Fantastic experience: Really personalized, professional and caring service with maps and travel directions. Susanne listened to our needs, customized and highlighted our travel materials. She even sought a colleague's help to ensure certain trip details, like best alternate routes to avoid traffic and slow roads. The AAA TripTik was hugely informative of construction and road conditions.

Negative experience: Went in to book domestic and international trips. The vibes I received from the staff had me in/out in less than two minutes. I can see/feel WHY their "travel business" has diminished from days gone by. I'll continue to use the online travel sites.

Negative experience: As an client, I can tell this place operates on their own time and how they feel like it. Sometimes to hard to get life person on the phone, they transferring you to other people or phone number. It’s like they kicking you off to someone else as if they don’t want to work with you or you are a burden for them.

Negative experience: I’ve been waiting nine and a half hours to be towed and lied to 4 times about a truck being on the way which never showed up all 4 times. Still waiting & now my job is in jeopardy because of this companies unprofessionalism.

Negative experience: I've been with AAA for over 10 years & within the 10 years AAA never let me down until today & yesterday. I don't use my AAA every year but they had me waiting on a tow from 3pm until after 1am in the morning people never showed up. & I have the 100 mile tow. I called back this morning to see about my tow & they promised me someone will be on since it's Sunday & a slower day. I spoke to a supervisor & he promised me only for another supervisor to call me back 2hrs later & inform me they canceled my tow & I have to find my own coverage. Thar what I'm asking for is a convenient tow & it's not a emergency I'm not stuck on the side of the road or anything & they will not cover it because it's 60 miles even though I have 100 mile package & haven't used it at all this year my 4 towing. It's a complete waste of money & the customer service the lies the supervisor said it's not worth it. I will not be renewing it

It's been 3 hours and 5 phone calls to tripple A: - first wait 1 hour, driver doesn't show up - then wait 1 hour again, driver doesn't show up - then wait 30 minutes, driver doesn't show up - then wait 5 minutes, driver doesn't show up - then wait 20 minutes, driver doesn't show up Every time they keep saying driver is "almost there".

Negative experience: You turned me down on my home insurance in 2021, because the electric was not up to code I had the electric upgraded at the cost of 3300.00 . Now you want me to get a new roof which passed the 4 way inspection you wanted in 2021 that cost me 300.00 dollars us being a AAA member for years and our car insurance I am very disappointed in AAA. Negative experience: Called to get my car towed at 8 am and it 9:47pm and still waiting. Had to call customer service multiple times and a few of the representatives even disconnected the call. I spoke to several managers and they have not had any progress. I was told I can call my own tow truck and they will consider reimbursement. It's save to say the 12 hours waiting is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No one called to keep me updated with this process. I had to keep calling to find out no one coming.

Fantastic experience: I had a flat tire and I called for service to remove the tire and put on the spare. I was told that my wait time was two hours. However, it was only 45 minutes. The spare was put on and I was safely on my way in no time. The gentleman from AAA was professional and efficient. I have had AAA for 25 years and I don't regret it. Thank you AAA.

Fantastic experience: Located in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking. This is one of the largest AAA offices I have been to. There were areas for travel and insurance, among other things. The receptionist at the desk was patient with the customer in front of me, who wasn't explaining what she wanted, so he had to help her figure that out. I only interacted with him because all I wanted was a map. But after I left, I realized I had a question and I called the location. The employee that answered was extremely helpful and patient and she offered suggestions to accomplish my needs. Great experience at this location.

Fantastic experience: If your not with AAA your missing out on the great membership things they offer that others don't. There on top with traveling or maps to tell you where construction is. Hotel stays, Disney,cruises. They are well worth the investment. Plus they come when your car breaks down. I won't use any other but AAA.

My battery (5 years old) was dead and it was raining and I was upset, but was happy that they had the right battery and replaced it so quickly. They could have really taken advantage of me on the cost, but have since discovered that the price of the battery was very competitive. AAA is Sooooo worth the value! The Tech was soaking wet and as nice as could be. 6 STARS if I could.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place, i came in for an International Driving Permit and I was in and out in no time. The charge for the permit was $20 but if you get a membership it was free. I worked with Wendy Bertie who was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. I ended up getting a membership as well and I recommend anyone in the area interested in driving overseas to stop here.
