Negative experience: My car needed to be towed. We waited 40 minutes on hold before we got service. Also been calling to upgrade my plan. No one answered after 30 minutes on hold. I guess they don’t need my money
Fantastic experience: A Hertz car rental I booked through AAA Lititz was not honored when I arrived at my destination. While on my trip I contacted the agent I had dealt with in Lititz. She did an excellent and lengthy job I getting me a significant and timely refund. I cannot say enough about the service I received before and after the rental.

Negative experience: Triple A is sickening!!! one of the tow trucks hit and damaged the front end of my vehicle and refuse to make it right. I've been contacting forever trying to get my vehicle fixed. I have police report and prior towing with pictures showing my undamaged vehicle!!! I send pictures to triple a showing them what their company did to my vehicle around witnesses!! and they want to basically imply that I'm untruthful in my story. A lawyer has been contacted. Thank you!

Negative experience: All phone calls for anything or anyplace have to go through the white palace on I-4 near Orlando. Why do I stay with this increasingly useless auto club? It's just a money maker when you shop around to see. Memberships are too expensive for what you can get on the internet or AARP! I really need to cancel this useless membership. And to the "owner", I don't need you to tell me what services you offer. I've had this membership since I was in the service (not sayin' how long that's been) and I know all your services by heart and they are not the best offering. I guess you need the money for new furniture or bigger offices, salaries.

Positive experience: They verified my membership because I didn't have my card and were very helpful with local maps (I am here from Florida and she explained which to use for my purposes). They had snacks while you waited which was a nice touch. I needed maps because my cellphone service kept dropping out.

Negative experience: I used to like lot and have membership since 2000. Last week my car did not start so i called " Road Service" & 800 Customer service waited over 45 min no one willing to pick my phone. I was with my 11 years old daughter in freezing weather.

Fantastic experience: Our visit in January 2022 was for passport photos. We were at AAA for less than 5 minutes, and left with our photos in hand. Fast and efficient!

Positive experience: This company has very good customer service --- on the days they're open for business. With that, I rate this business with only a three because this company's branch offices love to be closed. Triple A branches are typically open only four days every week, and their business hours vary from day to day on the days they ARE open. If I want to reload my AAA Visa MemberPay debit card on Tuesdays and Thursdays I have no luck because these are my local branch office's CLOSED days. Meanwhile, they may be open from 9:00 to 2:00 on one day, 9:00 to 3:00 on another day, and 9:00 to 8:00 on another day. I am not being specific about the days of the week only because business hours vary from branch to branch --- and I'm not being specific about branch locations because I don't want to be offensive. But for one example --- in my previous location before I moved to another locality I knew Wednesdays as the best day of the week because my local Triple A branch was open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, while in my new location the local Triple A store is open on Wednesdays only from 9:00 to 3:00 PM. Triple A needs to improve on the daily business hours of its local branches everywhere. When will they ever learn? More than once I have been frustrated as a result of driving miles to a Triple A place on a normal business day of the week to reload my Triple A Visa debit card only to find the store CLOSED --- or to arrive at the store at 3:00 only to find that the store has closed at 2:00.

Negative experience: We're signed up for a tour in June but haven't gotten any communications about it. Had to send 3 emails before receiving an invoice...we still don't know much about our trip. Little unnerving, considering the amount of money we're spending.

Negative experience: Very disappointed after being entirely forgotten. This review isn’t reflective of AAA as an entirety, just this branch. My fiancé and I went in to speak with an agent to plan our honeymoon. The agent we met with told us that she would be in touch in a few days. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I decided to email. THEN call. And call AGAIN. After calling MULTIPLE times, we attempted to go staight to the agency rather than our specific agent. I reported the issue and they seemed annoyed and told me to call the agent back in a week. Our agent still continued to ignore our calls after this, so we gave up. Still haven’t heard anything from her and it’s been months... not sure what we could have done to create this reaction? But it was very surprising and disappointing from both the agent and this branch entirely. Try a different AAA agency before this one.
