Negative experience: There is an extremely rude person who answer the phone, last time I called, he asked me to take snap shots for comparison, and today I called he said who are you , why do you need to know the owners name.. this guy must be replaced asap, he is BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS , extremely belligerent, argumentative and shockingly rude behaviour"

I agree today people like to book tickets online but in most cases I've paid the same account you would get online or in some cases even less. Plus you get personalized service and options. Also Fakhri bhai provides various options and prices and tries to get the best deal possible. I've been their customer for 15+ years now and surely recommend them versus online portals where you need to chat or hold the line to get personalized answers/service.
