Michael was simply phenomenal, his Customer Service Skills were GRADE AAA+, he was so kind, so attentive, and definitely went Above and Beyond!!! Negative experience: Had dead battery at wawa. Asked to be prioritized due to premier membership. Was told I would be 2nd on list at 741am. Called for eta was told 919am. 930 called for update and was told 1045. I asked what happened to priority and was told it doesn't exist and I had no choice but to wait. It is now 3 hours and counting...I just called the actual garage they are sending and was told AAA never made any notations on the call for priority. Tried calling AAA back and was on hold for 45 min before getting live agent. AAA is a joke as is their premiere membership, it's a money grab for poor service and taking advantage of people in bad situations. I expect to hear from a representative quickly or i will be cancelling.

Negative experience: I went here with the complaint that my front wheel was scraping. They called me after “checking out” my vehicle and said they don’t see anything wrong, after I told them to drive my car and you will hear the sound they called me back and said that I have a seized brake caliper. Insisting I would have to replace the the brake pads, caliper and rotor as they were too far gone. They wanted to charge me $700. I denied their service as it seemed sketchy and took my car elsewhere. Come to find out a clamp was loose. My car was at the shop for 20 minutes and fixed for free at another shop. This AAA location is an absolute scam!!

Negative experience: I have had - until today - average to good experiences at this AAA location. Well all of that changed. My wife and I went to get her tires changed and everything seemed fine at first, but then I overheard two people speaking and one of them stated that he didn't mention anything about a rebate ON PURPOSE! After I looked it up I found that the rebate would allow us to get her tires for 160$ LESS (after the rebate) than we were thinking. HE DID THIS ON PURPOSE! So... Michael Britland... You're a crappy employee. You bragged SO LOUDLY that I heard you. And now my wife and I will NEVER EVER be using AAA again for routine car work.

Fantastic experience: I loved to be able to pick exactly the food you choose to eat. And to also be able cook it on the table where you sit. I practice eating only holistic anti-cancer causing foods: nothing containing sugar of any kind, as well as only sometimes teeny tiny salt intake. No milk products, including ice cream. No red meat. Drastic, to be sure, but I lost 40 pounds in just one month, and I'm still healthy. No product endorsement - unless, of course, you include blueberries, apples, spinach, kale - foods that are loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Negative experience: Wanted to sell me $180 replacement tire when I took my car in to get a flat repaired on a NEW tire, citing they couldn’t fix it due to the location of the puncture. Took it down the road to a Meineke tire center and they fixed it for $29. Very disappointed in AAA for trying to pull a fast one on us. Never taking my car there again.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not even for something small, because that was the mistake I made! I thought this place could service me for something so simple. Nope. At every angle they could screw up and screw me over, they did. There is no solution or reasoning with these insane people. Steer clear of every single employee in this absolute cesspool. Negative experience: Their service manager could be the worst in the world. I called a former colleague of theirs to ask for advice and to find out information to help fix my vehicle. I was approached by the service manager, who works here now and was upset I spoke to their former colleague and basically told me that they possibly would’ve helped me out, but now no longer will.

Negative experience: I thought bringing my car here was a good idea. But just learned it’s not. Car was ONLY over heating slightly. No leaks, no smoke, nothing. Got a report saying that all the dash lights were on & when I called in I was told it has a blown head gasket & new engine. I said absolutely NOT. Got it towed back to me & the lights weren’t even on that they said other than low tire pressure. Here’s pic of the report VS the actual dashboard !! AAA, do you not teach your mechanics to actually turn the key on and not just turning it to ACC ?! Of course all the lights on the dash will be on when turning it only to ACC. I brought it here cause I thought I could get the work done and my car fixed so I can return back to work since my mechanic is backed up till middle of next week. Did nothing but waist my time. I’ll update this review when a mechanic with common sense that knows how to turn a key can look at it and tell me what’s actually wrong.

Negative experience: WORST CUSTOMER CARE CENTER. CALL IN MARLTON OFFICE FIRST GOT CONNECTED IN EDISON, some Derek answered & instead of helping disconnected call when I was speaking., rude employees. CALL AGAIN GOT CONNECTED IN PHILLIPSBURG, another rude employee who didnt wanna help. Called again some Jenn answered, she was the worst, when was speaking she kept me on hold for no reason and never picked up call from hold so had to disconnect.

Fantastic experience: Michael B. and his boss were amazing. We bought a battery from AAA almost 3 years ago to the day, and it was not holding a charge anymore. I charged it with an external battery charger and drove it in to have it tested for the warranty. Unfortunately my external charging made it so the battery passed their automated tested but when I explained what I did they looked at the numbers more closely and agreed the battery was no longer healthy and honored the warranty for me instead of me having to come back with it dead or closer to and then having to fight to get it fully covered. They didn’t technically have to do that for me, but because they did I’ll be bringing more work to them and recommending to others. It’s that type of personal care that makes a business worth supporting and why I’m writing this review!

Negative experience: Honestly would not get my car serviced here took my car to put 2 tires on a kept it the entire weekend no phone call or anything a they are closed on Sundays so I wasn’t notified about my vehicle at all did not like that experience

Negative experience: I brought my truck in to have a headlight bulb replaced and was shocked by the estimate. $125.00 and $85.00 of that was labor for something they said could be done in less than 15 minutes. I understand it requires the ability to access the bulb and it is more than just changing the bulb, but $125.00 was excessive. That was confirmed when I had the job done at Pep Boys for $50.00 less and I am AAA member. I guess membership does not have any benefit.

Negative experience: I got my car serviced. Right and left struts. Stabilizer bar, Alignment, oil change and freon top off. $1300.00 I drove away and the left tire is making noise. Took it back. They said they can hear it but can't find out where the noise is coming from. Drove it the next day and same noise and took it back. They said again they can't find the noise. I took it to another place. They said that AAA broke the ball joints when replacing the struts. $1400.00. I called AAA and told them. They said that I could bring it in to see if they really broke it. I said I can send them the pictures of the broken ball joint and they said no. Manager wasn't in today and they wouldn't give me the phone# of the district manager. Never again. WOW

Negative experience: This shop sold me bad tires in November that got bubbles in them quickly and when they replaced my tires they never reprogrammed my tpms sensors! Don’t Recommend this shop for any service as they are incompetent! Will be going to pepboys for now on as they have better service

Fantastic experience: I was hit while sitting in a parking space fer crying out loud and sheared my front bumper cover clean off Good thing I was sitting in my car. Anyway, I was expecting a bureaucratic ( thank goodness for spell check!!!) Nightmare...but I am happy to say that for once I was surprised and somewhat taken aback as to how efficient everyone was. They talked me through everything, made the appointments and arrangements, spelled everything out for my to do list. The agent and company did take care of everything in a most unexpectedly efficient manner . Go figure!! Definitely recommended if you want your world view of insurance companies reconsidered.

Fantastic experience: This crew is really the folks in white 10 gallon hats (if you're old enough to remember this scene). I've called on them twice in a 2 week period, and they've come through in Aces. They were on top of the call, and didn't keep me waiting.. Glad I purchased the Plus card - the staff is friendly and on their game. They ensure your safety is a priority. AAA should have taken Allstate's branding motto - because you really are in good hands with AAA!!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with my oil change service from AAA Marlton, NJ office. They did tire rotation service and broke 2 of the studds on my car's left front tire. When asked the price for replacing the studds, they said $180.00 each. It is insane as the local auto body shop told me approx. $30-$35.00 each. They also misplaced the wheel lock key and I had to call them and go there again the following day. Not happy at all with the service.

Positive experience: I called this location to ask about service on two of my vehicles. I asked pricing on each thing and was given quotes.They were able to get us in pretty quickly which was awesome! When we got to the shop, the prices they gave us were completely different, much higher. Apparently we were told wrong. Ultimately we were given the prices that I was quoted because I said I would go somewhere else. They did an oil change on one of our vehicles which was fine. They did pretty major work on our other vehicle and it when we got it home the check engine light came on. It wasn't on when we took it there. I love AAA but I won't be back to this location for car repairs.

Fantastic experience: Mechanics know there stuff here. 2 other places told me my battery was bad... they tested it at a remote battery post rather than at the battery itself and got an inaccurate reading. The mechanic here tested it right at the battery an extra step because you had to remove a module on top of it but when he did it tested good and saved me having to replace.

Negative experience: I'm a member and I took my car into get an oil change and check to see if I need brakes. Service guy say to me I need brakes & rotors for front. I said okay do the job. I get home my 2015 Camaro is missing the tire caps. I had 3 on there saying Camaro. THE SAD PART IS THAT THEY REPLACED IT WITH SOMEONE ELSE CAPS.The Service guy Service me mentioned to me his wife drives the same car like me . So he told on himself. I WANT MY TIRE CAPS PLEASE!!! Negative experience: Called yo return to have 2 tire pressure sensors installed earlier in the month at AAA Marlton. Had appointment that nobody seemed to remember even though called to make the appointment 3 days earlier. Told by manager that the programmer which did not function initially now could only pick up one sensor although 2 were installed earlier in the month. Was told I should bring the vehicle to a dealer to have the sensors programmed that AAA installed. Really? Moral of the story don't go yo AAA automotive. They said they were under new management from in between the two visits.

Fantastic experience: Broke down almost 2.5 hours from home. Thought we needed a belt, turned out the a/c compressor locked up. Everyone here was the nicest and most helpful i have ever seen in my life. I had worked in automotive for almost 5 years and the service here blew my mind. I am in awe how fast, kind, helpful and knowledgeable everyone in the building was. Top notch and I highly recommend coming here for automotive help. Great people.

Negative experience: Absolutely poor service. Would give negative stars if I could. 1st and last time there. Waited the told 1.5 hours and came back to find my car wasn't even started. Then told the part wasn't in but surprise when I said I was leaving the part became "magically" available but it would be another 3 hours. Took my car down the street and got better service and cheaper price for the same job. Run away!!!!!

Negative experience: Came in for a simple oil change. Few weeks later my car was leaking oil all over my garage. Took it back they said it was just a bad plug or ring. Claimed they fixed it the issue. Few days later same oil leaks. After the 3rd visit I was informed that it was now caused by the oi pan gasket and required 10+ hours of labor which they could not preform due to the complexity of the job. It was recommended that I take it somewhere else. No refund was issued... Took it to another place and they informed me that the gasket was fine and in fact it was a botched oil change that was causing the leaks. They changed my oil and I have had no issues with leaks for months now. If you cant do a simple oil change (with 3 attempts) these guys should not be in the car care business....

Fantastic experience: Dropped off my 2005 Chrysler to have them refinish the headlight lens which were very cloudy, and check one of the lights which was out. The lenses came out great, and they also managed to fix the wiring to the light. Will definitely be taking back for future repairs.

Fantastic experience: I came to this location for both vehicle service and for trip information (I am an AAA member). All of the staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful. Allison at travel services was great in creating a Triptik for me, with all of the destinations I plan to visit on my upcoming vacation. Glenn at the vehicle service desk was professional and friendly as he explained to me how my car was doing, without any upsell pressure to fix other items. And they are within walking distance of my office! I will continue to come to thisocation for all of my general vehicle maintenance needs. Great shop; thank you.

Positive experience: This is an update for my review. I feel I was hasty in making my review public before discussing it with management in person. I did mention they were apologetic and took the car back in to evaluate my complaint. I should have expressed my feelings privately. The staff was friendly and cared about good service. I will return for auto service at the Marlton location. Thanks to Rick for reaching out to me. I apologize if my review was harsh and public. The staff at the Marlton location aim to make each experience for service a positive one. I went in for a routine oil change. I asked if the oil change included tire air pressure check and was told yes. Shortly after my car was taken in, the service guy came to tell me that I should have my power steering fluid flushed (I agreed) he then showed me the total for oil change & flush. After completing the service, I paid the bill and then went to my car and noticed that the oil gauge still showed 18% and the tire pressure was showing different levels for the 4 tires (exactly where they were upon my arrival). The paperwork showed that all of these items were okay and were checked off as good, including the oil. I was told that the oil gauge had not been reset because the mechanic used an old fashioned method of foot on the gas without starting the car for resetting to 100% (the car is remote start). I was hoping that my experience would have been a good one as they were recommended as being good at checking your car. I left feeling nervous that perhaps the oil was not changed nor the tire pressure checked. I informed them that I was losing air in my tire. Overall, they were apologetic and took my car back into the service area to correct the tires and reset the oil gauge to show 100% indicating the job was done . Initially, they put a sticker on my windshield showing mileage for next oil change (this information was erased when they brought the car back out). I found that to be shady and not sure why. Again, I left feeling uncomfortable about the service. I had to take my car elsewhere to find out that my tire had a leak around the valve (guessing the AAA mechanic missed it). I will not return for service.

Negative experience: Went in with a problem got the problem fixed the next day started earing a squeak went back was told that the squeak was coming from the belt that was replaced and the belt will adjust by himself and the squeak will go away but two weeks later the squeak still there went back to complain about and was told by nick Marino car care manager that they can not be adjusting the belt over and over and I got upset and walk out the door never coming back to this car center bad costumer service

Fantastic experience: I always receive great service from the AAA Marlton auto service department. Repair and maintenance pricing is very reasonable. They do advise me of other work my car could use, but they don't pressure me into unnecessary work. In fact, the auto service department has actually saved me money twice, by accurately diagnosing an engine problem that I thought was going to be a much bigger repair. Definitely a great place to use for auto maintenance and repairs.

Negative experience: Walked out of the LA fitness to a flat tire. Thankfully they are in the same shopping center. The staff was friendly, they fixed my car right away. Rusty razor in the tire. They patched it up and I was on my way. So thankful for them today! But I was later told that where the puncture was, it should of never been patched up. It was slow leaking for about a month until I got new tires somewhere else.

Negative experience: Extremely dissatisfied, no one followed up with me regarding ordered parts! No called me back after several attempts to speak with someone and even after speaking with the manager he never called back. I have been waiting for several weeks for service and receive my discount as an AAA premier member but they continue to break their promises. They are polite but cannot seem to follow through on any of their verbal commitments! Very embarrassing to see this low level of customer service. My service with this center has been horrendous!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I went to this new Marlton AAA location on June 8th, and had a very positive experience. First of all, I am a AAA South Jersey member, and I did not initially realize that this location was a different AAA club (Mid-Atlantic Club.) Nonetheless, all of the people who worked there were extremely helpful to me. I had many detailed questions about my auto insurance policy, and Pauline sat with me for over an hour patiently answering them. She also called over to my club (South Jersey) for anything she could not directly help me with. I also requested information about roadside assistance, and asked for some maps. Everyone was helpful, polite and overall created a great experience for me!

Fantastic experience: I have an old 2000 Chevy Venture that I can't decide to keep or get rid of, but with the terrific pricing and service that I have received, not once, but THREE TIMES at this Service Center, it may last forever, lol. I am very, very hard on Auto Service Providers, with high expectations, and my recommending these guys is a real stretch for me, but they absolutely deserve it. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to family and friends.

Negative experience: Dropped car off at 7am for tire repair and oil change and told them I needed the car at 3pm. At 3:45 I went to pick up car and the mechanic was just bringing it into the shop. No phone call or explanation as to why the car wasn't worked on all day. I even called them at 12:30 just to check up on it. Was told it would be ready at 3pm. I will not return and even cancelled my upcoming renewal of my AAA membership.
