Fantastic experience: Very very friendly people!! Took a short 6 days to get my passport and just in time for my very first trip to Exuma, Bahamas!!! If anyone needs a quick passport, this would be the place to go. A little pricey, but by the time you go to Houston, the wear and tear on your vehicle, gas, hotel and food. It was very important to be able to renew my passport as quick as possible as I only had 24 days before traveling back to Doha. They did an excellent job for me and made the process easy. Negative experience: I would not recommend! There is an additional $400 service fee to expedite your passport. That it almost $600+ to retrieve a passport! You are better off going to the post office or travel agency to order your passport.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional showed up on a Friday and she never came in. Was told to leave and come back Monday 9 am , I showed up at 8:55 and waiting for an hr till 10:00 while she had a meeting set up for 9:30 and did not show up till 10 . Not upset about not being able to get the passport that is very understandable it’s more about the level of professionalism that resides . Communication is the biggest thing in the service industry and I just feel like it was not present .

The staff was very helpful, and walked me through the process, and the documentation that I had to provide. For expedited service, proof of foreign travel is necessary. GPS took care of the paperwork (they even took my PP photograph in the office). They filled out the forms on a Monday and had my passport the Wednesday of the following week (about 8-9 days). The service comes with a price, but if you need a passport in a hurry and want a reliable service, then I highly recommend Global Passport Services. It is trouble-free and saved me a lot of stress.

They came highly recommended and everyone who used them had success. Anissa was SO helpful and easy to work with. When I called to set up my appt she sent over all the paperwork I needed prior. I had applied for my passport card via mail and had to submit my passport book. This was in March and I got my passport card in April but never got my passport book. I had travel plans in July and it was already mid June and I had not received my passport book. I send and email to Global Passport Services requesting help. I was thinking of reporting my Passport book stolen and apply for a replacement. I was desperate!!
