Fantastic experience: We loved the house from Diamond Golf Rentals! An added touch was the fact that every room had its own bathroom and there was an elevator for all floors! The staff was always extremely responsive and helped ensure we were always taken care of. I would definitely rent from them again!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing Christmas all because of the great staff and this gorgeous home. Upon arrival, the staff made sure to reach out to us to check in with our arrival time. The house was spotless and smelled really good! The beds were comfortable and the home had more than enough space for our party of 7! I loved the kitchen - it was equipped with all the essentials, even a blender! The WI-FI worked perfectly and so did all of the televisions. Our 13 year old son enjoyed playing on the PlayStation set - that was an added bonus! The location was perfect! The house is within a 2 minute walking diance to the beach - which we went to everyday! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the beach bikes too! Also, the outlets and the grocery stores are extremely close to the home, as well! Any questions that we had, the staff answered back immediately! We will be booking with Oasis again! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Sea His Love in September 2024 and had a great experience. The house was amazing, and the Diamond Gulf staff made the entire experience easy and stress free.

Negative experience: ROACHES!!!!! When we booked Destiny Dreams we thoroughly read every review. We now know why there isn’t one negative review! Within the first 24 hours of our stay we had a cockroach run across our kitchen counter (2nd floor) and had one in a bed (3rd floor). We asked to be moved to a different property and were assured they would make things right. Not 5 minutes after getting off the phone a 3rd one was seen under the kitchen table. Later that afternoon we were offered a compensation of $500 or we could vacate the property with a refund of the rest of our stay but we were still responsible for the $500 cleaning fee. If we chose to vacate we were on our own to find a new place to stay. We were 4 families traveling with 7 kids. We felt we had no choice but to stay. We had questioned the circulation of the pool the first few days of our stay, on day 4 we woke up to a slimy, green pool. The information for the house states to never touch pool equipment. After contacting Diamond Rental they asked us to check that the filtration system was on a certain setting. It was OFF so we had been swimming in a stagnant cesspool of bacteria for 4 days. By day 6, 5 of the 7 kids had developed swimmers ear from it. Later that day another cockroach was found on the ground level. We were granted a 2 hour late checkout which was used to meticulously go through every article of clothing before packing to ensure we didn’t infest our own homes with roaches. After arriving home we received an email for the $500 compensation, but before it was released we had to sign a document stating many things including that WE WOULD NEVER POST ANYTHING DISPARAGING OR ANYTHING LESS THAN A 5 STAR REVIEW. To say we were frustrated and disgusted is an understatement. We chose to forego the $500 (which didn’t even cover the missed excursion due to swimmers ear, telehealth visits, Uber to the pharmacy and prescription ear drops, much less the loss of sleep and emotional toll this took on all of us) in order to post an HONEST experience. Destiny Dreams-more like Destiny Nightmare.

Fantastic experience: The space, inside and out, were perfect for a multi-family getaway. We even had a friend who lived in the area come by for a BBQ. The pool was perfect for our little one, especially considering there were some double-red flag days at the beach. The golf cart was a life saver!! The location was amazing!! One negative, the door alarms were a major bummer. We followed all the directions and have still had trouble, even after we tightened a doorknob. It was just easier to use the front door and walk around.

Fantastic experience: Amazing House! This was our first time visiting 30a! We had a wonderful experience and the communication was excellent! The house was very clean and the location was perfect! The beach is across the street and we love that it wasn’t crowded. The private pool was great for our family as well. We hope to visit again :)

Fantastic experience: This house is beautiful! We travel with just my small family but hate staying in condos. This place had everything. The pool was beautiful and the golf cart was very well maintained. We had a few minor concerns and the management company was so fast to adress them. We have stayed at around 6 different properties and this was by far our favorite. We will definitely be renting this house over and over.

Fantastic experience: This was the perfect home for our family. The set up was great for grandparents to stay on the main floor and our other families along with kids to take the other floors. Even better the location to the beach was a huge plus for us. In the photos it looks a little further away and when we arrived we were so excited to see how it was really just a few steps away to the private beach. I highly recommend this property!

Fantastic experience: We planned a family vacation to celebrate our Mother's birthday and it was a much-needed getaway, especially since she passed away last July. We wanted to make this trip extra special, so we rented a house that could accommodate all 12 of us (8 adults and 4 kids). We were blown away by the beauty of the house, which had everything we could possibly need. It genuinely felt like our home away from home. The private pool was a big highlight of the trip for the kids, while we all appreciated the beach access that was just across the street. The Florida beaches were breathtakingly beautiful, and we were grateful for the umbrellas and chairs set up daily by Sun, Sand and Sea Beach Services. We also wanted to give a big thank you to the staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals, who were extremely responsive and took care of all our needs promptly. We will definitely be back for another vacation!

Fantastic experience: Saler Shores is an immaculate property with bedrooms, towels and amenities for days! We've just reluctantly left the property and can't wait for our next visit. Kitchen is fully stocked with any utensil or gadget you could need, towels everywhere you turn and the most enticing views from its 4 balconies. Proximity to the Surf Hut restaurant and bar was perfect and you don't have to look for anywhere to sit on the beach, your chairs and umbrellas are perfectly positioned in prime view of the beach. The beds were perfectly comfortable with no lack of pillows and there are coffee pots everywhere! Diamond Gulf Rentals had exceptional communication and checked-in on us and our stay frequently. Our stay was just so special and I can't think of anything that would have made it any better! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Truly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close the beach and the golf cart provided made it convenient. The open kitchen and living room concept was great for the family. The washer and dryer on the top and bottom floors is nice for days at the beach. There is a pool right next to the property.

Thank me later! “Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service.” Even if Something is not right when you get to the home and the vendor is not available for whatever reason, “Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled.” If you’re reading this, go ahead and book what are you waiting for? Fantastic experience: We were here for a high school senior spring break trip with multiple families. Every step from research to departure was well explained, easy to navigate, and even enjoyable. April was always quick to answer any questions (sometimes the same one more than once!), and the app - a game changer! I've rented many homes for vacations all over, and the information found within was some helpful. Everyone had access, which made for an even better experience. And the house - well appointed, well cared for, and plenty of room for our 29 people. Cannot wait for another opportunity to stay at a Diamond home!

Fantastic experience: We spent a year planning our trip to Destin. We wanted a beach vacation with our children and grandchildren (5 - ages 8 to 2). You always hope that where you stay is part of a fantastic experience and the Reunion House did not disappoint. The house had plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children - 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths - and a huge family room and kitchen space for all. The Diamond Rental staff were awesome to deal with whenever we needed them. The access to the beach was directly across the street. It was great to have beach service with chairs and an umbrella. The Destin beach, sand and water, is absolutely gorgeous! No where else in Florida can even compare. And, it was great to come back to the house to a heated pool for the evening swims. This was such a great trip for our family that we're going back next year!!!!

Fantastic experience: The house is awesome. We stayed at Emerald Serenity Plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and the backyard is a great place to hang when you put the littles to bed. The golf cart was a highlight we took it every morning to find a new coffee spot. The garage has a bin of sand toys and extra chairs so that was a nice surprise. We can't wait to come back. House is really well located too. Diamond was excellent in keeping in contact to make sure everything was perfect!

Fantastic experience: We rented a property from Diamond for a weekend girls trip. The property was clean and well stocked. Their communication throughout the process was very good. I would rent from them again.

Fantastic experience: My family of 11 (7 adults & 4 children) spent 8 days at The Front Row in September/October, 2023 to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife. The location is absolutely perfect-close to grocery stores and many, many restaurants and places of interest. Both the private pool and private beach were huge hits with all ages from 6 to 70!!! The house itself has great space. Everyone loved the number & types of bedrooms and bathrooms, etc and amenities are top-notch! Diamond Gulf Rentals was very responsive to small problems as they developed (at least during normal business hours and when the problem was easily addressed). We would definitely plan a repeat stay. Our only complaints were that the internet was very unreliable and the home lacks any outdoor lighting whatsoever in the pool/patio area-an outdoor dinner near the pool is virtually impossible!!!

Negative experience: Overall, the experience wasn't that great. There's better places in the area to stay if you have a large party. The rental wasn't worth what we paid for it. Customer service: We only had two issues. We paid for private beach access but weren't told that the beach was public. Then someone came by for repairs and we weren't notified so it was kind of frightening finding a random stranger walking around the back patio. Cleanliness: The house wasn't as clean as I would like. The furniture and fabrics were stained and looked dirty. There were marks and holes in the walls of several rooms. The second floor bathroom was disgusting and had bugs in the shower. We were told the pool had been clean but there was junk all in the pool and the pool area was dirty. Location: The pictures provided of the house were very misleading. The house it pretty far from the beach. It's also located right next to a construction site so we had to spend the vacation waking up to construction early in the morning.. To top it off, there was always construction trucks blocking either the road to the house or the driveway. Amenities: The golf cart provided was very outdated and hard to manage. The beach chairs they provide were either broken or very cheap. There were alot of house rules. Some of them made sense but others were really much and kind of put a damper on the stay.

Fantastic experience: This was our third stay off 30a with this company and will continue to book with them! The homes are always so clean and welcoming. The staff continues to check on you during your stay and are always friendly and helpful with questions! We love Diamond!

Negative experience: This is the second time I've stayed with this rental company. The first time wasn't that great. I tried to give it a second chance by renting another property and had an even worse experience. The location from the house is a pretty far walk from the beach and is located in an ugly area with a lot of construction and abandoned houses that were falling apart. We woke up every day to loud construction noise. The parking is terrible with a lot of cars having to resort to parking in the street and alley which causes it to be hard to get to and from the house. The house was not cleaned well. There were stains on the walls, brown stains on the towels, black gunk in the shower, and dead bugs floating in the toilet. We found stray hairs and crumbs in several of the beds which made us believe the sheets hadn't been changed before we got there. The water from the sinks had this really awful and rancid chemical smell and taste that made me uncomfortable to brush my teeth with. There were large black bugs crawling around the living room/dining room area and in some of the beds on the first floor. We found several rats (not mice, big long rats) in the pool deck and spent the entire trip worrying that they would get in the house. Do not rent here. It's unsanitary and they charge ridiculous rates to be living in a dirty house with rats and bugs.

Negative experience: Every day there was an issue, day one pool area was disgustingly nasty, day two ants everywhere, day three yard maintenance decided to trim every hedge on the property and while we were trying to swim finally, day four tried to use golf cart and yes No Breaks that was scary. Walls in the house are a mess ( bad shape) stay away from this property. “Toes in the sand”…..I had open heart surgery not long ago and just want to have a stress free time, that didn’t happen and paid them a hefty amount to stay here. Never again. I will never do business with Diamond Gulf Rental again.

They will arrange pick up from the airport, grocery shopping, anything you would want or need, DGR - does it all! We slumbered at a home named Destiny Dreams. Fantastic experience: We loved our stay in Santa Rosa our rental Footprints in the sand was beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed lots of room we had 22 pole pole and 7 of them are under the age of 3. The pool was absolutely wonderful the pool guy came serval times to maintain and clean the pool which I loved. The beach across the street was absolutely beautiful the weather was perfect. We made so many wonderful memories. Everything we needed to take to the beach was provided for us. Diamond rentals checked in on throughout the stay via text message. I loved the personal messages we felt very welcomed. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay be renting with Diamond Property’s again.

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed at the Terra Cotta Terrace and OMG what an experience. It was like home away from home. From checking in which was super convenient how it’s set up to checking out. I have sooo many wonderful things to say about Terra Cotta Terrace. First, it’s located in a very nice community. It has private beach access which is the main attraction. Who wouldn’t want to be that close to the beach. The home itself was very clean. The owners have almost everything you could need there aside from the basics. They had laundry baskets, I mean I’ve stayed in some very nice places and they didn’t have laundry baskets lol. It stood out to me because I can’t stand clothing thrown everywhere. The home has a very detailed itinerary guide. It lists the BEST places to go for dining and for just the Destin experience. From water parks to dolphin tours I mean it has it all. Oh, everything worked fine. The home has the tv subscriptions like Hulu and Netflix. It has a gas grill and it has things to take to the beach like beach chairs, a wagon, a beach umbrella. So it saves you money on having to make those purchases. The home is beautiful and the pictures online are beautiful but you have to see it in person. Overall the experience was nice. We needed nothing but more TP lol. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Fantastic experience: We absolutely LOVED our stay at Surf Song!! The house was incredible, with plenty of space for all 12 of us to spread out! The outdoor fire pit, pool, and lounging area were wonderful to end a perfect day at the beach. This house is in the perfect location, with less than a 5 minute walk to the public beach access by Pompano Joe’s. The golf cart was an added bonus, as it was perfect to haul our coolers, beach chairs, and umbrellas to the beach! The house has a large number of beach chairs available for use, which we now know for our next trip. Our group is already talking about going back to Surf Song!! We will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic experience: We loved our time at Simon Seas! We had 7 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The house is beautiful just like the pictures, and the neighborhood is precious! So many nice people, perfect for evening walks and some time at one of the two pools! The beach is close and is beautiful in this area, a golf cart rental was so handy and allowed for more fun to cruise the area. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves the beach, and a great time with family and friends!

Fantastic experience: Surf Song and Diamond Gulf Rentals was amazing! From the time of booking until we left, they were great at communicating, and even let us enter the home a little early at check in which meant so much to us! We arrived to a bottle of complimentary Rosè, and a beautiful, clean home. The kitchen was super well equipped. Bedrooms were immaculate. The outdoor area was the perfect oasis. The garage had everything needed for the beach, which was only a couple minute golf cart ride away or 5 min walk! We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: Just an amazing experience yet again. This is our second time staying in this particular property and it never stops impressing us. The house is impeccable. The staff was so helpful throughout our stay. When an issue arose, they were so reactive to get it resolved. The location is perfect if you like the Destin beaches and gives you the opportunity to explore as it’s close to food/shopping and entertainment. It’s a great find and we hope to return again in the near future!

Fantastic experience: Our family recently stayed at the Aquascape through Diamond Gulf Rentals. The house accommodated our large family perfectly and the heated pool was an added bonus, especially with the colder weather we had. The house was fully equipped and well maintained. We will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: The Lee House was clean and beautiful. Everything we needed for our trip was in place. We had zero issues during our stay because everything was already in place but I have no doubt the staff would have been on top of it immediately. They did text to check in everyday which was very thoughtful. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room for your family. Also an easy walk or golf cart ride to the beach!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this Seaside Palace home in Miramar Beach, FL. We had 19 grown women for a retreat. Everyone had a bed and there was plenty for more. We werent on top of each other had plenty of room. Bedrooms were spacious, loved the patios on off from the bedrooms, bathrooms were spacious as well. Loved the pool space and distance from thr beach. We walked every day down took 7 mins at a easy pace. House clean, plenty of dishes and towels for everyone.BOOK this LOCATION!

Fantastic experience: Be Our Guest Great place to stay with family and friends! Close golf cart ride to the beach and some restaurants. House was as pictured and we had everything we needed! Clean and great communication with Diamond. Nice beach chairs in garage, so can leave yours at home! We also enjoyed the pool, fire pit and grill!

Negative experience: NO Stars! Do not rent from here!! Customer Service was terrible. We had multiple problems that no guest should have to even know about it, especially when paying that kind of money. When I brought these issues to the attention of the management I was met with nothing but nasty, bullying comments back. Not even offered an apology of any sort! I am a nursing student and rented this house for my fall break to refresh and renew. So much for that, with gas fumes from the leaf blowers and hedge trimmers, extremely hot pool, decrepit golf cart, and numerous others interruptions.

Negative experience: Awful customer service. The house was nice enough. The customer service after the trip in response to my concerns about problems that occurred while in the house were met with rude responses and a bunch of excuses. They are not one bit guest friendly and I'm hoping to reach enough of their homeowners to change their philosophy on guest relations. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to book a home for vacation.

Negative experience: BEWARE, I booked a vacation rental as a get away for my extended family, children and grandchildren, in February of 2020 before Covid-19 became a big problem. With the explosion of Covid-19 and concerns with infection, since many of our family members would need to fly to Florida for the vacation, we decided that we would cancel our trip. After reading our rental contract, it was obvious that we would incur a penalty for canceling, but that was better than losing our full reservation deposit. The discussion with Diamond Gulf Rentals started the first week of August 2020 almost 90 days before our schedule reservation. Diamond Gulf Rentals has been unable or unwilling to resolve the situation in accordance with the rental contract. The owners rental contract specifically states: “If cancellation is made more than 47 days before check-in then owner keeps 25% of monies already paid.” Diamond Gulf Rentals continually states that the owner is willing to re-book the reservation but will not refund the 75% of the reservation deposit as the contract states. Diamond Gulf Rentals will not put us in contact with the owner to discuss this situation and refuses to honor the contract, they maintain the contract is between the owner and ourselves.

Fantastic experience: This home was absolutely amazing! All of my friends and family loved it. We celebrated my 40th birthday here and this home is immaculate. Everything was very clean an in order. We enjoyed the backyard and sitting by the firepit and pool. The home was well-equipped with all vacation essentials and the house layout is perfect for large groups. I will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: LOCATION! a very short walk to the beach which was very nice. The home is absolutely beautiful. We would 100% stay here again. There were a few things we felt could be upgraded. Some of the patio furniture. A few of the chairs had cracks in them and we definitely think there could be more lounge chairs. the grill looks to be falling apart and very rusty. The golf cart tires were pretty flat when we arrived along with the bike tires. They did provide a tire pump Which helped in our current situation. It was hard to tell if the dishwasher was working because we had to run it 3 times before we felt that the dishes actually came out clean. There were lots of dishes that were not clean that we found in the cabinets. There also is no lock on the gate. Otherwise the home was very clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and couches were perfect for relaxing at the end of the night. They were very responsive if we had any questions. And the welcome gift of a bottle of wine was very generous! If you are looking for a great home in Miramar beach this should be your go to.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay at Heavenly View. Spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Short walk for beach access and the pool was wonderful. We would love to stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed last week at As You Wish. We loved the house and amenities. It surpassed our expectations based on the pictures. We had a wonderful week with our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters. Diamond Gulf Rental was wonderful to work with and made everything so easy. We loved our short trip to the beach in the golf cart. The houses in the development look just as wonderful as they look the same and seem to have the same attention to detail but with decor and style differences that make each unique. We have already submitted a reservation for next year.

Positive experience: Very beautiful house! Clean, staff very responsive. Only a few things worth noting. The back door alarm is super annoying we wished there was an option to turn it off since we didn’t have small children. Lighting needed to be better in the hallways, bedrooms and bathrooms. Very poor water pressure. Over all it was a wonderful stay and the walk to the beach is very short and manageable.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a fabulous time at “As You Wish” in Miramar Beach for a week. The house was every bit as amazing as the pictures. So close to the beach. The management company was very responsive on any questions! Wonderful experience! We highly recommend this property.

Fantastic experience: This rental was amazing! We booked this last minute for spring break and the company was very efficient in answering our questions and helping us with the booking. When we got there it exceeded our expectations! It was by far THE CLEANEST rental I have ever stayed in! It looked like it came straight out of a magazine! The walk to the beach is very short and easy. In addition to the umbrella and 2 chair service that is included, the shed has additional umbrellas, chairs, a wagon, and boogie boards that we were not expecting. The pool was super clean and was serviced by a professional company during our stay. It is very close to a Wal-Mart, Publix, and several restaurants. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic experience: We weren't able to stay at the property over Spring Break due to the current situation, but Diamond Gulf was really great to work with and the owner of our property was awesome too. After hearing of others who weren't so nice to work with during this time, I'm appreciative of the outcome for us. Thanks to the staff for being so understanding and good about helping us.

Right now with what is going on, to have someone give you such a simple and smooth transition from having your first honeymoon cancelled to going somewhere local but making it special at the same time! Fantastic experience: Rented Nora’s Rest for a week....it’s a must stay at property. Beautiful, spacious, modern house with an awesome pool area. Just steps to the beach as well. If you’re even considering it, make the leap. You’ll be glad you did and It’ll be a worthy experience! Diamond Gulf Rentals customer service is off the charts to top it off. Amazing week....we’ll be back.

Fantastic experience: This was one of the best houses in Destin and Destiny by the Sea we have stayed in. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, sitting areas for everyone. The pool and deck area was amazing. The garage contained everything you would need to go to the beach and more. Lastly, this was one of few houses that actually had all the dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils to cook with. The house is well maintained and has ample porch space. Almost on the beach so walk to short. We will return.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our time at Nora's Rest Beach House by Diamond Gulf Rentals in the Destiny by the Sea neighborhood! There were three families and almost 20 people total for 5 nights. The house was immaculate, and any small issues were addressed quickly and efficiently. The size of the house was tremendous and important so nobody felt cramped during the stay. The location of the house was perfect right by the beach walkway on a quiet residential neighborhood street and away from the traffic from 98. The private beach was much more secluded than the public areas of Destin and you can bring your own beach umbrellas and chairs. It's also a quick 5 minute walk down the beach to the Crab Trap. We'll be back!

Fantastic experience: Working with Diamond Gulf Rentals was clear and easy. Setting up our vacation was a breeze and we talked personally with someone (Jay was awesome) each time we needed to communicate or had a question. During our time, we could even text them at any time for quick communication or needs. The house was beautiful and new, and there were no issues for us. We would highly recommend staying in the Lee House and booking with Diamond Gulf Rentals. Do yourself and favor and do it, and quit looking anywhere else, seriously!

Fantastic experience: Returned over the weekend from a one week stay at Sunfish Manor with 4 total families. 7 adults and 6 kids. This was truly a Diamond experience!!! We arrived early and the staff worked tirelessly to get us checked in early. This was amazing after a 10 hour drive. The house was simply amazing! More than enough room for all of us and the separate living areas were great for everyone to have their own space to just hang out. The pool was great and the added feature of it being able to be heated was fantastic! Our kids played, even on the couple of cooler days and loved it. The house is very well equipped with everything you would need, plus some. The staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals checked on us thru the week to ensure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. The welcome book in the house provided everything we needed plus lots of recommendations for places to go and eat and just have fun. Everything we experienced was TOP NOTCH!!! The house is beautiful on the inside and out. And the beds....oh the beds....every single person including the kids raved about the comfort of the beds and how well they slept all week. Honestly it's the first time, anywhere on vacation, that I have personally slept so well! And frankly we are now looking in to purchasing the same mattresses for home!!!We are planning to get next year booked ASAP!!!! I cannot say enough great things about the home and the staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals. Thank you for making our experience one we WILL be repeating!!!

Fantastic experience: We rented the Reunion House with Diamond Gulf Rentals for a week. It was beautiful. Exactly like the pictures if not better also the new kitchen and new buck beds were AMAZING. We had a group of 11 and we had plenty of space for way more. The walk to the beach was super easy just literally across the street. The pool was awesome to have and to top it off it was heated which we needed because it was a little cold outside. Diamond Gulf Rentals has very good customer service easy check in and check out if we had a question I just sent them a text and they would get back to me pretty quick. Great company with great customer service. I would definitely rent from them again and stay at this amazing house. If you rent the Reunion House you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: "Toes in the Sand" was the perfect place to host our family for our beach wedding. Everything that we could possibly think of was supplied in the house and Diamond Gulf Rentals was very responsive to any questions and requests. I would highly recommend "Toes in the Sand" if you are looking for a classy home during your stay in Destin.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Aquasport and loved it! it's a beautiful home and Diamond Gulf Rentals was great to work with. We had trouble with the internet, but not having internet was actually a good thing.

Fantastic experience: Diamond Gulf Rentals were incredible gracious hosts to the Wisconsin Triathlon Team, and were accommodating of our every request. We only had two issues with our home, The Lee House, which were minor and solved only a few hours after we reported them. Would absolutely recommend them to any future guests!

Fantastic experience: We rented a beautiful home through Diamond Gulf Rentals for a week beginning December 27, 2019. Everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful. Jay was accommodating when we needed to shift our arrival by one day. The home we rented was called MY TY; it was wonderful and in excellent condition. It was spotless when we arrived and more well stocked than any other rental we have ever had in the past. If you needed it, this home had it! There were plenty of beach and pool items such as boogie boards, floats and goggles as well as a beach wagon which made pulling all of our stuff to the beach so much easier. There were bikes which we rode almost daily. The kitchen was stocked with any cookware you could want and there were more than enough dishes and silverware to accommodate a large group of people. We could not have been happier with our stay. We only experienced one minor issue at the house with the hot tub not heating and Diamond Gulf Rentals had it resolved by that afternoon (thank you Jay!). I would highly recommend using Diamond Gulf Rentals to anyone and will use them again in the future for any rental to that area!

The Diamond staff was a delight to deal with. They answered all of our questions and concerns in a fast and professional manner. Fantastic experience: This house was extremely cute!!! Loved the décor and the bedding was extremely comfortable. I was very impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. I loved, loved, Loved the responsiveness of the staff. The staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals went above and beyond to make our stay perfect for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I will have to admit, I would not choose this particular unit if you are lovers of the pool. The pool is so small, it can't even hold small children. I would have been very disappointed if it were summer. I would definitely recommend this house for families as well as couples.

Negative experience: Looks like it's pretty common for them to cancel a reservation just moments before the vacation, just stay away from them.

Fantastic experience: The rental property was absolutely beautiful and very clean. When I got home I realized I forgot some things there. I called and spoke with Jay and Molly. They helped with getting my stuff shipped to me. When I received the package I was very happy everything was there. I will definitely refer my friends and family to use this company.

Fantastic experience: The property Saler Shores was amazing and the pictures could not do the views any justice. Any issues or questions encountered during our stay were quickly resolved by the staff. We have taken advantage of the early bird discount and have already booked for next Summer!

Positive experience: My Ty was a fabulous house with a great location and the staff had excellent communication with us. The poor quality mattresses were really the only complaint we had. We had an issue with one of the televisions and someone came out right away to correct it. Loved that there were beach chairs and boogie boards provided.

Negative experience: Diamond cancelled our reservation via email and made no personal attempt to contact me and accommodate us at another one of their properties. I called them on Monday to see if they had another location that we could stay at, but I did not hear back from them all week. At this point, we have made arrangements to stay elsewhere, and are still waiting on our refund check. I emailed Diamond on Wednesday expressing my frustration and asking for one final attempt to be relocated, but I have not received a response. I could not be more disappointed in Diamond and the service (or lack of) that we received from them.
