Negative experience: Lo peor de lo peor tanto racismo Discriminación Todos son unos groseros mal educados ni Latinoamérica tiene este transporte tan Discriminativo no importa quien seas te tratan como lo peor como si estuvieras preso que tristeza la verdad tener que publicar esto lleno de impotencia me Isidro perder un bus por que nadie te dice nada tú preguntas y te regañan y más encima te sacan a la calle asta q llegue tu bus puedes entrar el peor transporte del mundo e viajado mucho y este a sido lo peor

Negative experience: NO LE DOY NINGUNA ESTRELLA PORQUE NO PUEDO Pésimo servicio el de esta compañía, desde que llega uno a la oficina la señora recepcionista no es nada amable y servicial, como si le fuéramos a pedir un favor, mis papás se vinieron de Cd Valles y se descompuso el camión, duraron horas esperando a que viniera un camión, llegan aquí y la ofician esta cerrada, minimo por cortesía deberia haber alguien para cuando llegan los pasajeros, no pueden usar el baño o estar en el aire acondicionado porque está cerrado la oficina, está vez que llegaron no había nadie que bajará las maletas, y había gente mayor de otros estados esperando otros camiones para seguir su camino. SI TIENEN GENTE GRANDE QUE VA A VIAJAR BUSQUEN OTRO TRANSPORTE COMO POR EJEMPLO "MY BUS" POR SEGURIDAD DE ELLOS Y TRANQUILAD DE UNO, PORQUE A ESTA COMPAÑÍA SOLO LE IMPORTA EL $$$$$ MIS PAPAS ESTUVIERON 8 HORAS EN EL MEDIO DE LA NADA, PORQUE EL AUTOBÚS SE DESCOMPUSO 1 VEZ POR RIOVERDE Y OTRA POR MATEHUALA, AL ÚLTIMO LOS REGRESARON A VALLES Y LLEGARON EN LA MADRUGADA.Y TAMBIÉN HACE MESES FUI POR MI MAMA LAS 4 DE LA MAÑANA, ESTABA LLOVIENDO BASTANTE Y LOS BAJARON AHI EN PLENA OSCURIDAD POR CORTESÍA DEBE HABER ALGUN EMPLEADO ESPERANDO YA QUE LA ZONA ES PELIGROSA

Negative experience: Estas personas no tienen ningún cuidado con las maletas o cosas que uno lleva. Aunque una llevava escrito que era fragil por todos lados aun asi la aventaron y quebraron todo lo que llevava. Y se la quitan diciendo que ellos no se hacen responsables por el daño o por si se pierden. pero bien que cobran bastante. Muy mal servicio

Negative experience: Muy mal servicio este lugar ! Ya van dos veces que llegamos a comprar el boleto faltando más de media hora y está cerrado! Ojalá el dueño de este lugar pueda hablar con su gente y puedan mejorar el servicio al cliente ! Y la mujer que atiende allí siempre de mala gana atendiendo. Coincido con la demás gente ! :/

Negative experience: En la página viene un horario, el cual no se respeta, tiene que actualizar los horarios en la página, maneje 45 min para información, por qué nunca contestan el teléfono, y cuando llegó dentro del horario que marcan en internet y estaba cerrado. Mal servicio!

Negative experience: This bus line is terrible to get a hold of on the phone, sketchy communication method. When I rode back to the US the restroom on the bus had literally P0op on the seat, they did not stop for water or anything until we got to the US (inconvenient though smart) but many passengers had to hold it until the border I nearly hurled from the smell over 16 hours! But yeah the Driver was Veryy mad and he scolded the crowd in case the toilet seat culprit was among us.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend this bus has the worst customer service. We where scheduled to leave at a certain time ended up leaving so much later plus our bus driver made frequent stops he honestly seemed lost and also he made frequent stops while driving. In addition they happened to lose a suitcase and we called and asked for info and it seemed they can’t find it so what am I supposed to do now like what am I supposed to wear now for this entire trip.

Negative experience: Jamas habia visto tanta falta de profecionalismo No se porque nuestra gente Mexicana les gusta batallar y siguen usando estos autobuses,los choferes son groseros no hay nada de amabilidad y aparte compras tu voleto y no tienes derecho a tener un numero de asiento porque ellos te sientan donde ellos quieren.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service , the woman that weight the luggage it’s so rude . She put on the scale even the small bags that my parents were supposed to carry on, just to charge more for the extra weight .They charged 75 dollars extra for the extra weight . It was our first time using their bus line and it will be the last one . There are other bus companies to chose . This the main reason why many bus companies go bankruptcy terrible customer service . They should not weight the carryon language .

Positive experience: I didn't ride the bus my daughter did. She said the first 20minutes was wifi, then none after that. No ports to plug up cellphone chargers. They left Houston about 20 minutes late., she said the ride was ok the bus wasn't crowded she liked that, overall it was okay. Oops you're absolutely correct. Sorry!

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this bus at all they have poor service and rude people on our way over there they made a whole lot of stops the guy at some point was driving way too fast that almost flipped the bus over which gave us a mini heart attack and he was laughing about it! Which in our opinion wasn’t funny they had bad WiFi some buses had a charger to connect it they were driving too slow at some point that got us late to our destination they also had only one TV for the whole bus that was probably more older than my mom one of the bus drivers took a break and decided to sit infront of my mom and scooted his seat all the way back squishing my mom which made her uncomfortable and gladly the guy scooted up on the way back we had to switch buses because only 7 people were on our bus and that includes us we were already frustrated the guy had said we were gonna get the same seats we had and ended up giving us other seats but my mom said we wanted the seats we were gonna have so we sat down and they guy infront of me had his seat all the way back and didn’t want to scoot up when I asked politely if he could then another lady got in and said ok can you just calm down you already have your seats which is basically getting in our business she should’ve never gotten into. Basically saying these people were disrespectful and rude and UNORGANIZED last words are don’t travel with this bus! They also ignored my dad when he asked questions

Negative experience: My car was towed! There is no signage and even the woman inside the bus office said I can park my car on the street. Seemingly, I backed my car into a spot along the side of the bus station that said for patrons only. I hoped on the bus & headed to Houston. 3 days later my car is gone. Miguel Torres finally answered the phone after several rounds of calling and told me that apparently you can’t park your car here overnight. He proceeded to try to withhold his identity but then told me he was the supervisor, manager & owner once I told him he had wrong info. I’m sure he’s never met anyone like me that’s dead serious about money... & fortunately I’m in LAW SCHOOL Filing a small claims suit on him and his company in the morning and I’ll be happy to deliver the court summons by hand Bc I’m certified and registered to do so. All he had to do was ask for my bus ticket confirmation number call the tow company and have my car released. Shame on me for trying to reason with a small business owner in a marginalized community. All I do is help people & now I’ve been treated with great disrespect!

Negative experience: Its dirty & stinky. They put dish detergent in the bathroom to wash your hands. There is no mirror in the bathroom. I was actually there to catch a FlixBus. Apparently, they have agreed to allow the FlixBus to pickup and drop off there. So I tried to ask the lady if I was in the right place. She said ”Yea, they pickup here but outside. We have no affiliation with FlixBus”. I really don't like going here. I ride the FlixBus to commute twice a week.

Negative experience: This business is not a serious or a reliable one. Mr. Torres and his son Miguel aren’t people you can trust to deliver the service hey say provide nor to kept their word. Their buses are not the best and their location cater more to just one type of community i.e., Mexican community. I wouldn’t recommend to use their services because you will regret it due to always encountering issues with them.

Negative experience: I traveled with this bus company to San Luis Potosí, MX in the summer of 2018. Throughout the entire trip the bus smelled so horrible!!! The bus bathroom was not clean from the start so that was already a red flag. The bus driver would not make any stops to grab something to eat or use the bathroom. I asked if he could stop soon because I really needed to go and I was not going to use the bus bathroom because of the how dirty and smelly it was so I had to hold it until 3 hours later. The driver was rude. During those 3 hours we passed so many gas stations with bathrooms but he did not stop! I definitely do not recommend this bus company if traveling to Mexico or anywhere. This was the worst traveling on a bus experience ever!! The price is cheap with poor service. I guess the saying is true, "you get what you paid for."
