Fantastic experience: Love it here! So quick!

Negative experience: Agent, some monotone sounding guy is very rude. Called around 3:30 PM today.

Negative experience: I went in there today, Thursday, September 19, 2024 to inquire about passport photos. The gentleman said they don’t do passports there and I asked him why does it say online that they do and he said he didn’t know. And I said well the webpage shows that you do the expedited passports he proceeded to yell across the business offices to a lady in her cubicle, that sounds delicious who responded back by yelling and saying we only helped them do it through the webpage. The man’s professionalism was severely lacking as was his knowledge of AAA‘s webpage offerings. This was really disappointing, having to go out of my way based on their webpage to be told rudely that they don’t do that. If someone wants to reach out from me from AAA I would be more than happy to answer their inquiries about their behavior I experienced.

Negative experience: Very poor service you try contacting them your put on hold sent email to my agent from AAA never replied back went in to cancel policies no concern I’m leaving I asked for May 1st cancel I asked for a confirmation number sorry we don’t give anything like that I asked for supervisor there’s no supervisor at this location I asked for corporate office number hands me a business card for a claims and I looked at my app on April 28 the day I went to aaa office app say I have no polices very shady group I went to American national lower rates more coverage FYI

Fantastic experience: My husband and I were so happy with the service of this AAA, it was amazing! We never knew this little AAA existed until today when we realized our usual AAA was closed. Its a small place and is barely noticable from the street but it was clean, friendly and made us feel relatively safe. Thank you AAA for helping us out today!

I had a title transfer on a used vehicle I bought and he made very easy. I dread these DMV transactions and don't do them often enough to have a clue. My AAA membership just paid for itself. Negative experience: Wow, really surprised that a service based company like this won't allow a parent to renew their 19 year old son's registration because his name is on it and not mine. Same last name same address. Maybe I picked the wrong company to have a membership with now I still have to deal with the DMV!

Positive experience: I was surprised when I came in Saturday to pay for my insurance in my membership took less than 5 minutes maybe it was just a good day for me I don't know. but I don't think they are the lowest as they say they are. maybe if you just get the bare minimum of liability and that's it but trying to get full coverage at a low price is not going to happen. I paid for the whole year and it was $1,600. I'm not going to give you other insurance company the credit but before AAA I was insured and I paid a lot less than that I think it was like nine hundred bucks for full coverage for the whole year with roadside assistance. the only reason why I change that insurance company is because they stops offering the year-round they wanted you to pay it in quarters and I didn't agree with that I would rather pay for the whole year get it out of the way and I'm done. I'm 50 years of age and I've been driving since I was 20 I've never had an accident in my insurance rates that I don't get credit for that.
