După ce am făcut rezervarea online, am fost întâmpinat la aeroport de un șofer prietenos și profesionist, care m-a dus direct la cazare, fără stres și fără întârzieri. Transferul a fost un mare plus, mai ales după un zbor lung. Locuința pe care am închiriat-o a fost exact ca în descriere: curată, bine întreținută și spatioasă, perfectă pentru o vară in Ocean City. M-am simțit ca acasă pe toată durata verii. Totodată, am apreciat foarte mult suportul echipei care a fost mereu disponibilă pentru orice întrebare sau cerință suplimentară. Recomand cu căldură ePoint pentru oricine caută o experiență fără probleme, de la transferul de la aeroport până la cazare confortabilă. Cu siguranță voi reveni!

Negative experience: I can mention that the house is spacious, but too expensive, you can find a better option. The staff is horrible, first of all the representative Alek, is a person who does not know how to communicate with a student. On one occasion I had to cancel a trip that I had scheduled with them and we communicated by chat, they charged me 30 dollars to cancel the flight and also, they asked me to stop texting them. Another thing, when I arrived in the United States on my first day, my transporter left me at a corner of my house, without me knowing anything, thank God that a colleague was awake and I called him, otherwise, I woke up on the street. I hope I don't have to see anyone's face again, good luck with the new ones, but think about it, you can find something better and better people.

Negative experience: The house is spacious but very expensive compared to other housing from other companies, also Alek the manager of the company is not very good when it comes to talking and his attitude is not good at all, that's why I think I would think about it before repeating with you again, apart from that they charge 100 dollars of welcome and they don’t use it to make a welcome, they only demand the money and do nothing with it, apart from that they charge 110 dollars to transport the students from the airport to the housing and the other transport charges up to 50 dollars less, for those reasons I would never recommend E-point

Negative experience: So to start positively, the guide was very kind, we went for a one day trip and he was helpfull. On the other hand, the transportation was a disaster. Hlafway back, the AC broke but that can happen. The worst part was that driver was on ALLWAYS ON HIS PHONE!!! He was watching a movie or something, he didnt pay any attention to the traffic and we almost crashed 3 times because of it!

Negative experience: To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The journey was horrid and was left stranded outside my hostile upon arrival due to driver’s/passengers non existent knowledge of time.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this center was great. They helped me with the housing, airport transportation and sim card. As well I took tours with them to Niagara Falls and Washington, DC, that was fun! If I came back definitely will use them again.

Negative experience: My time with E Point Assisted Housing was really tough and not pleasant. They were supposed to help me find a place to stay for my job at Harpoon Hanna's in Fenwick Island. But with just one month left before I was supposed to leave, I still didn't have a place to live. They said they couldn't find anything in that area. The person I talked to from E Point was not nice at all. They were rude and unfriendly, which made everything even more stressful. I wouldn't suggest using this company based on my experience.

They organize affordable trips to many states. I was very pleased with their services. I would recommend it to everyone.

Positive experience: Not that bad but not great eather. The housing was a bit underwhelming for the amount of money and the windows and doors had poor isolation. Windy nights were cold as the wind went trough the doors and windows. Two out of three door knobs fell of and I had to buy the tools to fix it myself as the guy that maintains the housing didn't do it. Fridge wasn't working in the beggining but they provided us with the other one after a couple of months and it was OK. All around i would give it an "OK" status.

Positive experience: Epoint is OK. I beleive that we could get much better housing for same amout of money. House was not in good shape. Isolation is poor. You can feel wind breezing trought the doors and windows, and also rain was coming trought the door on rainy days. Fridge was not working for the first 2 months, when we got new one that was decent. Also 2 of 3 door locks got broken, after mentioning that to the guy that maintaines the housing he looked at it and left it like that. It stayed like that for month or two, when my roommate fixed it by himsel. Also same guy came into our house multiple times without knocking on the door.

Fantastic experience: Im experience with EPOINT was amazing! Any issues that I had they took care off, apartment was great. If I come back I would for sure choose EPOINT again.

Positive experience: Everything was ok in regards of housing, exept few electronic and plumbing problems. But after 30th of september, they are forcing us to make a good review so we would pay $20 for a night, instead of $40, which is too much for a house without laundry.

Fantastic experience: Я приехала в ОС и меня оставил без жилья прошлый лэндлорд, а епоинт тем же утром помог мне найти дом поближе к работе, причем очень уютный, с отдельной кухней, 3 комнатами и главное хорошими соседями.
