Fantastic experience: Margot efficiently put together a seamless itinerary for our Spain travels. We were confident going in to the vacation that all the details were taken care of. This simplified planning on our end and was of great value! She worked with the number of days we had and gave us just the right balance of free time & sightseeing/tours. 5 stars for Margot at Riverdale Travel!!

Fantastic experience: We had a great trip and our resort was amazing. We took advantage $$$ of staying on the family side of our resort but were still able to use the adult side for everything. Just a short walk through the resort and it saved us $2500 bucks and was worth it. We actually liked some of the eating places better on the family side but with both options it was the best.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for your expert help in finding and setting up our Aruba vacation. We are so happy you recommended RIU instead of the one we asked about (Renaissance). That one was under construction, busy road and had to cross roads to get to beach. RIU was right on the beach, able to walk right into the water. Every worker was polite, happy and made our stay extra special. The DePalm travel people were right there to meet us at the airport, providing a seamless move to our resort. They also helped us set up Excursions, all went very smoothly. My sister, who was in a wheelchair, was so accommodated by every single worker we encountered. Thank you Kristen for one of the best vacations we've ever had!

Fantastic experience: We've booked two trips with Riverdale Travel and had a great experience each time. Our recent trip in February to Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) with our dear friends was fantastic! Margot Leiner at Riverdale Travel booked our travel. Her recommendation for our resort was perfect! Our junior suite, the beach, pools, restaurants and gathering spaces throughout the resort are all beautiful. Highly recommend Punta Cana for a fun, relaxing vacation. Our pictures don't do it justice! Margot is great to work with! She made sure we had all the documents and details about our flight, the resort and check in process, and transportation to and from the airport in the DR. We look forward to working with Margot again on a bucket list trip in the future!

The office was clean, organized, and they had plenty of travel brochures to give to me to learn more about my vacation options. They even called overseas to make sure that all questions I had were answered correctly. They were friendly, professional, and found me the best deal and best hotel that met my picky expectations. She answered our emails on a Sunday when our flight was cancelled and tried all she could to reschedule our family vacation. Negative experience: Decided to try a travel agent to plan our destination wedding. Met with Marlene and gave an idea what we were looking for, and got 5 recommendations for resorts to look into - every one a Sandals property. Went home and watched some reviews and all of them were the opposite of what we had asked for. Maybe Sandals has the best commission. We found our own resort and asked her to book it. After a month of no updates beyond "working on it", we gave up and did it ourselves and it only took a couple of phone calls. We may try another agency in the future, but all this did was delay our wedding to next season.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Secrets Tides in Punta Cana! Beautiful new resort, excellent customer service, great entertainment and wonderful food options from a variety of restaurants located on site. If you love coffee like myself then you will enjoy the CoCo Cafe, open 24/7. A variety of coffee drinks, sandwich's, chocolate and pastries!

Fantastic experience: Great location with friendly staff. They seemed to be shorthanded as some of our travel party did not receive housekeeping until late afternoon or early evening, which was inconvenient for them. I was shocked that this ALL INCLUSIVE Barcelo 4 star hotel did NOT HAVE ANY NON-ALCOHOL BEER anywhere on site except for purchase in the gift shop! This is then not an all-inclusive. 5 stars for Riverdale Travel and Gretchen. Less stars for this particular property (Barcelo Palace Riviera Maya).

I’m a busy single parent, full time employed worker, and Hockey coach… never once did I feel stressed about this Disneyland trip, because Kristin took care of everything. All I had to do is say yes for things I wanted and no to the things I didn’t and everything was taken care of. So easy… stress free… and we enjoyed our trip very much… no issues. Much gratitude

On our cruise we had no signal and hit a storm so missed an excursion we had pre paid for. She took care of a refund and gave us options we could do in the rain . Negative experience: Called over 6 weeks ago, talked to Marlene who informed me she was not able to assist me at that time. However told me she would take down my information (name, destination info, email address and cell number and budget) and do some research and get back to me in 5 days. Haven't heard from her since. I've used this agency before which is why I called in the first place and the only reason I gave them 1 star.

Negative experience: Too busy for me. 2 attempts. Did most myself and used a different travel company for remainder of trip.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently got married this year and wanted to plan a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip with our friends and family to Cancun, Mexico. We have never traveled out of the country before nor did not know where to start so one of our family members gave us Jen's contact information. We have NEVER used or heard of a travel agency before, but I was open and excited to give Jen a try. I can proudly say that not once did I regret the decision to reach out. Jen was phenomenal and I mean it - PHENOMENAL! Planning for a big group is not easy, but everything from the way she carried herself, her recommendations, quick responses (I LOVE THEM AND MY GROUP DOES AS WELL!), and flexibility helped made the whole process so much easier and less stressful! We had a small miscommunication with a vendor for one of our excursions in Cancun and I emailed Jen. A few seconds later after I sent the email, I realized it was a Sunday so had a feeling Jen wouldn't be in office so eventually I was able to work it out with the vendor. However, Jen surprised me by responding back. I can tell that she genuinely cares for her clients and that really meant a lot to us. Would I book with Jen and Riverdale Travel again? Absolutely! No questions at all! Thanks for making this trip memorable for my group and I, Jen!

I booked a trip to playa del Carmen Mexico and Marlene had everything planned to a tee we had an absolute blast and I couldn't be happier with the vacation as a whole!! After she created an invitation for me to send out, all I had to do was forward it on. Those interested simply called her and made the arrangements. Simple. Now we have a large group traveling to Playa in Oct. All it took was one phone call and Dele did the rest. Very happy with her and the process.
