handle all of my travel details myself, but with this trip we were trying to coordinate five different cruise reservations. Jen handled everything wonderfully, ensuring we had all of our proper documents, ensured the timing, and that we all had dinner together at the same time. She stayed in regular contact so there was never any wondering or mystery.
