Fantastic experience: My wife’s car battery needed to be replaced. The AAA mechanic was at our home within 20 minutes of our call and the diagnostics were done confirming the battery needed to be replaced. He had a replacement on hand and we were up and running 15 minutes later. Highly recommend.
Negative experience: I have never been so disgusted and disappointed by a service before. They are HORRIBLE and rude as can be!!! My key broke three days ago now, they have been giving me the run around, and today when finally the locksmith can come, he was extreamly unprofessional, he made sure I knew he was coming on his day off and for that reason he would be charging 200 instead of 50. We'll excuse me, ive been trying to get you out here for the past couple days. Absolutly disgusted by everyone I've talked to from AAA. Thank goodness I wasnt stranded by the side of the road, I would NEVER put my safety in these incompetent people's hands.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. I when for my IDP to drive in the EU. The service and friendly atmosphere was refreshing. They were ready to assist me all manner of things from travel to insurance. I love thinks that work and and this was one of them. They were professional and prepared with pictures and all. In this AAA office the world is your oyster and it works.

Negative experience: Called for weeks for information on International Driving permit with no answer. Finally drive across town to apply since no one answers the phone and they tell me I have to mail it to them unless I purchase a membership. So now I wasted all this time just to have to turn around and mail it because they refuse to accept it from someone in person and won’t answer the phone. Garbage company
Fantastic experience: After years if using someone else, we signed up again for Roadside assistance. Shauna and her colleague couldn't have been more helpful and professional. She even gave us advice where to dine in connecticut, our destination. 5 star service, a rarity in Stuart. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Went to AAA in Stuart at the last minute before a 1200 mile trip to New Jersey. Aaron Speros was extremely helpful. He completed my Triptik in a few minutes and it was prepared very professional, and perfectly . Kudos to Aaron for a job well done!
Negative experience: I’m call AAA for run off gas 6:15 is 9:15 still no one help me. Guy who came to service us said the office did not wanted to take the call saying the driver called back saying he didn’t had a gas can container. Another office had to take the call far out from us, AAA called to update with ETA 30 minutes, 3 more times overall wait 3hrs in a turnpike!!!! Worst Service EVER.
Fantastic experience: Went in without an appointment around 9 am, because I knew the route I wanted to travel they were able to help me before their next appointment. The young woman who helped me was delightful. She was knowledgeable and printed my TripTik and made my hotel reservations. It was a wonderful experience. AAA is luck to have an employee like Shauna D. ,hope they appreciate her.

Fantastic experience: They were quick courteous and very efficient and very pleasant. Got me out of there so I didn't have to deal with the heavy traffic of the area.
Negative experience: 19 year member of AAA and today was the worst overall service. I called at 615pm for tire change since I was having Jack issues. They sent a confirmation text saying someone would be there by 732pm. Then basically ghosted me so I called and spoke to agent at 830 and she said she was going to check in to it and put me as a priority call. And I should get confirmation shortly no confirmation and no follow up call back from her. So at 930 called and talked to another representative and he basically told me there is no service contractors open and would not be able to send anymore. So had to change tire at 945 with broken jack in the dark. I have no problem changing a tire myself and have done it many times, but with a bad Jack and paying for AAA figured they would honor the membership. Would have been nice to know 3 1/2 hours earlier and daylight available that they weren’t going to show.
Negative experience: I waited on the phone for 20 minutes today unbelievable wait time! I have been a member for 16 years never had such bad service!

Negative experience: My aunt and I had the worst experience with AAA. It took 24 hours to get my car towed from Indiantown to Jensen Beach. No follow ups. It was extremely the worst and most horrific experience EVER. The customer service representative was more like a detective asking questions about why it needed to be towed, what was wrong with it, have you tried to move it? The list goes on and on. If you are a member and pay for a service, then why is it so difficult to get the service you are paying for? The request was submitted via the mobile app on Friday evening at 7 pm and the vehicle was not picked up until Saturday evening at 6:58 pm. This is not the first time that she has had to wait an excessively long time for service. In a separate incident. My aunt had locked her keys in the car when she went to her storage facility. At that time she had her five year old grandson with her and they were forced to wait for five hours for a locksmith to come and open the vehicle. This is just unacceptable as a paying member of AAA. They gladly renew yearly without fail but when it comes to providing customer service, they fail the customer. Truly disappointing experience.

Negative experience: After calling AAA I waited hours for a tow. Their customer service was horrible. They told me that there was no one in the area available to tow my car and assured me that they were doing everything in their power to find someone. I called AAA back about 30 minutes later to ask for an update and was told then same thing. Waited another 30 minutes and was told the same thing. I said "what if I call around and try to find someone myslef. They told me I was welcome to call around and try and find someone myself but insinuated I wouldn't have any luck. I called all hooked up towing and Joe answered the phone. He said he had a guy that could come and get me immediately. I called AAA, gave them "All Hooked Up's" number and asked them to reach out to Joe. They said they would. I waited another hour and called Joe back. He said he hadn't heard from AAA. Joe stayed on the phone with me while I got a AAA supervisor on the phone. The AAA supervisor said "we don't see anyone available to tow right now". Joe told them "what are you talking about? I have 3 guys available right now"! NEXT some how Joe explained to the AAA person where to look on what ever screen they were looking at to see that there were people available to tow my car. Joe was able to get AAA to cover for my tow (i've been paying for AAA for 10 years. I expected more from them). The tow truck driver showed up quickly, was polite and personable.
Fantastic experience: Called for my neighbor as his keys and phone were locked in his car , tech had some difficulty though no fault of his , the tint being absolutely black made is difficult to see inside, otherwise a 5 star effort
Fantastic experience: Lenny, from All Hooked Up towing, assisted us when we called AAA. He was fantastic. He really knows his stuff. He got us moving within 5 minutes of showing up and had a smile on his face while doing so. He answered all the questions I had. I would call Lenny for any auto troubles I have. He is the reason for the 5 stars! Thank you Lenny.

Negative experience: AAA told me at 2:45 p.m today that "All Hooked Up" towing company would arrive were I broke down it's 6p.m no one has came AAA keeps telling me someone is coming yet it's been hrs no 1 has shown up thinking about canceling the whole family plan looking into alternatives for AAA all together.. "Do better AAA"
Negative experience: The whole company is trash. Idk what they do as a travel Agency but I pay AAA for emergency roadside assistance. I put ina request at 6:30pm and at 9:00pm was told that All Hooked Up Towing declined the request and they have no one else. You pay them $80+ a year for peace of mind and when you need it they can't even afford to get drivers out to you. There are definitely companies towing right now. They just don't want to take pennies from AAA when they can make dollars on their own. The Internet has made it easier for these companies to survive without relying on contract work from AAA and it shows. TOTALLY USELESS service and a waste of money. I got a ride from my friend and saw 3 different tow trucks on my way home.
Negative experience: I will never book a vacation through AAA again. We made our deposit with Royal Caribbean but transferred and finished it through the Stuart AAA because when inquiring about their deals vs RC direct prices we were told we’d get a few perks like a bottle of wine and fruit basket. This was confirmed over and over. Well, after getting on ship, those weren’t there. I emailed our agent at AAA and promptly received a reply: “Hi David, Royal changed the program for this year to balcony stateroom and above. So sorry about that! Bon Voyage, You are still going to have a wonderful time! Cheers, Jen”. Well, then we found out we also lost our $50 on board credit which we did not know either. We should have just finished the booking with RC like my sister in law. Would have been nice to find this out prior instead of basically an oops, reply. Real bait & switch to get less. Welcome to 2023 service. Just book direct.

Positive experience: I used place recently for the notary. Wait time was good for "walk-in" service. (I called ahead and found out that the notary Was indeed there b4 I went). Nice, convenient location with parking. Most staff were friendly. Dont forget to ask for your Free 10 copies with noatry service! Thank you AAA. You have always been good to me! B

Negative experience: Waited 3 hours as AAA said they were having a problem finding a tow truck. I told my son who called a towing company and they were there in 10 minutes. Why do I even pay for AAA, they were not even courteous on the phone when speaking to someone in there 80's.

Fantastic experience: We had some very bad news friday. A close family member past away in Connecticut and we had to arrange a very quick round trip flights happening Wednesday morning. AAAs Jennifer and the rest of the staff went out of their way to help with every detail and at a reasonable price concerning right now it is in the middle of Spring Break. Negative experience: DO NOT USE AAA!! They will not renew my membership due to them saying in 2020 I had used towing 6 times. I payed them for a year on my truck and I haven't used them once in over a year. I asked for any records of tows and they deny any records of those tows. In order to tow a vehicle for me I have to be with the vehicle and provide a driver's license in order to be towed. So obviously they towed somebody else's vehicle.... their is also a limit on how many miles it can be towed. So if the tow truck driver must of never seen a license therefore it should be the towing company's fault. They will not help there 20 year customers and investigate this issue. So make sure and get a lawyer to go after triple A because they do not have their customers back at all. They are BIG SCAMMERS!!!

Fantastic experience: AAA gets better every year. My parents gave me my first membership at when I got my learners permit to drive. I 've had a membership every year since and that's a very long time. Always there to rescue me. Dead battery, locked door, RV help, flat tire. Love the bicycle package for my son. Drivers are still too careless about bicycles crossing at designated crosswalks. We end up paying for the damages, but AAA can bring him home safely.

Fantastic experience: So today I left my keys in my ignition, not running and locked them there. I realized on my work break and called Triple A, they were very quick to answer and arrive. Evan did an awesome job, I've locked my keys in there before but he was the quickest to get them out that I have ever seen before. It literally looked like a magic trick lol Thank you again Evan and Triple A!

Never have I ever had a bad experience, nor long wait times when needing service. I will never be without my AAA membership. You're one of America's very best overall businesses. Negative experience: I am not one to do these reviews, however this office has problems adn they should see it. We never received new cards this year after paying our bill. When inquiring at our local office in Stuart, the agent answering the phone said she could not help me and we probably threw the cards out when we got the bill. No way did we throw them out! She quickly transferred me to the options to talk to someone else, (I thought she was transferring me internally). Membership services said the local office could have issued new cards and apologized for the local office. This is not the 1st time the Stuart office has not been helpful to me. The agent didn't identify herself and was very short with me. AAA has been great over the years, but some of the employees in this office need to be addressed or get another job. 1 star for terrible, shameful customer service.

Fantastic experience: I was on vacation in Florida and had rented a car and had a problem with connecting my phone to the car screen. I stopped in and the person that I explained the problem to came out to the car and straightened the problem for me and that's the reason my phones are business phones and that why I have been with Verizon for about 20 years (Good Service)

Fantastic experience: I found myself with a dead battery on a Sunday with no one around to help. On a hunch, I googled to see if AAA sold batteries. Not only did they,but they were at my house with battery within an hour of my phone call. I was fortunate enough to have Alec service my vehicle. His promptness, politeness and caring made what could have been a dismal day into a great one! Thank you Alec, thank you AAA.
