Fantastic experience: I was passing through wilkesbury on my way to Maryland and I noticed that my tire was low. Luckily I pulled off the highway and discovered Marin's by chance. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it in 10 minutes. They are efficient, kind, helpful, and even fun. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: We went here to get a replacement photo card so we can go right up and get a driver's license I didn't even know they did that here. There is a fee but this way you don't have to wait for it to come in the mail again if you've lost it. The people were super helpful. I also asked them if you could come here and arrange trips without belonging to AAA and they said of course but please call for an appointment because they're really busy.

Fantastic experience: We made our visit there to check out a promotional membership in the mail. After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about doing so. However, we were greeted politely and with enthusiasm. The wonderful lady at the desk took the time to find us an even better savings than we anticipated. I HIGHLY recommend this office and will never again hesitate to go there.

Negative experience: Do not ever pay insurance by phone here guaranteed screw up it is ok for trips car registration and other car associated things. As an addendum recently renewed my license got charged 18 dollars more because "it is my fee for providing the convenience of doing this your birthday week" Forget senior discount or triple a membership discount Normal price is less 18 less everywhere else! BTW have been given discount there in past for being member and older

Negative experience: I'm a member I just called the Wilkes Barre office to ask a question of how I transfer a tag from one car to another, just the question .They were very ignorant told me we're busy give me your number, I called back an hour , hour and a half later ,was told you're the one who called earlier, I told you we will call you and hung up on me ! well it's 3 hours now and they still haven't called back. Called Leonard's tag service and they answered the question in less than a minute. What a rude place!!!!

Positive experience: My father was a member for 35 years I have been a member for over 5 and overall had a few issues here and there but very very positive experience overall.

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars there wouldn't be enough stars to rate these thieves. They cannot provide emergency services in lower Luzerne County and refuse to refund future year dues, because they have rules. Better they should have a conscience and provide true emergency services to longtime members. That would be 20 years folks. Anyone considering AAA in Luzerne County needs to put towing on their auto insurance and flee from this disgrace of an organization. This bunch of losers, led by chief thief Curt Suda as manager, promise what they cannot deliver and will not act honorably in refunding payments for future year services. Run for your lives. These fools can't help you.

Negative experience: I've been a member of AAA for over 10 years and they charged me to have a document notarized. The price was $1.00 less for non members. What good is a membership with AAA if you don't receive basic benefits.

Fantastic experience: I went into the Wilke-Barre office to renew my registration and insurance card. Everyone was friendly and professional and quickly took care of my issue. I recently referred my son and daughter-in-law to AAA for their homeowners and car ins. They're thrilled, they jus bought their first home.

Fantastic experience: Spoke with a very nice, extremely willing and able to help me navigate the several plans that triple AAA offers. I had quite a few questions and that was before the woman started going into depth about the different offers. Never once was i made to feel as though i was inconviencing the lovely woman helping me as she pleasnatly answered my zillion questions. Signim up for triple AAA was much easier then i was anticapating!

Fantastic experience: Came here to do a title transfer. Was taken right in, and after a short wait (the title employee was with a customer when I arrived) was taken right in. It was extremely straightforward and everything was quick and painless. They also handled my vehicle registration renewal on the retitled vehicle to save me inconvenience in a month or two. All in all, would come here again for title and tag needs without hesitation.

I decided to renew my membership and get the paperwork for my passport renewal. This requires a new photo. I was waited on by three different associates. I went in for a title transfer and accomplished three important and tasks.
