I would like to especially highlight Al Dana Hotel, which was ideally located just next to the Jamarat and the bus station. Fantastic experience: We went to Umrah on December 2024. I am glad to go with HISAR Tour. It was a wonderful spiritual trip. Our guides were very experienced. Thanks for Imam Talha, Yakup and other brothers to helped us. Our hotels was very close to Masjidi Haram and Masjidi Nebevi. We did our Umrah easily. We spent our times with ibadah not spending with struggling for transportation to Masjid. I recommend that everyone should go to Umrah with Hisar Tour !!! The one recommendation i have is to work with the restaurant to adjust the dinner timeline in the future . I would like to extend special thanks to the best guide, Sheikh Huseyin Onut. Extremely helpful, always response, and very nice. I would 100% recommend going with them. Our hotel in madinah was walking distance to the masjid, and in Makkah we had the closest hotel to jamarat which is what you need in hajj days. Negative experience: Paid for zone A received zone D and they do not follow the sunna. Prophet mohemed SAW never used to make dua after salah or in waqfah arafat or waqfah muzdalifah with loud voice together or separately and when you pray jameh and qaser you shouldn't pray sunna because it defeats the purpose of shortening the fareetha .and Prophet mohemed SAW never did that But they don't teach you that.TOOO MUCH BEDAH

Negative experience: I and my wife travel with Hisaar for Hajj this year 2024 and it was the worst experience travel we have had with Hisaar. Do not trust Hisaar if you are not from Turkey and other Asian countries. Here is what happened: They don’t respect anyone other than Turkey or Asian people The Hotel they look is the worst Hotel in Mecca because no food and they said food is included and when we complained about the food the group leader from UK was arrogant and he said did you pay enough money to get the best food and our package was premium package that included food. They made two place to eat, the Turkey eat at L1 and the non Turkish eat on M level where there no food just dry bread and watery beans they cook Their service is the worst service such us going to Mina, all Turkey people go first and the rest wait for four to six hours The Ayamu Tashriiq they will never help you and tell you don’t need to stay in Mina and Allah said in the Surah Baqrah Ayah 203 stay Mina two days if you are in hastens or three days but they don’t care and will never help you at all. If you are planning to come for Hajj or Umrah with Hisaar be careful and avoid, please look for other companies who will give you a lot of services better than Hisaar

Negative experience: I came with this group to do a Hajj 2024. I am still with this group in Saudi Arabia to this day. If you’re not European get treated like you’re not a human being. I paid a lot of money to come here. My hotel is supposed to be paid for with The two meals they serve The guest daily and yesterday I got kicked out of the restaurant because I don’t look like them they said only European people are allowed and I’m not the only one that was kicked out Without. I talked to the group leaders one of them refuse to help me and the other so he couldn’t do nothing because he was outside of the hotel and now it’s the next day And I still havent been contacted from anyone in this company. They are really unorganized They will tell us to be ready in lobby by 10am to have a meeting or go somewhere as a group but we don’t end up leaving till 2-4 hrs later That’s a long time just sitting around waiting for somebody to show up . Sometimes Some of the group leaders if you asked them a question they will either push you away or ignore you. But like some other companies, these guys were so nice to everyone in the beginning When they took my money apon arrival they showered us with their gifts and smiles. now I don’t recommend anybody to this company thats not European. I hate for you to go through what I’m going through. I will post videos and pictures later
