Fantastic experience: "You've been amazing!" was my last message to Arlene. She helped me surprise my kids with a trip to Portugal this February. The process was easy but on the day of travel a big part of our trip changed (a game which was what we planned everything around was rescheduled) and it threw off the entire itinerary we had planned. I was freaking out, but Arlene said "don't stress, we will figure it out." She managed to rework our plan and fought for us to not lose activities or money, but it was because she understood what a big moment the game was for my boys and that meant so much to me. I explained to her that there were 3 of us traveling to a wedding in Greece and we wanted to spend a few days in Italy! Melissa said it would take a few days but want me to send her where we were going in Greece and dates to be there and the length of the entire stay from getting to Greece and Italy . We told her what we wanted (in terms of locations and budget) and she created the perfect itinerary. She also suggested ideas that we found very helpful. We visited Venice, Florence, Rome, Amalfi Coast. Everything was included: airfare, trains, private transports, hotels, and an app with all the info for our smartphones. She also checked in with us during our trip. We opted to do our own excursions only because we had them already pre-selected and pre-planned. Fantastic experience: Melissa completely went above and beyond! She listened to every request, booked us the best room, gave my kids the best vacation twice, but she also brought back my daughters pinky bear she has had since the day she was born. My daughter brought her bear with to Mexico. We thought we packed it when we left. Well... it was not in the bag. Melissa went on her own time back to the hotel we stayed at and got her pinky bear and brought it back from Mexico for her. I can't thank her enough for doing that! She is absolutely the best! Before departing, we received a check list of things to remember so we could be as stress free as possible.
