Fantastic experience: Beth’s properties are beyond pristine. Our family loves any opportunity to stay at one of Beth’s homes. Every property is well-thought out in regards to furniture, appliances, how-to manuals, linens, and kitchen essentials. Again, these properties are immaculate and welcoming. It’s weel worth your money to invest in a vacation at one of her rentals. You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Our family has been going to Branson for over 15 years for our Family Christmas. We choose to celebrate a week or two after the holidays to avoid crowds and traffic. We have rented a different house every year that we’ve gone. Our family started off as 13 people and has grown to over 20 people and counting. Each year, our Airbnb’s have done the job but always lack somewhere. Not enough dishes, seating, bathrooms… poor locations, faulty equipment and appliances… there’s always something we wished had gone better. This year was our first year with Beth’s Breakaways. From booking to checkout, our experience was flawless. Can you imagine a place that pleases over 20 people in one family? There’s a first time for everything. Every family member loved the accommodations, the seating was plenty, we had not one but two dishwashers, not one but two refrigerators, ample entertainment, and so much more. My mother-in-law just couldn’t believe that full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were in every shower. The kids loved that we had our own basketball court with a bin full of basketballs, soccerballs, and more. Beth’s breakaways considers every aspect of your trip and fills in the gaps. These rentals truly take the guess work out of travel and give you a chance to actually relax and vacation like you’re supposed to. In 15 years of family travel, we’ve never booked the same house twice. Mostly because we wanted to try new places and find something a little better each year. This year we made the decision to book the same house for next year. Thank you Beth’s Breakaways for helping us find that dream getaway for our large family. We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic experience: What an AMAZING BEAUTIFUL time my family and I had for Christmas. We stayed at Paradise with a pool, and when I say that home was BEAUTIFUL it was, paradise with a pool had ANY AND EVERYTHING WE COULD NEED, all amenities and more. The location was EXCELLENT! I’ve stayed at some condos and resorts in Branson several times because we come just about every year. I can say this, going forward if it’s not at one of Beth’s properties we won’t be staying. Thank you Beth for allowing my family and I to be comfortable and staying in one of your properties. Also thanks for being so pleasant! Fantastic experience: An absolute dream of a getaway. We stayed at Noni’s Lakeview Lodge and had our grown children and their families join us for an early Christmas. We stayed 4 nights and just had such a good time playing games, watching football and Christmas movies. The kitchen was fully equipped with every amenity we would need. Check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would like to try a summer stay sometime! Worth every penny as it would have been more for 4 hotel rooms! Fantastic experience: Paradise with a Pool House We had an amazing time in Branson and more importantly, the hospitality provided by Beth and the amazing rental with a pool really made our vacation a home run. I cannot say enough about the speedy communication when needed as well as the required communications relating to payments, FAQ's, check-in/check-out...it was all great. The home itself is delightful, more kitchen items than you could hope for made our cooking for 10 a breeze! The beds are extremely comfortable, the pool and pool deck provided lots of laughs and relaxation along with the game room! The secluded area really had us feeling like we were on a private vacation! I've seen some other comments about the road being a challenge where the house is located. All I can say is break early on your way to the house and then just be an accountable adult pulling into and out of the driveway. Couldn't have asked for anything more from this home, other than a few extra days of vacation would have been nice!

Fantastic experience: The views and the quietness of no highways or traffic in general, just the sounds of nature were my favorite part! Definitely a nice place to relax and get away from “reality” for a bit! Cabin was also very nice and clean! We will be making plans in the future to come back!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Beth's Breakaways, Hillcrest house near Branson, MO. It was better than I expected! The photos online looked lovely, but in person, it blew me away. I loved the quiet back porch with our own private hot tub. There were plenty of towels for showers as well as the hot tub. The house is super functional and well stocked with anything you might need for your stay. It felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: We have booked twice with Beth for Young Christians Weekend with our church youth group. Each time she has been amazing to work with and her properties are just perfect! This trip we booked "The Edna" and loved it. It is not easy to accommodate 15 teenagers and 6 adults in a house, but they have figured it out! Large, spacious living areas, large and functional kictchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, elegant furnishings and all the supplies you need! We will definitely be booking with Beth's again next year for our annual youth trip and other trips!

Fantastic experience: We will definitely contact Beth’s Breakaways in the future! Her communication through the rental process was excellent. This property is named “Lap of Luxury” and is absolutely deserving of it! The property is beautifully furnished and decorated. The setting breathtaking! It truly enhanced our ability to relax following wedding events! Other positives were cleanliness, fully stocked kitchen items including availability of 3 refrigerators, two with ice makers, and an abundance of towels for our large family. Comfort is ensured at this property! Hot tub, soaking tub, beds, and the phenomenal massage chair! Convenience of laundry appliances including laundry chute from upstairs was a plus! Beth truly goes above and beyond on amenities for this property including activities for all ages. ie. Pickle ball court, brand new putt putt coarse, air hockey, ping pong, pac-man arcade, foosball, board games and the swimming pool. We can surely without a doubt, recommend staying at this property with confidence that your stay with be delightful and memorable!

Fantastic experience: I booked The Lodge at Sunset Cove for a multigenerational family vacation during Spring Break. I was looking for a place that offered spaces for both kids and adults to be entertained, relax, share meals, and have some privacy, when desired. The Lodge provided all that and more! The accommodations were beautiful and very well equipped. The indoor pool and splash pad were enjoyed when it was cold outside. The view was serene. Beth was delightful to work with! She and her staff quickly responded to my questions prior to coming to Branson. I look forward to using Beth’s Breakaways on future trips to Branson. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Eagles Nest Log Cabin and it was so awesome. It was cute and cozy and private! We enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking beautiful trees. Beth’s Breakaway was very accommodating and we will definitely be booking this again.

Fantastic experience: We come to Branson every winter for a weekend and rent a cabin. We stayed at River Trail Retreat cabin last weekend and it was our favorite cabin we've rented so far. The listing depicts the property and cabin exactly how they are. My partner was able to walk directly out and go fishing and even caught a trophy trout over 20 inches. I had a quick question and called the number on the email and Beth herself answered. We're getting ready to book this cabin again for next year. First time for us to stay at the same place twice.

We also appreciated that the house is kid friendly, complete with a high chair, kids dishes, and pack and play. Beth was responsive and helpful! Fantastic experience: What a fabulous stay! You couldn't ask for a better place to spend some time getting away. Start with the location which is about as beautiful as you can expect. Our home was right on the water, nestled in the valley of the Ozark. However, you are not more than 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the Branson Strip. The house itself is immaculate and still feels brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need for your trip. The bedrooms and bathrooms have all that you need to get started with as well. The back porch is where we spent a lot of our time relaxing in the hot tub and sitting in the rocking chairs just admiring the beauty around. Beth was easy to work with as well, providing all the information you could need before you arrive. If you see this house available to book, don't search any further. Book it immediately! You won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Scottie Lee's lake house, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. My family of four stayed with four other family members and had plenty of room with more to spare. The cousins absolutely loved the ‘bunk bed’ room where all four of them slept. We got good use out of the arcade games and many game of air hockey. We had fun watching the Chiefs game on the big screen TV in the lower level. The lake house itself is a true gem, with a brand new feel and decorated beautifully. We spent time on the upper outdoor deck by the fireplace table and plenty of time in the hot tub as well. The deck has string lights which made for a festive environment. The kitchen was fully stocked so it was easy to prepare meals, including a large griddle for making pancakes. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, making it easy for our group to relax and enjoy quality time together. Beth was a gracious and accommodating host throughout our stay. She was readily available to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable and comfortable visit. Scottie Lee’s lake house is the perfect destination for families or friends. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Fantastic experience: We recently stayed at "The View" in Branson, MO. This place was absolutely perfect. Brand new home, furnished excellent with games, hot tub, right on the water. Kids loved the fire pit, kayaking and paddle boarding on the lake. We had the best time, they thought of everything you could ever need for a perfect get a way. We will be back 100%

Fantastic experience: Our family had the amazing opportunity to rent Beth's Klassic Lodge. It was our families first time getting together like this & we couldn't have landed on a better house. The house was amazing & everything was perfect. We couldn't have picked a better place & location for our extended family to spend our first vacation together. We are already planning to do this again and Beth's Breakaways & Klassic Lodge will be our first place to look for. You will not be disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in the Chateau Mountain Manor and it was a great Manor to stay in. It was really big and almost maze-like. Very executive feel, very clean, with two fridges and two sets of washers/dryers. The rooms are very large. There was so much room in the Manor, and it was spaced away from the other lodges there in the community, which made us feel a little more secluded. Beth is wonderful to work with. She is very kind and was an exciting person to meet. She responded quickly to any questions we had. There is a pool that sits right on the side of her Manor, that we literally owned while we were there! No one uses that particular pool, because there are others in the community. So, it felt like we had our own personal pool the whole time. Also, the outside deck, screened-in porch, and fire pit with hot tub were a huge perk. Once again, away from other lodges, so it felt as if we were in a cabin in the woods! The Manor is located 4 mins from Moonshine Beach and sits right off Table Rock Lake. Beautiful view indeed. We will stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Beth and her staff prepared our space with loving detail. We were well educated on our facility before we even walked through the door. Our condo was stocked with everything we could ever need, the furniture and decorations was beautiful and clean, and we appreciated all the extra entertainment features that were provided. Beth would periodically check on us but always at appropriate times/business hours. I personally prefer real time feedback so I enjoyed the contact. There’s plenty more that I could say, however a 5 star review and a photo of the beautiful condo speaks for itself.

Fantastic experience: Beth's Lakefront Paradise home was absolutely amazing. We couldn't be happier with the property, it was exactly what we were looking for. Extremely clean, well laid out home with tons of space for entertaining and lots of rooms for everyone in our group to stay. The location couldn't have been better for our group; we were staying at the home as a home base for a fishing trip and the proximity to the lake, the boat ramp, and the rental slips truly could not have been easier. We were about 100 yards from the launch, which made access to our boats and the home so so easy. Would absolutely rent again!

Fantastic experience: Our family gathered from all around the 1st weekend of December to celebrate an early family Christmas. The lodge we stayed in at Indian Point was the perfect accommodation for our family of 20 ( 9 adults and 11 children age 3-11). And it was located very convenient to Silver Dollar City. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and really enjoy our 3 night stay. The kids (and adults!) loved the various entertainment offered in (at) the home. We even did a little fishing. The host had a beautiful decorated Christmas Tree waiting for us when we arrived! And she offered excellent communication before, during and after our stay. I was very blessed to run across this host and have the opportunity to make a wealth of family memories on her property. I hope to gather our family again in the future and will definitely try to stay at Beth's Breakaways.

Fantastic experience: After our daughter got engaged in April we immediately picked a venue for the wedding and started looking for the perfect house to stay in. Our daughter's request was a beautiful, large traditional home that had Father of the Bride vibes! We planned on staying there with her 12 bridesmaids and family and this would be the getting ready house! Chateau Mountain Manor was EXACTLY what she had envisioned. From the beautiful grand staircase for pictures of her coming down in her gown to the wall of windows off the kitchen and family room to the most incredible view you will ever see over the lake it was picture perfect! It was great with enough rooms upstairs and bathrooms for the bridesmaids to take over the top floor, then family could stay in the 3 bedrooms on the main floor that were removed just a bit from the rest of the house. The location is perfect to get to all you need in Branson. Comfort level on all the beds were top notch and very comfy furniture to relax and chat. The game room with pool table and shuffle board was a great place to have fun, then across the way a great seating area for people to chat while not playing. The outdoor space was also fabulous. We did not get to use it since it was December and a bit chilly. But, summer rentals will have the most incredible place to gather with large families! Overall, everyone agreed this was the most amazing home! We have already received a few sneak peeks of the getting ready from the photographer and they are absolutely breath-taking. We already talked about it felt like our home and we will have to come back another time. It created a special memory in our mind that will be etched there forever! Also, when we couldn't find many serving bowls to create our big brunch spread on the day of the wedding, we contacted Beth and she immediately had a big huge bag of beautiful new bowls delivered to us. That was the only thing we had to contact the host about and it was addressed immediately!! Book now!! You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: My siblings and I had the pleasure of spending a few days together at Eagles Nest Cabin. WOW. It did not disappoint. Beautiful cabin, quiet area yet close to activities. My sister stated it was like a Hallmark cabin!

Fantastic experience: Lakefront Vibes Cabin: A great experience — Thanksgiving with the family Our family from around the country met up at this Vrbo and the unit was perfect for our group of eight adults and one teenager. The open air interior gave everyone plenty of room to socialize, watch the football games, and play board games. The unit was spotless. Beth, the property owner/manager did an excellent job keeping us informed about the all the details about the unit and surrounding area. We recommend this unit for large groups.

Fantastic experience: My extended family traveled to Branson to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday as well as Thanksgiving. We could not have been happier with Beth's Breakaways and our rental home, Ridgetop Retreat. Beth was fabulous to work with from beginning to end. She was always quick to respond. When I had emailed Beth the other day regarding a few minor problems with some small appliances, she quickly sent over all new within hours, even though we said it was not a problem. She clearly cares about her guests and the service provided. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ridgetop Retreat. While the pictures are beautiful, it is even better in person. The house was very clean and well-cared for and it was so spacious! There was so much room for all of us to spread out. The main living area had plenty of space and we were all able to be in the dining room together for meals. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. The bedrooms were all very spacious and it was so convenient to have bathrooms in each bedroom. We enjoyed using the shuffle board table and video games on the lower level. There is a propane fire pit that we were able to relax around, as well as some extremely comfortable hammocks to sit on! The views from the decks were incredible. We saw some lovely sunsets over Table Rock Lake. We visited the indoor pool one day, which was located within the neighborhood. The pool was very large and clean. The house is a close drive to Silver Dollar City and other attractions, yet far enough away that you don't have to deal with crowds and congestion. We would definitely rent from Beth's Breakaways again in the future and would happily recommend Ridgetop Retreat to others. Thanks for a wonderful trip from booking to departure!

Fantastic experience: We held our family reunion at one of Beth’s Breakaway Branson properties and loved it! We had 25 adults and plenty of space to sleep, sit, eat, drink, hangout and store food. Highly recommend for your large gatherings!

Fantastic experience: We rented a wonderful 5 bedroom home for nearly a week in Chateau Cove. The home was well maintained, nicely equipped and very clean. The management team was very responsive and helpful. We liked the location. It was in a more private area, but it was easy to get to many of the Branson activities.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I stayed for 8 days and enjoyed every second of it. The cabin is 1 mile from Table Rock Lake, and a lot of shopping opportunities. There are restaurants close at Big Cedar or you can drive to Hollister for about anything you desire which is only 11 miles away. If you want some entertainment, the cabin is 13 miles from Branson and with in 30 miles from Silver Dollar City. We just came to the cabin to relax and to enjoy being unplugged. We have busy lives and we don't get away too much. We loved everything about the cabin and will probably be renting a bigger unit next time because next year we want to renew our vows at the Dogwood Canyon Church. At that time we will probably need to sleep 20 people, yes Beth has the accommodation for up to 50 in their rentals. Don't worry about bringing anything except your groceries and personal belongings, Beth's has taken car of everything. Each unit has all the pots, dishes and storage containers you will need. washers and dryers, linens, and what ever else you may need. Come and enjoy the area at Beth's Breakaway and you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: This was our 6th or 7th time to stay at one of Beth’s amazing properties. She is wonderful to work with and is always quick to respond. We’ve never had an issue staying with Beth’s Breakaways! We love Timber Ridge North the most. It’s private (located at the very end of the road) and a fantastic house for my family. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! The hot tub is always a hit. The house is always exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. Prime location; it’s minutes from Silver Dollar City and maybe 15 minutes over to The Landing! We will continue to stay at Timber Ridge for all our weekend getaways and vacations. We truly love it!

Fantastic experience: The house and location were fantastic, but the most amazing thing was the way Beth responded to our needs. On our way down, Beth called to let us know that a hot tub pipe had frozen and burst and wouldn't be fixed until Monday. When she heard that we had specifically picked that home for the hot tub she just upgraded us to a larger home in a better location!

Fantastic experience: I have rented a place in Branson from Beth three different times. If I need a vacation rental home in Branson. This is the only person I'll ever use. During the holidays the homes are decorated for Christmas. It's amazing.

Fantastic experience: You won’t be disappointed. Our family stayed in the 12bed/12bath. It is a beautiful property with an excellent view! The home is fully stocked and very clean. The amenities of both the home and resort were even more enjoyable. There wasn’t really a reason to leave the home with the exception of purchasing groceries. If you’re a person that is hesitant of traveling during COVID but could really use a good getaway, I’d definitely recommend you book this resort. We checked out at 10:00am and the cleaning company was waiting patiently in the parking lot for our us to depart. That’s something to appreciate if cleanliness is a priority for your travel standards.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Lakeview Timbers property. It was very clean inside, lots of space , great view of the lake and there were lots of amenities to choose from. Beth answered all of my calls promptly and I would recommend her properties to anyone considering vacation rental homes. It was my family's first time residing there and we're looking forward to booking with her again!

Fantastic experience: This is our 2nd year renting a vacation house from Beth’s Breakaways and it won’t be our last! The properties are clean, well-maintained, and always have a lot of amenities, even things that you wouldn’t think you need! Being within walking distance to the boat slip is amazing, and I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a great time on vacation. This current house had an outdoor fire pit, a propane grill, a hot tub, and we could walk to the dock in under a minute and be in the water - cannonballs off the swim platform at the dock we’re easily my favorite! Thanks for the amazing properties and prompt, professional service always provided! See you next time we’re at the lake! I would post pics of this gorgeous property, but I was too busy doing cannonballs into the lake off the dock!!!

Fantastic experience: Extravagant Retreat was about as close to perfection as could be reasonably expected. Exactly what we needed for us and our two kids. Clean, spacious, well stocked with various housewares. Close to the pool and an easy drive to grocery shopping or Branson. Beth was even gracious enough to let us add an extra day when I saw on the website it was available. I have paid more per day for crummy hotel rooms in another vacation town than I did for this awesome home away from home. Already booked it again for 2022.

Fantastic experience: Had a family vacation to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Our family of 17 (ages 15 to 70) stayed in the “Lap of Luxury Lodge” 9 BR 6.5 Ba for 7 days. It is a beautiful house North of Branson, within 10 minutes of the Branson Strip and Branson Landing. The home has a newly installed salt water pool which the whole family enjoyed. The place was spotless when we arrived and had every amenity to make our stay comfortable and easy. We wish we had known about Beth’s Breakaway Vacation Homes for past vacations to Branson. It was by far the best equipped, beautiful place we have ever stayed in Branson!

Fantastic experience: Booked Timber Trails North for family gathering. It was perfect! One level - no stairs, clean, well equipped, close to pool, close to town and beautiful scenery. Beth was extremely easy to work with. Deposit promptly returned. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Booked it for 2 nights and loved it so much we extended the stay one more night! The cabin was large enough to accommodate 3 families, yet felt cozy!! The river in the backyard is beautiful! The entire place and community is beautiful! Beth was a great host and communicator. Would highly recommend to all our friends! Can’t wait to come back!! Already looking through all the properties available to choose the next one to call “Home” for a weekend!

Fantastic experience: Beth is awesome! She went above and beyond to ensure our entire renting experience was amazing! We stayed at Lakin' Memories with other families for our last basketball tournament of the season and it was the best decision ever! Such fun memories and plenty of room for everyone. There were so many activities available inside the house and indoor pool in the property and we didn’t hear any of the children complain about being bored even when it rained all day one of the days we were there. We will definitely use Beth’s Breakaways for our next trip to Branson!

Fantastic experience: This is our second stay, and both times we have been delighted. Our four families found, not only the space they needed but, also every amenity at their finger tips. It is so comfortable, we all from the minute we arrived felt like we were at home. Beth is extremely cordial, easy to work with, and responsive. We are the type that believe you should take extra care of that which has been lent to you and leave it better than when you arrive. I believe Beth recognizes that and in so saying we are off to developing a future relationship that as professional as it may be, it will have that personal friendly relationship. Looking forwards to returning, and exploring more of Beth’s retreats.

Fantastic experience: Loved our cabin! We stayed at Timber Trails North. Had a large group and Beth was able to more than accommodate all of us, and had keyless entry and lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We hope to book with her again in the future!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Timber Trails South. It was all 3 of my Sister’s and our Dad. We thought the place was very comfortable. The decor is so nice. That back porch with the rockers and the view was so relaxing. Of course the hot tub was fabulous. Keep in mind it does take about 8 mins from the entry gate of the resort to the house. It’s a big resort, and it’s very nice. Thank you Beth, you covered any questions before we even left for the trip. We made great memories .

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Lakeview Timbers for a week hosting a retreat for sexual assault victims. The house was perfect! Very nice, beautiful view, extra little amenities like toiletries. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: I would give Beth 10 stars if possible. She helped our family out so much. She went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. What started out as a nightmare through airbnb and another renter. Beth turned it into a blessing in disguise. We had another house booked and upkeep on the lots was not up to safety standards. So our 8 hour drive back home was not doable with it being late and having a bunch of young children that needed to get to bed. Beth stepped in and saved the day. She had a rental down the street from our original house. And within minutes she had cleaners there getting it all ready for our family. And on top of that she even gave us a free night because on our original departure date a huge snow storm came in and we couldn't leave until the following day. To say she saved the day and our family Vacation, is a huge understatement. Will only rent from Beth from now on whenever we book a rental in Branson
