Negative experience: How the heck do I get OFF their phone list! I keep blocking numbers and they keep finding me. My parents always went to Branson and we live a few hours away now, so I thought it would be cool to visit sometime. I started to do research and collecting information. Somewhere along the way I made the HUGE mistake of including my phone number! I tried to explain this to one guy and though I listened to the deal they were offering, I declined -- "too good to be true, it usually is" and honestly, our schedules are very unpredictable. Take me off your list please!
Negative experience: Were slow at getting our tickets. Found out earlier we could have gotten a better price from buying directly from event. Location of tour changed and the travel group did not send out email notifying us of change. There are many other places to buy tickets. Don't use Branson Travel group.
Negative experience: I purchased an activity package with them and was told to attend a 2 hour presentation. My travel dates were Wednesday-Friday. I could not attend the tour on date of arrival nor departure so that means the ONLY day I could attend was on Thursday. After I was charged, I received a call back stating that they do not offer tours on Thursdays, I could not get a refund, but my package would be good for a year. The purpose of purchasing NOW is to have access NOW not a year later.
Negative experience: STOP CALLING ME. I STATED I'M NOT INTERESTED. THEY NEVER STOP. CALLING WITH YOUR LOCAL AREA CODE TO DECEIVE YOU.
Negative experience: Tired of all the phone calls. I am not interested in booking with Branson Travel. It is to the point of harassment.
Fantastic experience: Great company and prices were over half off.
Positive experience: I took up their offer a few months ago. Got tickets to several shows and 2 nights at a hotel. I might be a simple person to some, but the hotel was nice with indoor\outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. Tickets to shows were great also. At the presentation I had to go to, it was very easy going. Maybe because I am a widow they didn't pressure me, I don't know. The salesman that I had was a very nice gentleman. Only complaint is when scheduling my next get away offer was told there was sales tax to pay on hotel accommodations, I don't remember that being talked about when getting me to do this. Otherwise I think they were upfront with everything else.
Negative experience: Not impressed. The hotel they put you in was not nice. They set up shows and didn't let you know they were closed. Had to go into their office 4 times to try to get things figured out
Negative experience: We got there and booked 2 shows with them... we drove to the show got there at 6:45 for a 7:30 show. The parking lot was empty. We called them. They said sorry they booked us for the wrong month. The hotel they booked us in was so horrible, we got sick. Who wants incompetence and illness for a vacation? We drove 10 hours for that? Never again.
Positive experience: Wouldn't trust this company they contact you then ghost you.

Negative experience: We got free goodies but about it. They tell you it is all good and lowest of all prices garrented. Package offered was for 20,000 points for 70,000 dollars plus 229 a year poa fees. I have a lifetime membership with another resort that offer better discounts and rv resorts plus a condo membership and it was only 10,000 bucks

Negative experience: They don't follow through with anything. And if you end up being a single father after you buy it and then try to make a reservation to take your daughter on a short vacation they deny it.
Negative experience: Do not use them!! Was told I could cancel by the woman I spoke with on the phone, but then afterwards when we did need to cancel was told it was non-refundable!! The hotels on the list are not so great and they didn't have tickets to anything we wanted to see. And then you are required to participate in an overly long spiel trying to sell you a timeshare! Totally ridiculous. Do not use them. You don't save enough to say so!!
Positive experience: The trip to Branson was well worth the 2.5 hour presentation. Hotel was ok, but not overly nice. They do not answer follow up questions. Got 2 free shows that were amazing, free old photo and $100 Visa card. Joe the fisherman was a nice guy and we liked him! Couldn’t sign up for the program, as they sell you points for vacations, but don’t tell you how many points a stay requires, so the dream vacation may not be so dreamy.
Negative experience: Trashiest service around, absolutely no communication. Our hotel stay that they gave us at the clarion inn was atrocious, leaking, flies, smaller like old wet cigarettes and beer. They would not move us hotels, there were no other rooms and they would not give us a refund. I spent the second day of our trip trying to reason with them to which they hung up on us, canceled one of our shows they "gave" us tickets too and told us to not go on their 2 hour presentation. Book your own stay, goto the other ticket sales in town and get better deals. Also needed handicap seats as my foot is broken and they booked us regular seats and my wife had to goto each theater to get them all changed. Horrible customer service and not worth the headache. Ruined our family trip to branson for sure. Do not fall for this scheme.

Negative experience: Terrible company to deal with. They lie about show ticket choices to sell you the 4 -day, 3-night package. They do not return phone calls. They do not give you the prepaid Visa card or the bonus show tickets or the extra vacation they promise. They also will not allow you to upgrade your hotel room as promised. This company is full of deception and lies! I had to give 1-star to leave a review. Vacation time and money are too precious to deal with people like this.
Negative experience: Run. Especially if they offer you the 3 night/4 day package with the catch to attend a 2 hour presentation (nightmare) at the Branson Nantucket. High pressure sales people & they get pissed when you say "no." Very misleading. Nothing is ever "free." Shop around & make your own reservations. There are deals all over the city for shows.
Negative experience: I have made reservations for in July and never received my confirmation or a return call. I’ve emailed twice now she has blocked me. I have called left messages also. Called several times, finally found someone else that took care of us. The lady is no longer with, just would have been nice to of known and not have to continue to call several #s before I was told I had a mess.
Negative experience: Got package and was makeing reservations to a 3 nights 4 days stay. Denied due to im retired and don’t make enough now to go. I paid in full. No reason to give futher information.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful and friendly people. Answered all of my questions and got me booked to all the places I desired including my hotel stay.
Negative experience: Not sure who these people are or why they keep harassing me, but I’ve asked them at least 3 times in the past week to remove my number and stop calling. Avoid this company like the plague unless you like getting several calls a day from people who don’t even know your name.

Negative experience: It good choices for lodging, poor show picks. They say you get a free 2nd stay somewhere but you still have to pay something. When we went on the TIMESHARE excursion took longer than expected. They didn’t offer us a new package ( I guess they thought we couldn’t afford it) they offered us some point package thing that someone had foreclosed on. Would definitely go through another company
Negative experience: Liars would be the word of the day. I booked with them and was promised a 2 bedroom hotel accommodation, show tickets, and a gift card after we paid a fee and promised to attend a 120 minute presentation for Lifetime Destinations Nantucket Branson. The hotel they reserved for myself and my family was Bransinn and it is awful. The beds are practically on the floor and it feels like you're sleeping on the floor. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable and don't try to look out the window because you can't they are dirty and weather worn and apparently needs replacing. Housekeeping came took out trash and brought clean towels but didn't make the beds. I guess it doesn't matter since we were itching all night long anyways. We also ended up in 2 separate rooms not adjoining after we were promised a 2 bedroom suite. The money we paid for the trip and the cost of travel certainly wasn't worth it because we got cheated. Just PITIFUL!!!
Negative experience: Justin tells you one thing and when you book your trip there's an upcharge on shows and you tell them what you want and they tell you that you will have it but you don't get what you as for ,we booked ours 5 months in advance,and then when you tell the person that supposed to have ordered it she said someone else did it and then not so friendly and wants to get off the phone had to pay an upcharge on every show sad and disrespectful I would advise people not to do business here,we can buy tickets directly from the show for less money,what a joke,very very disappointed,we have been to Branson 15 times and love it there,but this company sucks

Positive experience: We just finished our vacation and had a great time! No hidden charges or fees. Some advice though, TRIPLE check that you meet ALL qualifications. The original agent I spoke to (who sold me the package) was either very misinformed or a total liar. Luckily, I did meet the requirements but if I had only qualified based on what he told me, I would have arrived and been charged full price for the entire package!

Negative experience: I was contacted by Branson Travel Group after ordering a Branson vacation guide. I was open to hearing the offers as we've been planning to visit this summer. I always research companies and I informed the rep, Jen that I would need to discuss a large purchase like that with my husband first to make sure we could spare the funds etc. I told her I could call back but she wanted to stay on hold while I talked to him about even though we were both working at the time. She said if I hung up I couldn't get the same deal later. Very manipulative and shady. I hung up when she put me on hold and I will not being using this company at any point in the furture.
Fantastic experience: Great way to vacation w out an expensive trip. I enjoy these time shares. I went use them for last two years. Make sure to read your itinerary!

Negative experience: I wish I could do a negative star!!! Woody was our rep and as an old guy he overinflates on the old man routine. 120 minute presentation starts when you watch the video not from your start time. Woody lies and says I could get ANY tickets to ANY show. Suffice it to say, $58 a night room at the Clarion and and the price of the show tickets didn't make up for the loss of integrity this company has. The travel Club offers better pricing and discounts than this place. The directions were totally off for the hotel and with a late check in I had to find an officer guarding the train to tell me the correct address for the hotel vs what they sent in the welcome email. They lack integrity and mortals at this place. RUN RUN RUN.

Negative experience: This agency is a lie was told i would receive shuttle to and from the resort tour. I got to the welcome office and was told there has never been a shuttle. They put you in a small hotel where the beds are horrible made me hurt all night. Then i was told that I wouldn't have to pay for roll away bed as long as I put it in reservation. Got to check in and it wasn't with my reservation so i had to pay $52 for the bed. Also had to tell them how many people we had with us because hotel Only had 2 adults on the reservation. Stay AWAY from these people and go through another company! I have called chassidy cole to rectify all this and she said she would call me back I have left message and am being ignored now!

Fantastic experience: First off, this is a Branson Travel Group company that offers great discount tickets, etc. if you will listen to a sales presentation and tour for the Branson Nantucket resort. They make that fairly clear up front. I know organizations like this often get a reputation of being shady or scams. On Dec. 26th, 2022 I worked with Erik at the location north of Branson on Hwy. 65 and he worked up a nice package of a dinner show at Shepherd of the Hills, mini-golf, and another 4 night future Branson stay for $50 TOTAL(he offered more but we couldn’t commit to anything else) if my wife and I would go to a 8:30am tour and sales presentation at Nantucket the following day. He even offered to give us the $50 back after the presentation-making the entire package free. After presentation, we would have gotten all of ticket vouchers we were promised--the goal being that they convince you book a stay at the Nantucket property for a future trip. This was a spur of the moment decision and we had not planned on this being a part of our brief trip. After leaving and checking in our hotel, we realized that another show that our kids we’re looking forward too and we had already booked(Amazing Pets at Grand County Inn) was going interfere with the sales presentation at 8:30. I understand that these people like Erik must surely be commissioned sales associates and that he spent 30 minutes of his day with me only to have me call back an hour later and ask for my money back and my dinner show tickets cancelled. This is also where I am certain many less reputable organizations would show you where you signed on a dotted line and perhaps try to stick you with the $xx payment or at the very least, make you pull teeth to give you a refund. However, after I spoke to Erik, he immediately texted me the location of where to go and get my refund. The refund process was painless and there was no pressure to recommit or try to “save the sale”. Erik was quick to text me and wish me and my family Happy Holidays after losing the sale. Very commendable! Knowing ahead of time this entire process, I would definitely be interested in utilizing this service. The Nantucket location looks really cool and it’s not a timeshare, but more like an Air BnB. If the 2 hour early morning time commitment and sales presentation/tour is something you can stomach for some fantastic ticket deals, this may be for you.

Negative experience: I booked a 3 night package with this company including two shows over 4 months ago. Spoke to them at least 5 times on the phone and the never asked if we had a bankruptcy. Traveled here and took a week off of work and they tell us at checkin that we do not qualify for their package because of the bankruptcy. Also told us "it happens a lot" like no big deal we had to pay cash for the package or eat our down payment.
Negative experience: My body snatcher was great but he told me to contact the main travel group and ask for tickets at their cost and they would take care of me but they were not going to give me tickets at cost and were pretty unfriendly.
Positive experience: Very friendly. They need more street signage. The address needs to be printed on the map they give you of the resort you will be visiting. It's difficult to read a map while you're driving. An address can be put in GPS, therefore hands free.

In short, our vacation could have gotten off to a rocky start, but Katrina helped get it straightened out - and was very friendly in doing so!

Fantastic experience: The staff was really nice and helpful, they have unbeatable deals on Groupon, literally the best prices you can find for hotels and show tickets combos ever in Branson. I he hotels they put us in both times we’ve come we’re really good family hotels with indoor pools and breakfast and the shows were a lot of fun. The mini golf course is indoor which is nice to get a break from the heat and the butterfly house was great for the kids.
