Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with this company! I had to secure three multi-city business class flights and was convinced it would be overpriced and stressful and I wouldn't be able to get flights on the day ranges that I needed. Much to my surprise and delight, Ben asked a few simple questions and found me reasonably priced flights that worked perfectly for our schedule. Ben was professional but fun to work with. He was knowledgable and very accommodating. I also appreciate that he followed up to ensure that I received the booking numbers and that I was satisfied with his service. I would absolutely recommend using Wholesale Flights and, especially, Ben! I've already referred my dad to him.

Fantastic experience: I did purchase numerous ticket from them and most of the time they offer very good deal.

Negative experience: Honestly the whole situation is weird and I get it because of Covid but they have stopped responding to my emails since I inquired about getting a refund since I am unable to travel to the country of the original itinerary due to covid restrictions in place in at the destination. I would avoid or at least be very wary. Response to business: if you have somewhere i can email that info I would be glad to. I would prefer not to just post it in this review.

Negative experience: Unprofessional customer rep. Cut me off before i can even explain what i needed. Then she had the audacity to smirk and ask me what else i was looking for. Train your reps to deal with customers properly.Only offers flights to Europe, stay far away.

Negative experience: worse customer service ever! just got off the phone with the nastiest and most unprofessional rep ever who literally hang up the phone on me because i didnt want to listen to his whole sale speech. if you cant deal with customers simply asking for a quote dont deal with them

Positive experience: I didn't actually believe that getting a business class seat for the price I did was legit. It was and thank goodness Monica was able to help me out with this. Make sure you do this and you will travel in comfort for not too much more than an economy ticket. I was not well and was headed home from America to Australia. This is a long trip for someone healthy let alone someone like me who is not. Being able to afford to travel in such comfort was a huge weight off my shoulders. Fantastic experience: Dan is refreshingly personable and very knowledgeable about finding long-distance flights for even the most complicated itineraries. My husband and I are spending a month in Italy and Croatia in September. Dan took the time to understand our plans for the trip and our travel preferences. Because of that he was able to find reasonably priced first and business class tickets with schedules that matched our needs on excellent carriers. He was able to book the entire flight itinerary at about half the cost of another agency we had checked with. He was a delight to work with and took all the frustration out of the booking process.
