Fantastic experience: Went in today to get my international driver's license and man if I could give 10 stars I would Cynthia Ray was amazing! She made me feel like I was a customer of hers for years! Definitely will be back for any other travel needs!

Positive experience: I initially would have gave less stars because of how confused and angry the front desk girl made me when paying for my registration. She gave me all the wrong information and charged me all sorts of money that didn’t need to happen. Luckily! When I went back, Katie took great care of me! She politely explained everything that was happening and was sympathetic towards the whole situation. That girl deserves a raise from the way she changed my personal outlook on being a AAA. Thanks Katie!

Fantastic experience: This morning I was at AAA at opening and was asked to sit in a specific section for my type of AAA help. I saw Sherri B. at a desk a distance away and a piece of paper flew off her desk. I retrieve it for her and she thanked me. I went back to my seat and waited. Since I was the only customer waiting and staff were busy talking, Sherri decided to help me. At her desk farther away, she handled my request to change my name to the primary on our membership and delete my wife's name from our RV insurance. My wife passed last month. Her compassion, sympathy and care to listened to my situation made me feel better. Sherri epitomizes quality, efficiency and picking up the ball when others should. Thank you Sherri for listening.

Negative experience: Original quote for insurance was average to other companies but a 2 weeks later i received a bill for 353.00 extra after paying the full amount. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: Awful manager I have ever met in the U. S. Her name is Lamoria. I visited her office in this AAA location since her subordinate Jonny Pham used my credit card info in the filing without notifying me to make payment. The first time she was in a meeting out of town as her coworker said. But nicely gave me her email and phone number. I emailed her to make an appointment but she never responded. I called her but she never picked up the phone. I ma my have visited her office again and the result is that she cheated me saying she would find a solution and email me but she never did so. I ended up give up my AAA membership for such a horrible experience. And will keep seeking justice from AAA.

Fantastic experience: I have always gone with AAA. Roadside assistance and with very competitive and competent insurance. I was grandfathered through my dad. I will be 60 this June and my AAA card says member for 75 years. Honestly, I can not ever remember any bad experiences. AAA is the bomb.

Negative experience: AAA used to be good but sucks now. I had to wait over two hours for a tow truck to come! Completely unsatisfied. I’m seeking alternatives.

Negative experience: Amid the Covid19 challenges, they are very disorganized. Some of their reps outside don't know squat about the department they are assigned to, thus making transactions more difficult than they need to be. I was not a happy camper.

Fantastic experience: They have a tent set up outside where you check in. You don't have to go into the building which is actually quite nice. Everyone is masked and they call.you on your phone with any questions. Did my registration in 10 minutes. Great experience. They get it.

Fantastic experience: Visited the auto Club to renew my registration- wasn't exactly sure of the process- (I'm learning to be an adult here y'all) and I ended up walking out with an insurance quote- a full education on the coverages- assets and liabilities- dependents. I was floored. With the kindness of not just the receptionists in the front- but specifically with Franklin Jo in the back. I can't speak highly enough about this employee. He could tell I did not know damn thing about any of this- and he said to me "You know what man I'm gonna teach you all about this right now- even if you don't decide to go with our insurance- this is necessary for you to know for your future." Come on guys- that's just awesome. Frank stayed with me for almost 45 minutes showing me what to look out for- compiling a possible amount- changing it up to better suit my lifestyle- and before I left he offered his contact for any future questions. "Come by with your current issuance if you ever have questions and we can go over it together." Just an absolute class act of a human. I'll most definitely be seeing Frank in the near future for more adult schooling!!

Negative experience: Ripped off by travel agent Sharan! My fiance booked our Hawaii vacation through her. The agent showed her that booking through them was cheaper than Expedia, orbit, etc and assured her we were getting a better deal. She didn't disclose the extra $467 we have to pay in cleaning and resort fees at the location the agent selected. That's ridiculous for a place we are only staying 4 nights. Expedia, Orbitz, etc disclose ALL the fees+taxes up front. AAA does not. Sharan outright lied about getting us a better deal. How is this legal?
