Fantastic experience: If you have AAA coverage this place is great. The people here are very knowledgeable and courteous and extremely helpful. I noticed when I was there they also do Dr. license photos. There was at least 5 people waiting on customers taking care of their needs and guiding them thru Penndot paperwork and also doing Notary work. I wholly recommend this place and it's people.
Negative experience: Block off half of your day to complete a basic title transfer. Avoid Carol, per the other reviews.
Negative experience: After being a 15 year member and barely using any AAA benefits after all these years until earlier today attempting to get a title and registration for our new vehicle at the Hermitage office. After waiting almost an hour, the AAA employee, Carol, whose communication was more like barking condescendingly at us decided to yell at us because she’s having computer trouble and didn’t articulate that to us while we patiently waited, then she jumped up from her chair like she’s ready for a ghetto brawl to continue yelling. Today, we decided to cancel our membership and part ways after 15 years of giving them our money because of this miserable soul’s treatment. Carol is unstable. Seriously.

Fantastic experience: Went here to renew my license and get a membership. Everyone was very nice and helpful as well as friendly and welcoming. There was not too long of a wait. The process of renewing my license was simple, quick and easy. It's so nice to not have to drive all the way to Mercer just to renew my license. I am also glad I got my membership back, AAA has helped me so many times in the past. Definitely useful service to have.
Negative experience: Save you selfe the time the employees here have no idea on how to treat customers I've been a triple a member since 2000 never have I had a encounter make me want to drop my insurance.... you need to do better on your attitude ... I do not recommend I'd give a 0 if I could.... and reading the other reviews I think there is a growing issue in this office triple a needs to review at a high level ...
Negative experience: One of the ladies was so rude to another customer, it embarrassed me. The girl that waited on us was so slow. Something that should have taken 10 minutes took well over an hour. She kept answering the phone and having to switch computer screens to get information for them. This definitely was not a good experience.

Negative experience: I've been there more the last couple months then I've been in years and I'll tell you what at least two out of the four ladies that were working when I went are completely clueless and had no idea how to notarize a paper that I needed all I'm saying is maybe you need the train better or then people are past their Prime and it's time for them to go because they don't understand just saying

Negative experience: I was greeted by the two women working the front desk, immediately was given grief by the large obtuse one and essentially was told that I'm the stupidest person who has ever existed despite the fact that I am a rich billionaire off of my chuck e cheese franchise location. It is likely that this woman has relationship trouble at home that is bleeding into the workplace, or perhaps it's due to the candy shortage.
Negative experience: The customer service is AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Canceling my membership today. The women that work there are unpleasant and unhelpful.

They are great, they did everything quickly and I saved quite a bit of money, on the fees, by signing up for AAA roadside assistance. Can't beat paying $7.50 for a month of premium AAA roadside assistance to save over $40 off the fees for the car.

Negative experience: Second trip there tried to get a title / registration fixed and they only seem to give me the paperwork to fix the registration I need that title fixed thank you very much

Fantastic experience: OK people. It probably shouldn't be five stars through no fault of the folks there. In truth it is and can be tedious. Why? Beauracracy. Rule by desks ya'all. So many steps and papers to get things done with "da man" that procedures can slow to a crawl. Much like a turtle race I imagine! Just remember, it is not their fault. They frequently have to jump through state hoops to get things done for you. Tell them "thank you, have a nice day". Ok?

Negative experience: The girl who worked here was sympathetic to my case. The two people I spoke with through the membership number were not helpful at all. When my card expired I didn't have money to renew it. When I finally paid the $85 for a year they sent me a card that expires in 10 months. They say if I want a whole year I have to cancel the membership and pay $10 more dollars. I intend to buy the roadside service from my car insurance from now on. I give AAA zero stars for service, employees, and membership.
Negative experience: Very slow process...fees to process title and plates were exorbitant even as a member of AAA. ($191.00 for one truck) and ($117.00 for the second truck). My father and I were simply swapping vehicles. Took two visits both amounting to over an hour and a half. They also required a mechanic verified weights and Vin number even though the one title had been certified by a notary the day before. You ar better off sending electronically on line or mailing them.
Negative experience: I went in for a simple title transfer and being the first one there it took almost and hour. Very inefficient. The girl was brittney and very slow. She needs to get it together or get another job. Not good for business.
