Negative experience: It would be a minus five if possible. We were told in the marketing meeting that the company guaranteed us that their lawyer would sell our timeshares. It was the only reason we bought it. A year later our timeshares haven't sold and you are wanting more money. We were told it was a lifetime membership. Oops. Guess not! AND, we tried to book through you a couple times and your prices were more than Expedia PLUS the hotel through you had SHARED bathrooms! I feel you are a scam.

Fantastic experience: My agent Cherie was very helpful. I needed to make changes to include a stopover in Taipei, and she proactively identified the married segment issue and resolved the problem efficiently. I truly appreciate her expertise and dedication.

Fantastic experience: I booked the trip for China Airlines from Cherie last year. It was canceled by the airline for 2 times and no explanation when they will have flights again. It was the most stressful trip I've been through. I lost my patience but not Cherie. She always so nice to rebook my flights and explain to me. Can't appreciate her enough and definitely higher recommend her as your travel agent.

Fantastic experience: 5/5 stars to my agent Cherie! This is my first time booking flight tickets through Tripplus, and with Cherie, it was a great experience! In the initial consultation, Cherie took time explained the game rules and was able to clear my doubts and answer my many questions. During the trip I had to change the returning flights three times and each time Cherie helped to fulfill my requests with lots of patience which I really appreciated. At one point the passenger was on the waiting list until two days before departure and before the ticket was confirmed, Cherie continuously tracking the booking status and was able to inform me with the status change promptly and communicated with Eva Airlines to secure the ticket. With her help we were able to keep our plan (although we kept changing our plan) and fly at the time we preferred the most! I definitely will book with Cherie/Tripplus again!

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best travel service company I've ever used. I first found them from YouTube/Facebook because I was interested in learning about credit card points. Honestly, it takes so much time to save up credit card points if you don't have a good sign-up bonus. I was skeptical at first but I decided to give them a try. This company is legitimate!! I was able to travel in business class ever since without breaking the bank. Special thanks to Cherie for her wonderful services! I definitely recommend this company to anyone! Fantastic experience: I was skeptical about the service tbh. But after talking to Alston and reading through the contract, I decided to give it a shot. I got Eva Air business class round trip, flying from the States to Taiwan for half what it would be if I purchased the ticket on Eva directly. It was miles purchase program basically. I pay for the miles and they transferred the miles to my Eva account. Then they’ll purchase the tickets for me by contacting Eva booking service (I can’t just use the miles when purchasing through online booking.) Honestly, I was nervous that they’ll charge me and never provide the service (scam). But I was willing to try as I would use my credit card and I can always file a dispute with the bank. Within 24 hours of purchasing the miles, I got them in my account and Alston helped me book the tickets. I’m good to go! Super impressive. They also provide service to cancel or change dates. One catch though, the reason it is so much cheaper is probably coz the miles are expiring soon. So if you don’t use it, you lose it. Overall, I’m happy about the service. Will update if I need to reschedule or cancel (hope not).

Fantastic experience: I will give as many stars as i may for the services. I used Tripplus multiple time for my family when it comes to travel between US and Taiwan. We don't only fly cheaper and more comfortable, but also have a peace of mind that they will follow-up and confirm with airlines if any cancellation was made (especially in pandemic) then they take care of the rest. I like how clear they stated up front about the change rule and all so leave us no argue or grey area later. Another service I experienced with them is the hotel stay voucher, my family got to enjoy a nice trip with great packages in Tairogo. I will definitely recommend everyone follow their blog and purchase their services. All staffs (from the customer facing agents to owners) are very friendly and patient to answer all your questions with regard to your next dream trip.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, unexpected flight cancellation by airline happened several times. Kacy always found us alternative flight timely. Eva airline has canceled our 2 flights in September with short notice and offered no solutions but apologies. My mom’s Eva flight was canceled unexpectedly on Friday evening and Kacy Kao responded immediately to help us book a seat at midnight! This time is another wonderful experience. 10 days right before our scheduled flight, Eva airline cancel our flight with short notice. Booked the flight to Taiwan in Early February 2020. I was totally surprised by their effectiveness and great attitude. They closed my case within 2 hours via online service. Fantastic experience: Flying internationally for 10+ hours requires lots of patience and luck in getting comfort seats. Thanks to TripPlus, I was able to score an upgrade for a last-minute family emergency flight for my mom. Fantastic experience: Been using Tripplus for around two years now. Kacy has been helping me with all my business class upgrades. Not dripping with cash so it's great to have a way to fly business for cheaper than regular priced tickets. Kacy has been wonderful throughout. She took me step by step to lock in the tickets and book the upgrades. Most recently, she stayed up late contacting the airline to follow on available seats... we made it! last minute home run, game winning buzzer beater! She really came to bat for me and my family. Fantastic experience: 我非常推薦Alston 羅先生，真心覺得他比美國運通的小秘書有用多了。處理速度快，熟悉票物流程。最重要的是他有時候會多幫很多其實不在他業務範圍內的事情。我今年跟他經歷過長榮罷工加上香港機場暫時關閉問題。票都只能取消變成holding狀態，過了幾個月後，他都還會記得客人的細節，然後給於協助。真的是售後服務做得很好。不會錢收了，下次叫你自己搞。現在只要要買機票，我一定就是問羅先生。服務直得讚賞，這種服務真的有價值。

Fantastic experience: All the agents are efficient and friendly, I goes to Tripplus for all my Asian trip upgrade. They guided me through the ticket purchase process. They never failed. However, I have one suggest to Tripplus. As travel agency a customer service business, you should expand your online office hour to meet customer need, not your employee need. For that being said, your on Line office hour should be expanded beyond Monday to Friday 9-5. For Chinese New Year holiday, it is kind of ridiculous that you were off more than 7 days just like those government jobs. Please consider to adjust your work hours to meet the retail customer needs. Thanks!
