Negative experience: Penny Keller is the worst “travel agent” there is. We had to cancel our trip to Cali because of how incompetent she is. I’m not gonna give her the time of day to type out all the issues we had with her but this is the second time she screwed up our vacations. Not sure what the qualifications are to become a travel agent but now I know you don’t need to know how to listen, comprehend, read or have a personality. Thanks for nothing AAA.

Negative experience: Iv had two separate very bad experiences with AAA in Buffalo since I moved here. First time I had a flat tire and the tow truck that helped me ripped off my front bumper when we went over a curve - he actually admitted to me after that he messed up hooking my car up but figured it would be fine… while I was riding with him to a tire shop his walkie talkie repeatedly went off with communication from his buddies and the entire time they were talking about women and it was quite explicit. He actually had to tell his guys to shut up since he had me in the car at the moment- he was quite embarrassed. Second instance I had to leave my car on the side of the road due to a power steering issue and they were supposed to come tow it when they had a chance. They didn’t make it for several hours and when they did they attempted to tow it but told me the next day they couldn’t leave it at the address requested because it was not a real address (the address I gave them was to my COMPANY BUSINESS so I am quite sure it is a real address). Long story short they towed back to their place and I had to pay an extra $320 for towing further distance as well as overnight storage!! When I tried to argue they said “oh we called and tried to reach you so it isn’t on us”. That was true but the calls I missed came at 1am in the morning!!! Very dissapointed with AAA here in Buffalo. If I had know all of this would occur I would have just hired a different company and saved myself the hassle of dealing with idiots. On the other hand my parents live In North Carolina and they have never had a problem.

Fantastic experience: I went there for issuing an International Driving Permit (IDP). I only had to wait a minute or two before the receptionist started my service. To my surprise, they issued the permit within minutes (talk about fast service) and the interaction was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for any relevant service.

Positive experience: I've been with AAA for many years, having belong to the Club, Homeowners Policy as well as Auto Insurance. However, when I received my Auto insurance bill, they upped it over $200. I do not recommend AAA anymore. Way to high priced.

Negative experience: What a nightmare. The first agent we had tried to make use travel during prime time cOVID-19 and my mom explained to her we cannot go and explained her stress of traveling during a pandemic and the lady sarcastically said oh we don’t cover psychiatric cost. After waiting awhile for the pandemic to end are second lady failed to inform us a huge detail that completely ruined our trip. Right now I should be at the Bahamas but yesterday at 4 in the morning at the airport we were told we needed a travel visa which was never mentioned or any of our appointment setting up this vacation and it’s one of the first things we had to do at the airport didn’t even make it past check through with this business. So we were unable to go and I had to drive home from the airport at five in the morning. Even tried making us pay for the plane tickets because apparently we were a no-show because they forgot to call and inform the Bahamas and the airport. I highly recommend going somewhere else or even planning it on your own it’s a safer bet. Very disappointed and hope no one else will have to go through this

Negative experience: Repairs started 1600 by the time they were done it was 8500. And it still not fixed right they did my timing chain car did feel right took it back they said my engine rocks how does that happen when they took it out. My truck ran so smooth til they got there hands on it. I took it there because I had a engine light on. I was the most expensive and the biggest mistake I ever did. This was on Eggert near the niagara falls blv. Car repair and towing

Positive experience: In office Representatives where helpful. But as for the corporation it self ive got my doubts. I will only give one probem of several. I've been a roadside assistance card memeber pretty much since i recieved my licence many years ago. Then, i was having financial difficulties and missed the deadline for card renwal (by a small margin). SO now insead of being a long time member i was forced to become a "New member" once agan. So my thought is there is no appreciation for money spent on them for so many years. Not happy with that.

Negative experience: Called for service at 12:09 was told a hour at 1:09 they called said 1:41 am. Waited and waited then the time changed to 2:01 am. Still no show for service then the time changed to 2:27 am. They finally showed up around 2:45 am. It basically took them 3 hours to provide service. So left their customer stranded outside in the cold and snow saying you have to stay there for service.

Negative experience: I have been a member for 23 years -and very seldom need AAA- 9/21 I had call for a tow truck on the eastside of bflo n y. -placed the call at 620 pm abd here it is 745 and no sign -called back another 20 mon. This is making thinking about renewing my membership -totally unacceptable-dont tell me one time then tell me another time - 1st time use not impressed!!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service, was supposed to get the rest of my things delivered on a Monday, he came and had forgotten my TV stand. They never gave me any specific time or called like they said, they just popped up at my door. He told me he would bring my TV stand on Tuesday in the morning. I called after 10 am to find out what was going on and was told that the man was out delivering so he was sure he would be here. At 12 or close to 1pm I called and was told that they were waiting for the manager, he was at the dentist office and was waiting for him to come back so they could deliver my TV stand. So I said I guess I will just wait until who ever gets here and the guy carelessly said okay bye. So I decided to run up the street to get a few groceries when I was called and told hi this is AAA furniture I'm outside. So I replied you're here already I had to run to the store just leave it out side. So I brought it in and noticed that the glass door hinge is broke and also there was a dead baby cockroach on the stand. Me and my family has used this company for 20 years. After telling my family what I have been through they said they won't be using them anymore, I will no longer be using them either. In the past few years I have spent over $2,000 but it's time to find another company. The original owners must've sold this place to someone else, this place used to be the go to place for great used furniture at awesome prices, now it's just overpriced junk with horrible customer service.
