Positive experience: very bad customer service

Negative experience: Apparently nick dicicco has been charging my mentally impaired elderly parents on a policy for a vehicle i KNOW i cancelled myself and theyre so embarassed about it they refuse to show me any details and shut down whenever money is mentioned because we are all dangerously poor and just trying to get by. Please figure out what happened and why they are telling me they were instructed THEY HAD TO KEEP PAYING WITH MY MONEY for a policy i made very clear was cancelled and theyre telling me they convinced them I might have lied about selling the car and still need insurance, they literally believe anything someone tells them

Negative experience: AAA is the worstest insurance company I ever had to deal with. The agent I had was useless! They don't help their clients or to better understand the policies, even if you been with them for a long time, they still don't compensate their clients. Some of my family members have also had a bad experience with AAA. My insurance policy was going up, so I went on and switched over to another insurance company and now AAA have the ordesity to send me a bill that I am trying to dispute. You would think you would be saving money but instead they are taking your money. I wouldn't recommend no one to deal with this company. If I could I wouldn't give no stars and I hope one day AAA goes out of business.

Positive experience: This particular office moved from Mack/Morissette (Practically in the hospital parking lot) new location in GP Woods, is a real pain, street parking only you have to put $$ in the parking meter, and if you have trouble walking like I do, there is no handicapped parking whatsoever and you have to step up on the curb as they are in a corner building. What happens if all the spots are taken as there are other businesses along side, I have no idea.

Negative experience: If this is the one on 21304 Mac Grosse Pointe these people are very messy I was there for an hour waiting on someone to help me to dissolve the problem with AAA there was three other people came behind me and they took them before they waited on me and I decided to leave and ask them for a number where I could call it and put in a complaint they gave me some number that has nothing to do with anything I call Better Business Bureau and got a Complaint Form to put in a complaint to this company AAA is not what you think it is it's not good at all that's right

Negative experience: I dont recommend AAA and if you have this company do not use this office. I would rate 0 stars if I could. The agents are incompetent and committed fraud against my account when I provided proper documentation over a year ago for adjustments to my policy. They then wanted an obscene amount of money to rectify the problem. I will be contacting the BBB and state of Michigan to report their fraudulent activities.

Fantastic experience: A+. Okay I know it’s just an auto insurance company but they are well run and offer a lot of services. Travel planning, passport photos. International drivers license and a lot more. Plus the people working there were all friendly and helpful. I think my favorite thing was the location and overall convenience.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here as a first time home owner buying house insurance for the first time. I experienced 2 house fires in my lifetime. AAA was the insurance company and took care of my friend and family member who they provided insurance to. When it came time to buy insurance for my home, I knew that AAA was the right insurance company to go with after seeing horror stories from friends who had a fire and had issues with the insurance company paying the claim and making speedy repairs.

Positive experience: I took my car here to get to Mufflers put on I went to this place because they work with the Snap Finance system I left the first day and a day later the weld broke on the passenger side I had to take it back for them to repair it a different mechanic did the welding and now I have to take it back Monday because they're still an exhaust leak I hope they can get it right this time it's a decent shop I just don't want to keep taking the car there several times for the price I'm paying

Negative experience: I called to get a price quote for auto insurance. I talked to the receptionist .She assured me I would receive a return call. To date I have not received a call. What a way to run a business!!

Negative experience: Never work with this office. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone who can actually help you. Also, a few of the representatives are rude and any request seems like a massive inconvenience.

Which has now given you less and charges you more my insurance policy had been canceled for 6 months without my knowledge! My record is excellent and I paid automatically so I wasn’t aware. I’m very disappointed they refused to rectify the situation. Oh well I switched and saved 30 percent

Negative experience: Called in to get help from my agent and was told that they don’t have agents any longer. The person who answers the phone is the one who helps me. My agent was the one who knew me and helped me with a issue that the people on the phone could not help me with. My insurance keeps going up every year and now I have less service. Time to start looking around
