Fantastic experience: I love my AAA guys! Very professional, HONEST, friendly and fixes it right the first time! My household has 7 cars, my go to place for my fleet!

Positive experience: Mel at the front desk is so sweet! She is helpful it feels like she really wants what’s best for you! My charger has been giving me lots of difficulties but Mel has helped me each time reassuring me her and her team are on top of it every time! I appreciate her care for customer, their time and money!

Fantastic experience: Had AAA check my battery after having problems with the cold weather. The agents were fast and efficient. They tested the battery and found it was working within spec. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or do anything unprofessional. It's great to find honest people!

Fantastic experience: Mark epitomizes great customer service. He’s a great asset. I was overwhelmed and worried, and he walked me through everything to get back on track with new tires. That guy’s great!

Negative experience: I took my car in for an oil change and new spark plugs. The service advisor told me the rear brakes needed replaced as well. Not wanting to increase my bill another $500 I told the advisor I would have the brakes done another time. I while later I checked the progress on my car and noticed they were working on the rear brakes. I told them them I had not authorized this work, just the oil change and new spark plugs. They buttoned up the car and I got out of there. I will not return as they can not be trusted.

Negative experience: No one answers the phone. I have tried calling for 2 days with no answer after waiting on hold indefinitely. You select the option to get a call back, but no one calls back.

Fantastic experience: My 19 year old daughter and her friend experienced a tire blow out on the highway while travelling from Canada. They got to AAA after 5:00pm but the staff there were incredibly helpful and understanding of their situation and made sure to replace the tire (at a very reasonable price) and get them on their way before dark. The girls were in a vulnerable predicament, but the staff at AAA made them feel at ease and were so kind and fair to them. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby and her friend!!

Fantastic experience: If I had three words to describe this place it would be: honest, experienced, and affordable. Not to mention that they are also very polite and will take the time to go over anything your car needs so that you can make an informed decision on what matters most to your car and your checkbook. If your car is older I would also recommend the Triple A membership to help cost down, plus there are so many more benefits that come with that membership that I can't describe with this review, but check in to it, you can't go wrong!

Fantastic experience: I found this shop very professional, honest, and priced appropriately. My tire was not filling and I was afraid to drive on it. Turned out to be a small issue (bead leak). The shop guys were polite and kept me informed on my car's progress. I'll be back for oil changes and maintenance. Edit: I've been back several times for oil changes and all sorts of repairs. The service guys are all really nice and take the time to explain what is going on. I keep going back because I know they are thorough and honest. Matthew is usually the one who helps me - he deserves a raise for keeping a level head when this place gets busy (and it's always busy!). I've never had an issue bringing my laptop and working from this AAA during longer repairs; there is a spacious waiting area and WiFi for customers.

They work well, are honest, are always on the lookout to provide savings and explain everything they find and needs to be worked clearly. Matt offers practical recommendations. Negative experience: Not only did they try to talk me into replacing my battery for no reason, they also didn’t tighten my skid plate after they changed my oil so now I have to go get that fixed.

Fantastic experience: Wow, this place is amazing. My mother and I popped into town for a trip to Costco. Our car started to die so we pulled into AAA. The customer service was second to none. Steve helped us immediately and had one of the mechanics look at our car. We ended up staying overnight. They made our car a priority, and had it fixed the next day. We are now thinking about joining AAA because of the customer service experience.

Negative experience: Went to this facility to have my Cadillac Escalade serviced. The man at the register was nice but two registers down was another man that was extremely rude. He kept interrupting the guy that was speaking to me and going over him. The man asked us if we was going to wait on the vehicle and I said yes. The rude man speaks quickly and says you should probably leave because it could be 2 hours. We was from out of town and they had my vehicle. It ended up being 15 minutes. I ordered a Lyft just to cancel it. Then they charged me 130.00 to look at my truck just to tell me they couldn’t service my vehicle there and I had to go to the dealership. When I asked for a print out about what they “detected” the guy was rude and said he could write it down if I needed him to. I mean I did just pay 130.00 for nothing, that’s the least you could do. I paid 130.00 for something Auto Zone would do for free and would have got better friendly service. Every time he spoke he was rude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. Sadly I think he might have even been a manager. His name may have been Eric but I could be wrong. He had the register closest to the shop door. Don’t go to this facility if you want friendly service.

Fantastic experience: Traveling through. Stopped here to pick up a e-zpass for the toll road. Friendly fast service. Be aware, last minute purchase of e-zpass for same day travel on tollway may or may not be activated and work. For me it did for Ohio travel within 30 min of signing up on website.

Positive experience: Nice people . Had AAA service on airport hwy. 3 times was told car done. Engine Light was still on and over $1000.00 Perrysburg AAA ran a smoke pressure test on the fuel system cleared the codes told me what to do if it comes back on. New gas cap and part under the hood. Good for now

Fantastic experience: Sanne Weber is a great Travel Agent. She has planned trips for us for years. During Covid she cancelled multiple trips and rescheduled trips making sure we never lost a dime. We have two trips this Fall and another next summer. She goes above and beyond to make our travel experiences positive.

Fantastic experience: Flat tire on I 75 in Michigan. Couldn't reach AAA using 1-800 number because I couldn't find my AAA card. Called Perrysburg AAA where our membership is located, and two wonderful ladies had tire repair truck underway to my location in northern Michigan in 10 minutes. Thanks again. (Wish I knew their names!!)

Had the vehicle towed here. And it's been nothing but a pleasure dealing with the folks here! Makes you feel secure when you are spending 9000 bucks on services.... I also plan on using them to help my family and I plan our Family trip coming up. And they will also be the only shop servicing this vehicle from now on! I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs trustworthy service and top notch customer service!

Fantastic experience: They told me it was first come on Saturday

Negative experience: I had great experiences with this facility prior to my most recent experience. Employed the facility to fix a noise on my Mercedes. They called and gave me a verbal estimate of $1800 to fix/replace my ac compressor. They also stated that their work is guaranteed for 2 years. They had my car for three weeks. I had to call them and visit them numerous times to follow up. Finally, they stated that the noise problem was fixed BUT that the ac doesn’t work. I ended up with a $1400 bill and an ac unit that doesn’t work. They made many excuses but in the end they shouldn’t have stated they could repair my vehicle if they didn’t have the expertise. Their manager was very unprofessional. If I could rate this experience a zero I would. Will never use them for auto repair again. By law they are required to provide me my old parts. They couldn’t do that as well.

Fantastic experience: Currently have a Enterprise vehicle and I needed new tires oil change and wipers took it to a different tire shop in town and got run around didn't get anything accomplished. So I called my local branch in Perrysburg and they said this is where they wanted me to go so I went there a gentleman named of Mark went above and beyond to help me out as well as the other gentleman I don't remember his name at the service counter also helped out. First time here and the customer service was excellent! A very difficult lengthy process that they had to deal with and I appreciate them handling it very professionally and thinking of me as a customer and my time was important to them which I do greatly appreciate overall highly recommend this place they treat customers and their cars with care and try to do everything they can to help them out.

Fantastic experience: Traveled the country for a very long time. Usually use Firestone. Oil change and fuel filter change was $196(diesel). That may sound outrageous but I couldn't do it much cheaper than that. Very pleased with price.

Positive experience: Came in to get help buying plane tickets for a trip out of the country. Travel agent Bailey was so helpful. Went above and beyond for someone with no experience and was easy to talk to. There was a $35 fee though which I do not understand because I am already paying for the membership.
