Fantastic experience: I want to give a huge compliment to the agency! I have been a client for a few years now, and we have always received excellent service. Handling documentation processes with them brings me comfort and security. I appreciate how organized they are and how they deliver our documents in folders with clear instructions. This time, I brought a challenging situation to the agency—requesting a passport under very peculiar circumstances, even involving an unusual court decision. And once again, they exceeded all expectations. I received full support until I successfully obtained the documents. I also want to give a special compliment and heartfelt thanks to Débora. Her dedication to her work and customer service is evident. Many times, the agency was crowded with clients waiting for passport processing, and while she was assisting someone, new clients would arrive. It was always Débora who, with a smile, welcomed them and provided guidance on the agency’s services and wait times. I don’t know the other employees personally, but I understand they handle different tasks. However, I was surprised to see that while the other two employees were not busy with clients, they didn’t pay much attention to those arriving at the agency. Meanwhile, Débora, even while assisting someone, was the one who showed empathy and took the initiative to help new clients. For this reason, I want to highlight and recognize Débora’s outstanding service, which undoubtedly enhances the quality of Francine’s Travel agency. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them! Gosto de como são organizados, da maneira como entregam nossos processos em pastas com as orientações… Desta vez eu trouxe uma situação desafiadora para a agência. Um pedido de confecção de passaporte de uma situação bastante peculiar, que envolvia até uma decisão judicial incomum. E mais uma vez, eles foram nota 1000. Tive todo o suporte até conseguir o êxito na obtenção dos documentos. Também, deixo um elogio e agradecimento especial para a Débora. É visível a dedicação que ela tem no trabalho e no atendimento aos clientes. Por vezes, a agência estava lotada de clientes aguardando para confecção de passaporte, ela estava em atendimento, e quando outras pessoas chegavam na agência, era ela que com um sorriso orientava o novo cliente sobre os serviços da agência e a espera. Não conheço as outras funcionárias, apenas sei que elas atendem demandas diferentes mas, eu me surpreendia vendo as outras duas funcionárias, as quais não estavam em atendimento, sequer dando atenção as pessoas que chegavam na agência, enquanto a Débora, mesmo em atendimento, era quem se importava e abordava os clientes com empatia. Então, por esse motivo, quero também enaltecer e reconhecer o atendimento da Débora, que com certeza engrandece a qualidade do atendimento da agência Francine’s travel. Muito obrigada. Eu recomendo!

Fantastic experience: Working with Francine's Travel was a seamless experience. I needed to obtain a Brazilian birth certificate for my daughter and they took care of all of the paperwork for me. Debora was dilligent in providing me with all of the necessary infomation & copies of my documents to bring to present at the Brazilian Consulate. She also emailed me prior to the appointment to remind me of my upcoming appointment. I ended up going to the consulate and got everything done in one day, without needing to come back a 2nd & 3rd time. All in all, Francine's Travel was well worth the investment and I'd happily use their services again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I can NOT explain into words the trip that was put together by Francine's Travel. From the time we stepped foot in Rome, Sept 13th to Sept 26th, was the best experience of my life. We were a pilgrim group from Holy Face Monastery, some people from New Jersey, and some of us were from Michigan. Francine's was hands-on at all times. I just love her!! We traveled from Rome to Lanciano- San Giovanni Rotondo, then to Barr, which we took a boat ride to Dubronik, then to Medjugorje for 3 days. Then sailed from Split to Ancona- Fabriano- Perugia Area - then to Cascia- Assisi- Monte Cassino- Florence- Padua- Venice and Milan. All 4-5 *stars hotels with breakfast and dinner included. The cost was so awesome from all that we experienced and the memories we all made. The group was such an exceptional group. Thank you, Francine's Travel, for this once in a life time trip.

Fantastic experience: Francine did a wonderful job in putting together our pilgrimage to Italy in a short amount of time. She was always available to address any questions or concerns. She made sure that any special needs were taken care of; from dietary to medical. Isabella, our tour guide, was amazing. She coordinated everything and was constantly communicating with me. If there were any changes, she made sure her solution was ok with me. She made sure everyone with dietary needs was taken care of. If someone needed medical care she took care to find facilities and pharmacies and stayed with them at all times.She was a Godsend! The only problem we had was the time between connecting flights was not long enough. Traveling internationally requires more time because of passport and immigration. Other than that the trip went very well. Francine and Isabella are true sweethearts and know what they are doing. Their experience in travel is top tier. I wouldn’t want to have anyone else plan and direct my next travel adventure!

Fantastic experience: ‘Responsive’ and ‘caring’ are two, among many, of the positive terms I would use to recommend Francine’s Travel. We travelled with a group to the major sites and churches of Italy, plus Medjugorje, and the planned itinerary was thoughtfully constructed and the local coordinator and guides were excellent. Francine and her staff responded to problems and issues brought to their attention, and they looked after and ensured our enjoyment and travel comfort from the seats on the planes to the stay at each hotel. Since there have been many changes to the travel industry since my mother and I last travelled, the Agency patiently reminded us of what needed to be done or took care of the situation(s) for us. Fantastic experience: I went on a pilgrimage to Italy through Francine's Travel and Francine and her staff did an amazing job. I have some behind-the-scenes knowledge, so I know she had very little time between the initial proposal of the trip and the date we left, and yet everything was excellent: the hotels, the included meals, the bus drivers, and the guides. Francine was so great making sure all of our questions or concerns were addressed, and whenever anyone in the group faced unexpected issues, she made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner.

Fantastic experience: Our experience planning with Francine and her team was incredible! Francine, Lídia and Cris all worked with us directly to ensure we had everything and more that we had envisioned and asked for our wedding. We got married at Paradisus Cancun In April 2021 and we couldn’t have asked for a better team! Francine and her team did everything from touring venue locations for us to negotiating room block pricing to coordinating all aspects of travel for our guests. This included collecting room payments, booking flights and coordinating guest arrival and departure. The team did an amazing job negotiating our room block (more than once) and got our guests the lowest possible rate for beautiful Reserve category ocean view rooms. Along with those room block prices , the team also negotiated several wedding concessions/add ons that my husband and I were able to benefit from both for the cocktail hour and reception. Working with Francine took away so much stress from planning a destination wedding and really facilitated the process for us and our guests. Thanks for being a huge part of our dream wedding! We would definitely recommend Francine’s Travel to anyone looking to put together an incredible destination wedding. Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Francine's travel so I booked a trip for my wife and I to Punta Cana. It was our first time out of the U.S. since our honeymoon 30 years ago. I ignored our agent Cris' advice and picked my own hotel. We got eaten by bedbugs the first night. My wife and I were panicked! We didn't have clue what we might do or how we might get back home. Just then we got a call from Francine's Travel to see how we were doing. I told Cris we were bitten and horrified! Cris told us to sit tight and within minutes Francine called us. She directed us on exactly how to check out of our room and exactly what to say. The next thing we knew a van picked us up and took us across the island to a 5-star paradise where Francine's Travel is revered. There, a "Butler" was waiting at the ready for us, and he paid close attention to us making each of our five remaining days fantastic and effortless. When we asked him why he took such special care of us he said, "because Francine would have it no other way". We'd give francine 100 stars if we could... we will only ever travel through her!

Fantastic experience: Went in to renew my brasilian passport. I was attended fast and professionally. Also the office is super covid safe. The staff was prompt and respectful. Definitely would recommend coming in for your passport renewals and booking needs.
