Negative experience: This company is a scam. When we signed up we were told we could cancel at any time. When we did we were penalized and our account was put into collections because they then said it was a loan. They never said up front that this was a loan and said there was no penalty for cancelling. I even payed the collection and then was put into collections another collection from this company. This company only cares about taking your money. Whether it ruins your credit or not they don’t care. Be warned and informed before you make any decisions with this company

Negative experience: They called me and told me that I won a cruise because I filled out something at the fair, all I had to do is a 90-minute webinar. So I agreed I did the webinar and then they found out that I had done it I don't know 6 or 7 months ago, the guy that was trying to sell me the package told me don't worry it's not your fault it's theirs and you will still receive your free gifts, cruise and $300 credit! It's been 3 days now and I haven't received anything, you can't get in touch with anyone I have sent messages to everyone I can think of, obviously I'm not going to get the free gifts all I did was waste 90 minutes of my day. These people are full of it I would be very careful buying one of their packages, my daughter bought it and it's not what they say it is, and they constantly are calling her about money

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for many years but I haven't booked anything myself. I am so grateful that I got Debby when I had to plan a last minute trip to Paris, France. She took the time to show me my options and waited for me to get online to walk me through each procedure. She even gave me some wise tips on verifying choices as safe and suitable. She always responds in a timely fashion, answers my myriads of questions patiently, and we are always happy with our bookings. She offers ideas and comparisons, e.g. insurance and excursions. Negative experience: Try to attend meeting and was told that I could not attend. They would not reschedule for another time. Call customer service more than once. When I did I receive an voicemail stating that they were busy with another customer and to leave my name and address not phone number. To be honest I would rather you tell me your business hours and tell me to call back during business hours and not to lie that you are busy helping someone. I call more than once and was unable to get actual person to talk to.

She listened to what we wanted in a vacation and together we came up with one that we will create fantastic memories. Negative experience: This is the worst company that I have ever worked with. We got approached at MayFest in Fort Worth and did a presentation with them the following day to get a certificate for a cruise. We were told at the Fest that we could book the cruise anytime except weeks of holidays. We then got the certificate after the presentation and it was handcuffed for booking only in off peak season. They lie to you and do nothing to make it right. It's a lying deceitful company. They also take 3-5 days to communicate back to you and even if you request a cruise it takes 7-14 days to know if they got it booked or not. The whole process is frustrating and is one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in my life.

Justin, The cruise is promotional in nature so it does have a few travel restrictions such as peak season and holidays. Those material terms are revealed to you in writing on the back of the invitation at the time we invite you to our presentation. We also understand that not everyone can travel in the off peak season so we allow you to use it anytime at a deeply discounted rate as compared to what you could find yourself. Negative experience: Do not expect ANYTHING from these people. They are scammers and crooks. They will tell you they sent you an email for your free gifts with date and time but it never makes it to you. Then they will talk to you like you are stupid because it’s not there. Well ya know what Debbie? It was never gonna be there lol Hope you all don’t fall for it. We did the call just because we wanted to see what was up. Do your research and you will see what’s up!

Amy, For your convenience, our presentations are scheduled remotely at your home. We have to rely on email to expedite your gifts. Yours were sent on the 10th of Sept. after the presentation. We resent your gifts again on the 13th of Sept. after you called us. Our Salesforce client management system shows us the emails were both opened. Negative experience: Attended the 90 minute presentation with promise of $30 reward card, and additional travel gift card, a cruise and a stay in Mexico. They said we'd receive the account creation information in 2 days, and ended up sending it to us a day early. We created our account, but upon attempting to claim our prizes, noted that we had not been provided with the correct login info for the $30, nor any login info for the cruise/other gift card. Have yet to work on the mexico vacation. Very disappointed in the dishonest way this was run, but not surprised. I have emailed for this to get fixed and will change my review upon my actual receipt of the cruise and $30. Should I not get these within the next five days, I'll be contacting the BBB on Friday due to their operating outside of their guarantees.

Negative experience: So in 2019 we put the deposit down on this travel club. Less than 30 days later my mother passed away and we never used the services because I had to quit my job to take care of her in her last days. I tried to call these people to see if they can relieve me of my burden due to my substantial situation. And they would not alleviate any of the debt. They said that it is by contract and they had no compassion for my situation. They are crooks and for them to not relieve me of this or work with me to relieve me of this. Since I never use the services not one day they made money off of me they initial upfront fees , I just feel that this place is all about the money and the hell with anybody’s lives. I recommend not using this scam place.

Negative experience: Attended an hour and a half meeting that cost me $20 for them to give a cruise. They say you pay port fees. I asked about black out dates and was assured only major holidays. Now come to look it's half the year and they expect us to pay the difference if we can't. Waste of our time. Bragging about their good reviews and no hidden fees.

Negative experience: Member services is not helpful at all. Been calling for weeks, multiple times a week, still can't get access. Keep telling me they are working on it, but yet nothing. Don't know what else I can do.

Negative experience: The prices are slightly better ( under $20 difference) than going through Costco, AAA or just researching yourself for vacation, car rental, cruises...etc ...but the guy who sold us the package was nice... My husband and I called more than several times to get information on booking a trip..but were not able to get things booked using the club...we have used another agency for our last 4 trips and cruise...unfortunately it just seems to not be working out for us...hopefully we can utilize what we paid for with the club in the future.

We see you spent some time with us to view our program and received a $50 online or in-store shopping card to over 300 merchants as well as a Cruise for up to 5 days that would cost you no more than $75 to $159 per person depending on your choice of sailing. You also were given $300 off your next vacation from www.myvacationcard.com. 'Total scam' is a pretty harsh review considering the circumstances. As you can see from our many GREAT reviews we work very hard to take care of our members and give them the service they deserve. This weeks Member Only vacation specials...Sedona AZ or South Lake Tahoe CA for a week in a resort, pay only $99 or take a cruise on Princess and SAVE up to $800. Negative experience: Scam. They presented themselves as a travel agency, collected a cash deposit from us with a promise of returning it as an Amazon gift card. We sat through a presentation for condos that "aren't timeshares" and didn't get our deposit back, instead they sent an app download requirement with a credit.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Julie as our Condo Advisor. Julie is easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and professional—she is all that but also has a friendly, caring personality. I appreciate the fact that she is not all business. She is empathetic and really listens to your concerns and needs. Our situation required a lot of back and forth trying to coordinate 3 couples with varying destination preferences, dates all 6 of us were available, and condo availability. Fantastic experience: I have been a member for a few years now, but with covid, I have not been traveling much. Today, I called to get some assistance with booking a resort/condo, which I have never done since becoming a member. I spoke with Debby, and she was absolutely amazing! She walked me through so many steps on how to navigate the website and tips and tricks to making sure I was knowledgeable on some fees that some resorts/condos charge and how to find them. She explained the different options I have access to when planning any vacation. I am so appreciative for the time and patience she gave to me. Positive experience: The condo was great! Clean and well maintained. Our first night we had to call multiply times to get a pack and play for our baby, took roughly 4 hours for them to actually bring it to us, which caused us to put our baby down about 20 minutes late. But, once we got past that first night, everything was perfect. They answered us timely for more towels and coffee. The amenities were awesome. Pools were amazing and my husband got 3 hole-in-ones on the mini golf course! Impressive! Overall, the stay was exactly what we needed!

Fantastic experience: This is a club to be a part of! Having a travel agent find the best rates for you & do all of the legwork is the best thing ever! Jane was attentive & patient as she did all of the legwork for the WRONG dates that I initially gave her. Fantastic experience: We have been members of CTC for many years and enjoy the many travel benefits they offer. Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been members for about 2 years and could not be happier. We have already gotten our money back by booking cruises on Royal Caribbean. The staff at the Condo Club have been fantastic and are always there to help. I would recommend the Condo Travel Club to anyone who has travel in their plans especially cruising.

Fantastic experience: Normally we travel in our Motorhome but this time we thought we try a condo. We were getting the monthly updates from Condominium Travel Club then ran into a problem....I couldn't find our member card with the number we had never set it up through the website. I called the number listed and spoke with Julie, who is amazing! She checked condo possibilities for the location we were traveling to, and though there was nothing close by, she then walked me through setting up an account on the website, explaining all the different things I could check on for condo travel and to keep checking back as locations and deals change regularly. She heard me, she helped me, and she said to call back anytime if I had questions or needed help! Fantastic experience: My first time dealing with this company. I'm a cross your t's dot your i's kinda guy. When I went to make my booking I ran into a few snags so I called the contact number and was put in touch with a lovely lady named Debby. After a long and fruitful discussion about my booking Debby found the issue which was a web(I.T.) issue. Because problem was on their side they comped us a $100. credit. Debby is very helpful in every way, giving us tips to make our planning more enjoyable and not only for one booking but for multiple bookings. Thank you for a great experience Debby.

Fantastic experience: Spoke with Julie re-guarding our upcoming family trip to Hawaii. She has been more than helpful in assisting us navigate to get the resorts, time and accommodations needed for us to stay in the same resort at the same time. She has been very accommodating and has spent a lot of time answering our questions and explaining how to see what we had reserved and accessing the information we needed.
