Fantastic experience: Just came back from a holiday that exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Tammy for planning the most perfect trip for me, again- this time to Ireland! Everything down to the last detail- pubs to visit, chips to eat, were meticulously planning and charted out for us. Tammy has planned amazing trips for me to Paris, Maui, and the Caribbean. Can’t wait to talk to her about our bucket list trip to ITALY next!!!

Fantastic experience: Ireland Trip was amazing and a once in a lifetime! Travel agent was fantastic and frankly I wasn’t sure how I would like this style of trip/travel and I loved not having to “think”. All taken care of and. I just got to relax and be present! Positive experience: All in all the communication with Tammy was good, except the very last one when I emailed the trouble I had and haven't heard anything , its been over a week, but our vacation was beautiful. It could have been a real nightmare if I didn't make phone calls to the places we had planned..Luckily I caught a few overlooks before I left. Just so it doesn’t accidentally happen to someone else. I happened to call United Airlines to upgrade my seats and they had a hard time finding me because my birthday year was off by 1, so I had them check the known travelers number. My husbands was right, mine was wrong. So that got fixed. I decided to call Hawaiian Airlines to check with them. My birthday was wrong, my KTN was wrong and I was checked as a male. I doubled checked the info I sent you in the beginning thinking I messed up, but everything was right. The atv tour on the itinerary was wrong. It was actually 8am instead of the time that was written. Luckily they text me to remind me so I called to find out because I had 2 different times now. It was 8am. If we would have shown up at the time that was on the itinerary we wouldn’t have been able to go. The luau said on the itinerary that we would get a text and email with our tickets. I never got it so I called. They only had pleasant holidays or your information so I had to fix that. The hotels only had your or pleasant holidays information so they couldn’t email me information so I had to fix that. There was 1 other thing but I can’t remember , but everyday we were there something was screwed up except the last 2 days.

She made sure we had everything ready for us before we left, checked in on us a few times while we were vacationing to make sure all was going well, and then made sure we got home ok. Fantastic experience: In the later months of 2024 I reached out to Lindsey Hellenbrand with Firefly Travels to see what the possibilities were for us to take a week-long vacation to a sunny and tropical destination. I wasn’t sure what to expect considering we only had 3 months to plan and book the trip. Needless to say, after a short phone call with Lindsey expressing everything my wife and I were looking for in a trip, within a couple of days she had a full mock-itinerary in my email inbox giving us multiple destinations, resorts, excursions, airline flight details, and all other amenities pertaining to the dream vacation that we were hoping for! After going over the specifics of the different resorts, excursions and flight details with my wife I reconnected with Lindsey who was able to get everything booked in a relatively quick manner! (It was a weekend) Our trip to Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres (Mexico) was nothing short of amazing! This is a very new and clean adults-only resort that definitely doesn’t lack elegance and awe in regards to its spacious and clean rooms, variety and quality of restraunt eats throughout the resort, and its MANY beautiful pools and hot tubs scattered throughout. The weather was sunny and warm for the whole week! Every interaction with a staff member made us feel like we were back home and amongst friends and familiar faces! There was just the right amount of nightlife around the resort that left us feeling entertained after a late dinner but never felt like a party. This resort definitely catered to couples looking for a romantic getaway! The excursions we did to the Mayan ruins, snorkeling through the underground limestone caverns (Cenote’), and swimming with giant sea turtles and sting rays were all set up and booked by Lindsey! Showing up the morning of our excursion and having everything taken care of was such a relief. This entire trip was a breeze in terms of effort on our part and everything turned out better than my wife and I could have imagined! I cannot recommend Lindsey Hellenbrand with Firefly Travels enough! Every detail was planned out perfectly to exactly what we wanted in a vaction and im so glad I reached out to her for the planning of this trip! As a side note, dont take a group shuttle bus from the airport to your resort! Let her book a private transfer vehicle for you instead, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Lindsey!

A beautiful facility and couldn't have been more well planned, from flight to transportation to excursions. Kim did a phenomenal job. She is the best. Give Kim a try. You won't be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Carmela, helped create a magical first and second Disney world experience for my husband and I. For our first trip, we experienced being at Disney during the week of a hurricane hitting. The parks closed down early one day and the next they were closed all day. Carmela assisted with moving all of our plans around, at a moments notice. This helped ensure we still got the most out of our experience and got to do the things we wanted to most, since our trip was cut short by a hurricane hitting in the middle of our trip. For our second trip to Disney, we used the bounce back offer that Carmela told us about. Carmela, booked everything for us and made sure we were happy. My husband and I believe Carmela is a great travel agent and we definitely recommend her for all your travel needs. Carmela, helped take the stress and guess work out of planning our vacations. Carmela, is a Disney World expert!! She listens and makes things happen. She is very flexible and kind. Carmela, gives great recommendations for food and fun. She is committed to your travel happiness and we are so grateful that we got to work with her.

Fantastic experience: We recently used Lori Bacik of Firefly Travels to assist with our Walt Disney trip and I highly recommend her! I know Disney well but she still helped to offer valuable tips and suggestions to make our trip easier. She also booked restaurant reservations and helped with lightening lanes and virtual queues (if this is foreign to you, she’ll do a great job explaining!). I have used travel advisors several times in the past but she’s the first that regularly checked in with me to see if there was anything she could do to help. I already have my next trip planned with her and have recommended her to others!

The payment process was easy and Jo Anne was on top of us checking in so we could get an early boarding time. There were some funny charges and credits from Royal Caribbean and Jo Anne immediately reached out to me and then Royal Caribbean to figure out what was going on. I contacted her on a Monday and within days, we were booked for our trip to Punta Cana. The entire process from booking to getting to our destination was seamless. Fantastic experience: Within 2024, visiting Sandals Turks & Caicos with our family of 5, and Montego Bay has been nothing short of amazing! You will want to work with Lindsey. If you have questions, anytime of day or night, she is responsive within five minutes. When at resorts or airport, when a complication could arise, she had connections to the destination that will rectify the situation quickly. The prices are extremely reasonable. Fantastic experience: Emily Cavanagh surpassed our definition of customer care and personal service. We planned our first retirement cruise through Emily with Viking. Although not our first cruise, it was of first time with Viking, and had so many questions. Although Emily shared her past customer experiences with us, she always confirmed and made sure she obtained accurate information directly from Viking to ease our minds. She was available to us every moment of our experience. She was in continuous contact with us to keep us informed and on top of our itinerary changes, airline details, as well as helping us schedule our onboard bookings. At the end of our cruise, she scheduled time with us for honest feedback. We felt very cared for. We already scheduled our next cruise with Emily, and look forward to working with her.

Fantastic experience: This is our 2nd Disney trip and partnering with Jessica - once again I can not emphasize how AMAZING she is and the whole experience was. It was the Best. Vacation. Ever. Jessica is passionate about her work, clients and Disney of course - and this is seen in her constant desire to be up to date on the many changes that Disney does (ie. new Lightning Lane Process). I have already recommended her to other friends and will continue to do so. She truly made a very complex planning trip super smooth and seamless. Now that we are super sad and crying to be back - we are already in the process of booking again for next year! Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Tammy and the planning she did for our 2 1/2 weeks spent in Europe! Initially she listened to everything we wanted and then provided great suggestions. Her hotel choices in the different cities were impeccable! All the transportation was on par, everything on schedule and just perfect. Not only did she set up all cruise related events, but recommended and booked our reservations to the resorts before and after the cruise. The only negative was the extreme heat. I highly recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a Disney vacation, and will definitely use her in the future.

Fantastic experience: Helped our family and friends set up our first cruise on Royal Caribbean. Kristen did a great job at answering all of our questions and making recommendations. She also set up our dining to have 13 of us all at the same table in the main dining room with a great view! Fantastic experience: Jessica Streeter planned a tremendous trip to Disney World for our family. A true professional, Jessica provided excellent advice on parks, hotels, restaurants and logistics that were tailored perfectly to our needs, and she made arranged every last detail just as we wanted it. Her intimate knowledge of the “ins and outs” of the parks allowed us to navigate the crowds smoothly even though we visited at a high traffic time. In the run up to our trip, I most appreciated her responsiveness to our requests for changes in our plans. And, when Disney offered a money-saving opportunity, she made sure we knew about it immediately so that we could take advantage of it fully, even though this again required her to make significant adjustments to everything for us. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start with how awesome and helpful Jessica was in helping us plan our dream Disney vacation. Right from the beginning, Jessica helped us with all of our planning and questions. We had set up a few calls to touch base and to talk some things out and Jessica was always supportive in what we wanted to do. She booked all of our reservations, our favorites being royal table, bippity boutique, and tuskers. We understood the genie+ so well and got on everything we wanted without any lines. She sent us a 36 page itinerary with everything we needed to know. Jessica even answered texts while we were away and had some questions. I absolutely will use Jessica again when we decide to go back to Disney and I would 100% refer anyone and everyone to Jessica.

Fantastic experience: We booked our honeymoon to Punta Cana with Lindsey and would do it again ten times over (book through her and go on the trip again because it was ah-maze-ing)! I was a little nervous to travel outside of the country for the first time and Lindsey made it so easy from picking and planning the trip to being a text away for anything we might need while on it. She was just a delight to work the entire time! We'll definitely be booking future trips with her! :)

Fantastic experience: Cheryl planned a spring break trip for our family of 4 to the Grand Canyon and Scottsdale, Arizona. Cheryl’s knowledge of the area made working with her so simple. She booked us a tour and shared family friendly activities we could do. Prior to leaving, we had a phone call where she walked us through the trips itinerary in case we had any questions. With all of the endless information on the internet, it was so helpful to work with someone who could take the guesswork out of everything. From our initial contact with her to discuss potential travel destinations, she was prompt to respond and provided great insight and recommendations and made our preferences a priority. She took the stress out of the whole booking experience by handling it all, including help with coordination of our 12+ hour travel day flights and excursions. All personal accommodation requests were handled promptly and were all met upon our arrival. Lindsey even went above and beyond by reaching out to ensure we arrived safely, to see if there were any additional things we needed assistance with once at our resort, and even arranged for a delicious chocolate dipped fruit platter to be waiting for us upon arrival! Fantastic experience: Cheryl Roth assisted me and a friend on our 2-week vacation in Italy last year, and her assistance was flawless and invaluable. She found out exactly what we were looking for, did thorough research, was cost conscious, gave us multiple options, and gave us great advice. She helped us with hotels, rental cars, and excursions. More recently, she is helping set up excursions for a planned trip to London (Stonehenge, British Museum etc.). Again, her expertise has been invaluable. Everyone traveling to somewhere unfamiliar should use her!!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I’m not sure I can fully capture in a single post how phenomenal Jessica was to work with as our Disney World travel planner…I recall telling Jessica several times, “I don’t know how people do this without you.”…She took care of essentially everything for our family of fives seven day Disney vacation. From getting us the perfect Villa at the Riviera Resort, to booking and securing every special dining experience for the week, arranging our private airport transportation, and recommending the best delivery service for groceries, beverages, etc. She also curated a detailed day-by-day plan for each park, using the Genie+ system, where to get the best snacks, and even which direction to head in the park for catching rides for early entry…Like I said, I don’t know how people do this without her! I’ll also say that Jessica is just genuinely easy to work with and I felt like she truly cared about our family having a magical vacation. She’s 5 stars all the way and I would recommend using her services!

Fantastic experience: Deanna was so easy to work with. She made our Disney Cruise completely stress-free and greatly enhanced our experience with recommendations and tips. This was our first Disney Cruise and it felt a bit overwhelming, Deanna quickly control of all aspects of the trip and truly made it a magical experience.

From planning the flight, the transportation to and from the airport and the resort itself in such a short amount of time was truly remarkable! Fantastic experience: If you're thinking about a Disney vacation for the 1st time and don't know who or where to turn to, which this was the case for me, I highly recommend Jo Anne Higham as your travel advisor. She's truly a Disney expert for planning your magical and memorable experience! Jo Anne arranged everything for our family based on my budget excluding the airfare. She was always available by phone or text throughout our time there if we ran into issues, changing dinner reservations at popular restaurants, etc. She thoroughly knows the 'lay of the land' of all Disney parks and will create an itinerary based on what you want to to see. You can't go wrong in contacting her for a fantastic vacation!

Fantastic experience: Lindsey helped plan our corporate function to Cancun for 32 people. She coordinated discounted rooms for all, airport transfers, group meals, and meeting spaces while we were there.
