Negative experience: They say they change currency but it’s not that simple. They only buy currency back that was bought there originally. Big pain in the neck since it’s not in the easiest location to begin with

Fantastic experience: I went there to apply for international drivers permit. It’s a walk in. Their service is very quick.

Negative experience: The supervisor brandy was so nasty and rude when my situation was escalated to the supervisor team. She didn’t offer any solutions as to what I could do to receive help she simply stated they wouldn’t be helping me and left me stranded. I’ve never received such horrible customer service from AAA. I filled out a survey but no one has reached out.

Negative experience: AAA told me nobody was working to fix flat tires last night. They said I had to wait until the morning, yet after I booked a hotel at 2am, apparently someone arrived at my car to help. I was given wrong information at the dispatch center leading me to book a hotel for no reason.

Fantastic experience: My experience was fantastic, I was greated by a staff member behind her desk when I arrived to exchange for foreign currency her name is Marsha H, where she explained the act and how long it would take and I would be getting a call in a couple of days, the whole transaction was as Marsha explained, I will be using AAA Union for many other things as overseas car rentals, thank you Marsha.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience at AAA in Union Nj!! Raquel G. and Marsha H. We’re so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. In one drop in visit I was able to obtain with my international drivers license, obtain AAA credit card w no annual fee and no foreign transaction fees. Expert knowledge and advice about TSA and Global Entry, I was able to get online and make my appointment right away, Well, global entry. I apply for a long time ago, but I would have logged on and had the appointment today if I wasn’t these two wonderful employees. Office has a really nice positive vibe, I wish DMV was here!! Negative experience: you pay for service but you dont get it ! i have waited over 3 hours for my car to be picked up and nothing just the run around monday i am going to calll the main office and we will see what happens

Fantastic experience: I came here for an International Driver’s permit and everything was easy from beginning to end. There is free parking in front of the building. Upon entering, I was greeted kindly by the staff. I was able to get my IDP the same day and quickly - and the passport photos were able to be done on site. Depending on the membership level you have, your IDP and photos will cost as little as $0.

From the front desk with Melissa, then my sales person Hector who did an exceptional job finding a car that suited my wants and needs, wrapping up with the Finance manager Estephanye who explained everything I need it to know. Best experience and definitely a pleasure to deal with these people that made this experience one of a kind.

Negative experience: Horrible tow operators. The first guy charged me per mile like mileage wasn’t already included. The second guy was an a-hole. Asked for registration and ID then told me my registration was expired when it wasn’t. I really wish this wasn’t my nearest location.

But, the picture that she took had a shadow in it and she failed to recognize that mistake, causing for my photo to be rejected and I had to take it at CVS. Wasted my time and my money.

Negative experience: I tried calling at 1030 am today, Sunday. They told me the truck would be here by 1151 am. At 11 am they called me back saying they might be able to get me a tow after 3 if I call back to set up another tow but I would be better off waiting until Monday. I'm broke down on the side of the road. AAA wants me to abandon my car 30 miles from home. What's the point of AAA if they can't tow my car?

My agent is Israel Delgado , gave me the quote 200$ less for 6months then same exact Geico option that I had at a time. Since I switched the car Geico raised my insurance by 50$ month, very unreasonable. Thanks to Israel I’m able to save at least 400$ a year. I checked the other companies online and non was able to give me such a low price. Thank you Israel ✌

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with their salesperson his name is Israel Delgado. I got my first insurance from him. I knew that it was my first insurance because before I enrolled i’ve called him for double check all. And we checked all information together again on the phone. However he gave me $499 discount because according to me i had my insurance before. When i asked him how I could had insurance before i got my driver license, he couldn’t understand me, and i asked him to read our conversation before all conversation should be under the recording but I couldn’t understand that also. Because he probably knew it was my insurance he just wanted to trick me because i told him that i was going to take my first insurance. I know i was supposed to read all paper carefully but i just believed him and now i am dissatisfaction. I hope nobody will have bad experience as me with them anymore.

Negative experience: I think the customer service needs attention. My fiancé and I went to this location to get some information on travel for our honeymoon. Upon entering the facility, a young lady greeted us, had us sign in and asked us to take a seat in the waiting area and said someone will be right with us. So we sit in the waiting area and in the travel section, we see two associates. One older bald gentlemen who was scrolling through a news site or article of some kind on his computer (screen was 100% visible) and another older woman sitting behind him organizing some papers. Neither the lady or the gentlemen greeted us or offered to help us. In fact the woman looked at me and then proceeded to walk to the other gentlemen's desk, sit down and have a whole conversation about her daughter and her travel plans for the holiday. After that, she got up, went back to her desk and never once acknowledged that we were there. My fiancé and I are both AAA members and have been for several years and this is obsurd to walk into an establishment and be overlooked in that manner. A change needs to happen immediately!

Fantastic experience: I went to purchase gift cards as part of my holiday shopping. I was immediately taken care of and the attendant could not have been more pleasant. I ordered a over thirty cards of varying denominations. Because there were no other customers when I first arrived, another attendant came to assist me as well until out of nowhere about 5 other customers arrived. At that point, one of the women who was in a small office came out to assist which I thought was good. All three women were efficient, and mild mannered, and holiday spirit filled. We all appeared to be there for complicated business so their demeanor was helpful in keeping those who remained waiting in good humor. I remain puzzled why a third woman in an office remained at her desk without concern for the now busy office.

Fantastic experience: first ever visit -- headed straight there after a dead battery required a jump. I was out within an hour; the service technician showed me what was wrong with the old battery, and that there were no drains that would prematurely kill the new one. The price was fair and the service was fast. Free coffee, plus a clean waiting room. All in all, a good experience.
