Negative experience: Great service specially if you travel and have kids. I have 2 separate account and the top teir ones. For me and wife and the kids that I pay for and have had for years. But don't expect any mercy if they sent out some back yard tow company and they damage your car and don't want to pay for it because of some fine print non concern items. Bottom line is they contacted this company not me. This your company damaged my car after the motor blew up but damaged it getting the locked keys out of my car that they locked in it and left without saying anything and had to come back same hour of drop off. I own the car pay me for my damages and let me fix my car myself..... do better AAA. But I will probably not be renewing after this term... very sad

Negative experience: Long time customer. Just called and canceled my membership. 4-10-24: My wife's car won't start. Dead battery. I jump the car and she makes if home. 4-11-24: Car won't start at our house. I am at work, but I have AAA come to replace the battery. I pay $267/year for the premier membership WITH BATTERY REPLACEMENT. It says it on my account and in the fine print. Driver calls 2 supervisors and they refuse to replace battery. Says it needs "charged" and not replaced. (Battery is 5 years old). 4-12-24: Wife gets stuck at work AGAIN because car won't start. I buy a new battery from Costco and install. (AAA wants $210 for battery, Costco had it for $135). No issues with the car ever since. Starts, drives perfectly. Gee, could it be the battery was bad and needed replaced? I immediately play phone tag with AAA customer service and eventually file a reimbursement claim for the battery replacement. 5-14-2024, they deny my claim saying the battery needed "charged". I have had AAA for roughly 24 years, either through my parents or my own plan. I just canceled. I cannot believe this company is willing to do this to a loyal member and make then jump through all these hoops when IT IS INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP. (Additional info, they initially refused multiple times to replace my battery because "they don't do that any more". When I showed them my policy where it explicitly states I get 1 free battery a year, they admitted the mistake and that it IS included in my plan, but still refused battery replacement.)

Positive experience: Have an update, may be kind of long, but please read. When booking, the agent didn't add trip insurance or transportation from Seattle airport to the ship in Vancouver. Once I paid off the trip, he ghosted all my calls! It was a true struggle to get transportation to the ship, got trip insurance online. The location manager was no help in having him return my calls or with her helping me either. Leading up to our trip of a lifetime had no excitement due to taking care of these and other details I would expect the agent to take care of. I have been a member for 25 years and my daughter had been for 10 years. Really expected better treatment from AAA!!! When membership came up for renewal, neither of us renewed!! My advice to All is, run from here!!!

Negative experience: The facility itself is clean, the shop has many miscellaneous items to browse through, and the associate at the counter was kind when directing me to my appointment. I had an appointment with Karen Puckett to discuss traveling overseas with my family this spring. At the appointment, I purchased flights and we discussed accommodations. She said she would need a few days to browse through options, but that she would get back to me by the end of the following weekend. It has since been over a month and I have not received any communication from her. I sent three emails to follow up, but I have evidently been ghosted by my travel agent. I wish there was a way to review one agent rather than the whole location, but I am disappointed enough in my experience to warrant sharing anyways. If I receive any communication from the office or an agent explaining the lapse in communication, I will happily amend this review.

Fantastic experience: It was superb experience. I went in to get my idp form so I can drive in Spain. The lady helped me out. She took my picture too so she can put it in the booklet. Even tho I didn’t had the member. It was my families so it was bit pricey but I had a nice service from them. Good luck !

Negative experience: My father has been waiting on lockout service for 7 hours as of now. Called at 7:30 PM, March 21st 2022, now 2:30AM. 46 year member. I wouldn't recommend AAA to anyone. UPDATE: 3:17 AM call from AAA. Was just told by AAA Warren County dispatch that at 7:30-8:00 PM each night that drivers stop working for the day, and Springboro and Franklin calls are held till 5:30-6:00 AM when drivers are scheduled to work again.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the service that this AAA office provides. I worked very closely and frequently with the corporate headquarters in Orlando, Fl and they were warm, friendly and enthusiastic. A smile and an instant welcome was always present. I had my home/auto insurance through them and as a Director of a Marriott Courtyard responsible for the annual marketing. The art department at AAA worked with me on very tedious yearly advertising submissions that had to follow Marriott’s Guidelines and those of AAA as well. It was a major project that took weeks to complete each year. I can never praise them enough for their professionalism and making my job a lot easier. You can imagine my dismay when I would call or walk into the Centerville Office when 2-3 receptionist are sitting on high stools behind a counter with no customers in sight, and there is dead silence. A reluctant greeting would eventually spill out with the proverbial, “can I help you”? I just needed my proof of insurance card since I don’t have the means to print one myself. I am not going into detail over the 3 Ring Circus of trying to care of this over the phone. Ed is my agent and I always appreciated him, but I can’t seem to get to talk to him or see him anymore. I was just on hold for about 10 minutes with them as I bought a new car and the right thing to do is let your auto insurance company know. They hung up on me!

Negative experience: I used two insurance agent to get me a quote and eventually a policy Through AAA agents. I switched from my policy because a great deal was offered. I made my first months payment. Come two and a half weeks later I do some calling and I find out that I'm not insured. I called and called Patty and Lisa from the Dayton south branch only to get voice mail. I called the number on the internet and no one could help. I feel like I don't matter and that I am not valued right now. Going on to find out the when shopping around other companies have me listed with my old company under a weird policy. And when I called my old company, they said I wasn't insured with them. Wow. And this would hinder me from getting a good rate with other companies. So displeased, But I'm Black. I don't matter.

Negative experience: Called and spoke with a man who said if I came to get my car out the first day it was towed he would let me get my paperwork out of it. Well go to get my paperwork out and was told there was no chance that was said. So I guess that man doesn't exist? Very unprofessional and will give you the run around just to make a extra 30$ holding fee.. Trash.
