Positive experience: Customer service only had 1 person helping. There were 2 of us waiting patiently in line where customer and clerk just chit chatting about nothing regarding travel advice. I left without getting help.

Negative experience: I've been a member of AAA for 7 years. My older car overheated during the epic heat wave we had here. AAA said they had no drivers in the area and it would be roughly 6 to 8 hours before I could get one. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: AAA Told me they could cover my 1991 p30 van..10passenger with Prime RV until it broke down and they told me we don't cover buses so long story short they say if it was ever a commercial vehicle they don't cover it....and this is no more than a extended van with small school bus looking rear body RV.

Fantastic experience: Was able to exchange US Currency to Philippine Peso. Picked up a book on the Best places to visit in Bohol and a map. Lots of parking and the Employees were very Helpful. I use AAA Plus on my car and they hauled my car where I wanted to take it even though it was a long haul.

Negative experience: I've called 3 different times and 3 different times my stuff just happened to be "canceled" without any notice to me. So 3 times I sat and waited for 3 hrs plus just for a tow or jump.

Positive experience: We are world travelers and would love to rely on one travel agency do to it all for us. But over the years I found that like many travel agencies, AAA doesn't hire people who are well traveled themselves, and unable to think outside the box or make recommendations. And many times at this location they don't pick up the phones, going to voice mail, and even the manager doesn't return calls. The travel agent we had to deal with was a tad surly without a sense of humor. When leaving a message, she doesn't promptly return calls, if at all. Twice within the last 10 months we needed a rental car outside the USA and once wound up calling the Tacoma branch for help. They not only got a better HERTZ rate for us, but always responded quickly. Also, their recommended travel insurance agency is useless. For a small medical incident in Denmark but involving an ambulance and 7 hour hospital stay with treatments (all medical services are free - even for tourists), they didn't even reimburse us fully for minor costs incurred that were related to it. If it had happened in a non-socialist country or heaven forbid in the USA, they would likely have been clobbered with a $10,000 (much more in the USA) claim. We won't use them again. The Bremerton location itself is nice, with a large selection of travel gear on display. If they don't have road maps we need in the store, they arrange for them to be mailed to us quickly.

Fantastic experience: I never thought it would happen to me but it did. Locked my keys out of my car at 8pm on new year's eve. Hell of a way to end the year. Called AAA and it cost $10 cheaper for the year then for adding coverage for 6 months. As soon as I paid for service I was helped by Kevin from Kitsap towing 10 minutes after my call. Definitely a lot better of a scenario then I was expecting.

Positive experience: Easy access and plenty of parking. We have been with AAA Since 1991. They do a lot more than just Road/car assistance. We us trip tickets for long road trips. We go to the AAA Business to see the latest in smart traveling like packing cubes, Very small rain coat, travel hats, luggage and electrical adapters for foreign travel. Today we are booking a cruise to Alaska. Highly recommend . Great service in store and over the phone.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't make the Amtrak website work for the morning train from Seattle to Spokane. I went into the AAA office, where the kind young woman explained that there wasn't a train; there was a bus. She then made reservations for me and forwarded them with a $100. Amtrak coupon. She gave me maps and literature on what to do in Spokane. Score! Also, when I call for roadside assistance, the first question they ask is if I am in a safe setting. So far I have been, but it's good to know they are looking out for me.

Fantastic experience: I visited AAA after another car rear-ended me that morning, I needed to make sure I turned in a copy of the police report and saw if there was anything I needed to do. The insurance specialist Deedee was personal and friendly and helped me by answering questions that I had. We have had AAA insurance for several years and haven't been disappointed yet. AAA in itself is a great service to have and we plan on keeping the service going.

The agents are great and from time to time will search to ensure that your insurance is still the most competitive. If not, they will recommend switching. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I got an International driver's license here and I didn't have to be a AAA member to do so.

Negative experience: So apparently if you brake down and happen to pull into a parking lot of a business that works on cars in any way they won't tow your car or offer you any services. What a BS policy. Make sure you pull over on the side of the road not into any businesses where it's safer.

Negative experience: Dont even bother. Takes 2 hours plus just for a dam tow. Got told two hours its been three hours now..

Fantastic experience: My recent experience with the good folks at AAA was excellent. I joined up after many years absence and am delighted to be back in the fold. I also scheduled a trip for spring break with my sweetheart, a wonderful woman and teacher in the Bremerton area. In conclusion, if you drive and want great professional services, join AAA and I am sure you will ne pleased with all they have to offer.

Fantastic experience: Fran Bricker helped us arrange a trip to Europe. She was fantastic! She found ways to save us money without compromising our experience and comfort. Fran also gave us her vast wisdom on how to be safe. She has made herself available whenever we need her for answers to our multiple questions. I can not praise her enough!

Fantastic experience: All of the times that we have used services at AAA we have been completely pleased - and particularly so with AAA in Bremerton, WA even more so all, of the staff members that have assisted us have been above excellent.

Negative experience: We also have experienced poor service on 2 occasions. One was regarding a president's cruise a year ago (we ended up working with the Bellevue office). And more recently, we are planning a trip to the deep south and had some questions specifically about buying a ticket package for Universal Studios because the travel books talk about some discounts associated with the AAA package. The woman who was supposedly the "Orlando expert" had to call to some guy out of state and then never got us where we wanted. We will work through Bellevue or the head office I guess.

Fantastic experience: I will never be without AAA. This office is not only the most useful membership you'll own but also has the best view in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A full service office.
