Fantastic experience: Super friendly and efficient service! Walked in with my IDP application and no photo and walked out with an IDP 10 minutes later.
Fantastic experience: I went in for help with signing up for a passport. They were very helpful, I spoke to Aaron he took my passport picture and gave me all the paperwork I needed to fill out. He also gave me a list of all the locations to finalize my passport. Made suggestions of where might be a good location for me to visit. Because I am a AAA member no charge.

Fantastic experience: Came in today close to closing time to get an International Driver's Permit and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and efficiency of service. Both employees who helped me were very nice and great to work with. Though it matters less, the interior was very clean and inviting, making the whole experience feel less like the DMV and more like a library. Thank you for your service and keep doing exactly what you're doing.
Negative experience: Not professional at all. Very deceiving!
Fantastic experience: We were a day away from our trip to Europe and realized I needed a European drivers license to be able to rent cars in Spain and Italy. I went to this AAA branch during lunch and was out in under 20 minutes with my fully endorsed European license. Our trip to Europe was saved.

Negative experience: Have had three tow truck come and leave because they don’t communicate with the tow companies they use properly. Each one shows up doesn’t have the clearance to get in and left telling me they’d pass it on to the AAA dispatcher. Nothing happens but another one shows up and can’t help. Also have been hung up on by one customer assistant over the phone. Cancelling my service immediately.
Fantastic experience: next to Safeway... easy access and parking.. never been in.. probably won't.. I'm a 55 year member and although would like to make it to the next milestone.. have had a bad experience asking for a tow.. they are overall not the service provider of old. .

Fantastic experience: Great service! I have been to other branches and the notary services here and photo passport services here are amazing. Thanks to the great staff here to meet all member needs! I only wish I had recorded the names of the two ladies who helped us - the notary and the lady doing the passport photos- they helped my husband get his documents done and sent off! Great service.
Negative experience: Tonight, 4/12 - I am stranded alone in Evergreen for over 4 hours waiting for an assist with a lock out. I have NOT received updates. I have had to call in for updates and been put on hold while a technician is located. There is something very wrong with this current system - as a solo female in an unfamiliar place there is no regarde for my safety or comfort. It is COLD, dark out and no place to walk to close by.
Negative experience: The worst AAA. Brittany Gave me Triptik with the wrong route that was an hour longer than what google shows & claimed to not be a Travel Agent when asked why they did that. Why are you claiming to be travl agents if you're not? Monika assigned to help me did not know how to change eoites, look up weather or hotels on the route. The only efficient person was the one doing hotels which is a different person than the one eoing routes so you have to give all your info twice . Now they say they can't see me for an hour because they have an appointment. When I called to make an appointment, I was told that I don't need an appointment. What a clown show
Negative experience: If you haven't had insurance for at least 6 months don't bother wasting your time these people will not insure you at all

Fantastic experience: After 17 years with another company, with bundling car, rental, umbrella, my premiums went up dramatically. That was with an excellent driving record and no claims. When I called to ask why they said their company was targeting CO because of many bad drivers and many more accidents than anywhere in the US. So they've lumped us all into a group and no one is excused. That's when I called Metro-West AAA. I got Elizabeth Anderson and couldn't be more pleased . I went in with copies of all my policies and the result was same coverage or better and $1,000s of savings. It was well worth the couple of hours of my time. I highly recommend AAA.

Negative experience: Not sure what my membership is paying for if the tow truck doesn’t show up. I don’t care if it’s Sunday, I shouldn’t have to wait 6 hours for a tow if the weather is normal. And now it’s 11::30pm and am told not to wait up. Not ok.

Negative experience: I have been a aaa member since 2007 and used their services twice. Today I needed a tow truck. I was given a time estimate of 45 minutes. I am now sitting beside the road 4 hours later and it is getting dark. I have contacted aaa several times trying to get an arrival time. With the exception of one representative, they have been incredibly rude and condescending. I was just informed a tow truck could get here "anytime today" up to midnight. If your signing up for this service just in case you get stuck on the side of the road, don't count on getting any help!

Fantastic experience: We my sister and I want to thank Monica and Faith at the Wheatridge Store on May 18th just be for closing for their awesome attitudes. They where very helpful, kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I had never been in store but I assure you I will recommend it to every one I know. NICE to WORKING with these young lady's. Do what ever it take to keep these lady's you are very lucky to have employee's that like their jobs and it shows. Give them a raise Please. The store was very interesting to look around and the displays were done nicely.
Negative experience: I had my car towed with Ace Towing through tripple A for a mechanical issue. My mechanic informed me that the tow truck driver bent my tire rod during the tow and it was a $500 repair. The towing company has failed to return my calls. Very dissapointed.

Positive experience: This review is directed at AAA, not this office, per se. I have been a member for 38 years and have never had an issue with my account until 2022. My membership expires on 6/30 annually and I usually send a check on or around the 3rd of June. This year I decided to make my payment by a credit card, I completed the renewal form and mailed it in the envelope they provided, on June 3rd. I received a text message recently claiming that AAA had not received my payment and when I called today, 6/23/22, the agent blamed the USPS. I realize that mail delivery is slow, however, it does not take nearly 3 weeks for local mail delivery. This really concerns me since I believe that AAA has dropped the ball and now I have to worry about identity theft and that my credit card information is floating around somewhere. I am considering cancelling my Plus membership since I rarely use it. Update: I tried sending an email to the address provided in their response, it is invalid.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Mass resignations of Travel Agents made it impossible to confirm my reservations. I then was referred to other offices who never returned my call. Never again.

Negative experience: I went in for a IDP (International Drivers Permit) and when I arrived I was informed that I would have to go to the Walgreens for the photo needed because there camera was down, not the end of the world but certainly an annoyance as this now required me to spend an additional $15 (again not the end of the world but annoying). After completing the application and getting the permit sorted out there was a lot of issues trying to check out. Took about 5-7 mins as the credit card processor was having issues. Again, not the end of the world but again annoying. Now fast-forward 10 days and I check my credit cards and I have been charged 3 separate times for the IDP (used multiple cards to see if one would have better luck). I called AAA to let them know I had been charged to many times and they claimed that I was only charged the one time even though I have proof of the multiple charges. So essentially I paid $60 for the $20 IDP. Thanks AAA. You never cease to amaze me.... You respond and include an email address that is not legit, likely to make people think you address issues. Nice.

Fantastic experience: We just got our international driver’s licenses here. I’m and out in 20 minutes. Spectacular lady behind the counter.
Positive experience: Went in for an International Driving Permit. Their phone message said it was available. At the store I was told that their camera wasn't working. Wasted trip. The clerk wasn't able to help my search for a passport holder with a window for a Vax card. I had to find one on my own. Nice store, good product selection.

Negative experience: We have been customers for years. It's been a while since we used their travel agents. Emily Clement at the Wheat Ridge office waited on us. We're experienced travelers, but like many haven't traveled much recently. We were planning a trip to Italy. Emily, told us Many Times, how anxiety provoking international travel is now. She told us that unless we do ( perhaps) a Viking Cruise , that the anxiety would be terrible. She got her wish. We cancelled our trip. I doubt I will EVER go back. I feel her entire focus was to scare us into purchasing.a cruise. We will miss a well need vacation due to in part her fear mongering behavior. Please beware, I would hate anyone else to miss out on a dream vacation. Our experience with the rest of the office was fine. DH

Passport photos are free to Premier Members. For other levels, AAA member price is $7 plus tax, which is a pretty good bargain. The nonmember price is $12.95 plus tax.

Fantastic experience: I called regarding, the driver of a AAA logo'd tow truck making an illegal, potentially dangerous maneuver.next to a hospital, and expected a standard, disinterested response, and was pleasantly pleased when the AAA rep on the phone seemed to take a sincere interest in my concerns. She assured me that AAA, as an organization, takes it's driver's behaviors very seriously. She took down the relevant information, thanked me for reporting the incident and promised that it would be submitted through an automated process which AAA had established years earlier. It was a customer service interaction which one rarely experiences these days.

Fantastic experience: I would also like to add to any AAA DRIVER Towing a car with life safer installed that if you can check the fuese that might help. my car need towed because lifesafer wouldn't work found out it blew a fuse dident need towed had known fuse was blown . could save time you guys tow a lot of cars with that device installed in hope this help you and the next guy !!!! :)
Positive experience: It's a good place to go to for your traveling needs but not car insurance. I went there to speak with an insurance agent (John G) about getting quotes so I can purchase a vehicle. John gave me a quote and it was a little high. He said for me to send him some other vehicles so I can have an idea on what I would be working with. I sent more than a few vehicles for quotes and I have yet to hear back from John G. I do understand that agents get busy, but at least tell me that you haven't got to it yet or something. Don't leave a potential client in the dark. Happy to say that I got car insurance with another company and have been blessed with a new SUV! If anyone goes to this AAA office, ask for another agent for your car insurance needs.

Positive experience: Exchanged currency recently and everything went very smoothly, until I went to pick it up that is. The lady working the reception was extremely slow at typing and couldn't remember anything I told her, it was fine and I am patient so it was okay, but I could imagine if someone was short tempered they might get really angry with her. She was sweet and very personable though!
