Fantastic experience: My family and I just got back from our 2nd European trip booked with Tammy at Elite Travel Management Group. During our initial conversation, she carefully listened to what we wanted our trip with our 17 year old daughters to look like and created an amazing itinerary for us. She really nailed every aspect! We did have an unforeseen issue with one of our hotels and if it wasn’t for Tammy stepping in we really would have been screwed. This is why we do not book these trips on our own. You have no recourse if something goes wrong along the way. Every plane, train, transfer, tour all precisely planned and executed. Thank you Tammy at Elite Travel Management for a wonderful vacation. We will continue to use your services for life.

Negative experience: This is not a complaint even though we had an unhappy experience. It was not resolved and the owner, Tammie, emailed me that if I posted anything negative I would be sued. To back that up her lawyer sent me a letter confirming that I had lost my constitutional right to free speech. Looks like we were not the only unhappy people as they went out of the travel business and are now baking some sort of Greek donuts. She seems very upset, out of proportion since I actually didn't list my concern. See, I gave her my credit card and told her it was for her office only. She then gave it to a guy in the Miami area, who had his state license to sell travel revoked, and he used it to book our flights. He was unlicensed and his home was in forclosure. I found out and had to cancel the credit card to avoid more unauthorized use. She also advised me to use "a guy in Orlando" to obtain Global Entry authorization. I write reviews, almost always positive, to help fellow travelers. I've been to 131 countries, so I have a life.

Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Tammy Levent for planning our trip of a lifetime to Italy. The hotels, the excursions, the drivers, were all fantastic! She planned every detail which took the burden and guesswork away from us. Everything about our trip exceeded our expectations. With her guidance, we experienced so much beauty, got to see the Pope and attend Mass, great tours including Sistine Chapel and Colosseum. Our stay in San Gimignano was filled with wine tasting, truffle hunting and a cooking class. The cooking class was our favorite! Then on to Sorrento which included an all day boat tour in Capri. All employees in all our hotels were so friendly, helpful and professional. I can’t say enough about what an amazing, unforgettable trip this was.

Fantastic experience: Our vacation to London and Paris was fantastic. I enjoyed every aspect of it. The hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was suitable. I enjoyed the location and the convenience of being close to the Arc de Triomphe and the rail station. The train from London to Paris was comfortable and efficient. All of our tours went as planned. Seeing the Eiffel tower in person was an unforgettable experience. I really appreciate all of their help and hard work in planning this most memorable vacation for us. June, our agent did a spectacular job and we will certainly keep her and Elite Travel in mind when planning our next adventure.

Fantastic experience: Wow what a great trip. Before we started our cruise we spent a few days in Rome and one night after the cruise with the help of June Young from Elite Travel. All the transfers from and to the hotel and to and from the cruise port and back to the airport after the cruise were great. The hotel was great and so were a couple of tours we went on. The hotel was older but the people were awesome. Even thou our rooms weren't ready (got there real early) they held our luggage and even thought them up to our rooms. Thank you June!! I know I wouldn't have been able to do all you did for us. We will be asking for you again!

Fantastic experience: We had to book a last minute urgent flight to China for a press check on my photographic book being printed in Shenzhen. June was very efficient and pleasant the whole way through. She booked our fights, and our hotels, in both Hong Kong and the Mainland and went above and beyond in giving us information about obtaining visas in Hong Kong in order to enter the Mainland. She was patient with us and responded to all our needs with lightning speed. Thanks June!

Fantastic experience: Our family of 4 has utilized Judy Sontag's travel services at Elite Travel for the last 2 years. She has sent us to Portugal and Greece which required the needed expert advice of a seasoned travel agent due to the complexity of the vacations when traveling with a family. On both vacations, air transportation, ground transportation and hotels were done flawlessly & superbly. This was especially evident to our latest trip to Greece. (we returned 9/9/23) The transfers all throughout the trip were arranged by an agency Judy worked with in Athens, that was flawless. If you know Greece, it was a monumental achievement! The villas on the Islands of Paros & Santorini that we stayed, for 1 week each, exceeded expectations. We enjoyed them immensely, even our 2 adult children, ages 25 & 27, would return to both of them. It is always a pleasure working with Judy & we expect to make all of our future travel arrangements with her far into the future at Elite Travel Group Palm Harbor. Fantastic experience: WOW, FABULOUS, AMAZING!!! Trip of a lifetime. We went on an incredible hosted trip by Elite Travel Management Group late June and early July traveling through Israel and Jordan. Tammy Levent accompanied us during the entire trip ensuring that each member of the tour needs, wants and desires were met. I was honored to experience a once in a lifetime blessing from the priest at the First Greek Orthodox Church in Bethlehem with Tammy. We slept in upscale Glamping tents in WadiRum Jordan in the desert, to seeing the ruins in Petra. If you want to travel first class with an incredible travel agency I highly recommend Elite Travel Management Group.

Negative experience: Did not stay on top of things before the trip, as this is their job and why they’re employed. I will never use this agency again, or honestly any travel agent ever again. We’ve planned trips on our own after using them, and it went so much better when we planned our trips.

Fantastic experience: It was early 2019 when we started on this journey. Four years is a long time to plan a two week vacation. We appreciate that you stayed with us throughout the pandemic re-schedules and closures. This weekend, we all returned safely from our amazing adventure and have some awesome stories and experiences to share. The weather was perfect as both Ireland and Iceland were having a warm spell with no rain. Sometimes, we questioned your tours and schedules, but each time, your plan proved to be the best plan. We loved that you had built in downtimes for just exploring or resting. The hotels were perfectly located in walkable places and some of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Transportation: Our rental car was super nice. The ferry, tour buses and private transports were all professional, safe and friendly. We were grateful that you chose the best teams to work with. Our flights also went exactly as planned. Ireland was amazing and beautiful. We discovered many small towns, found our family home of generations past and talked with a local man at an Abbey near Galway who knew our relatives, now passed. The castle ruins and medieval buildings are lifelong memories. Dromoland Castle was magical and they treated us like royalty. We loved every minute of our time there. Dinner was so elegant and an experience in fine dining. Iceland was your suggestion and we knew nothing about it. Iceland turned out to be the biggest surprise. What an awesome place and people! We loved the Blue Lagoon and also did the Golden Circle. Such a storied island with spectacular waterfalls, terrain, lava fields and geysers. Thanks for the great suggestion. We wanted you both to know how much we appreciated your expertise and all the work you put into the perfect memorable trip we have been dreaming of for thirty years. Negative experience: As you can see by her responses to other mistreated customers, she will not take any responsibility for mismanagement by her or her employees at Elite or Task agency. But I can assure you our experiences are very real. Feel free to contact me directly for all email and text correspondences from her and her associate (who has miraculously been doing this for 40 years). Her agent confirmed multiple times both ways to Europe that we would seated next to our 5 and 8 year old. Then mysteriously both times we weren’t anywhere near our children. Completely useless!! Our wonderful trip was an a parent’s absolute nightmare at the start and at the finish. Screenshots are from the second flight that June admitted to messing up and the owner’s response. Fantastic experience: Judy I wanted to thank you for an amazing European Family vacation. Everything was coordinated perfectly, from the guides to the hotels. You were available to help us at all hours, even when Paris went on strike. It was amazing how you were able to have work arounds for everything. Fantastic experience: Best vacation ever! Tammy put everything together for my girlfriend and I for a 30 day adventure to Italy. She arranged all of the travel (lots, train planes and automobiles ) plus all of our lodging in Rome, San Gimignano (Tuscany), Bari, Alberobello (Puglia) Catania (Sicily) and Sorrento. She put us in hotels that were great and within our budget. She provided us a list of things to do and see at each location which proved to be amazing. We ran into a couple of travel glitches but Tammy fixed instantly. If you’re travelling to Italy, (or anywhere for that case) call Tammy!

Negative experience: I call to ask a question because I was trying to book a cruise online and I couldn't so I wanted to be clear about how many people could be there, and I needed help to book. The person who answered me told me do you want me to book you or do you just have a question because I get paid by commission. I told her wow you don't have to be rude I needed you to help me but forget it (and it was for 10 people she lost a good commission). At the beginning of the call I asked her if she spoke Spanish and she rudely told me in a mocking tone, We don't only speak English here, sorry. No, I'm a customer, because you guys were rude. This is not spam, it's real. Spam doesn't answer back. Spam no responde.......Of course I don't pay. I called because I needed help to book my cruise and they were rude, the reviews are not only for costumers experience, they are also to warn others of people like you.

Negative experience: If zero stars was an option I would definitely give it to Tammy Levent. I have never had a more unprofessional experience. She insisted on selling me a honeymoon vacation to Jamaica that I could not afford and when I asked for alternatives, she got extremely angry, cussed me out, and refunded my deposit. Luckily we had plenty of time to book a very affordable trip with Cheapcaribbean com to Dominican Republic where we stayed at the Hard Rock Punta Cana for a fraction of the price. Tammy needs to research the definitions of Anger Management, Customer Satisfaction, and the concept of basic math before moving forward. The cherry on top is that after reading this review, Tammy visited my YouTube page where I post my lessons for my Middle School Health classes and left "idiot" in the comments for all of my students to see.

Fantastic experience: My now husband and I worked on our honeymoon planning with Patti. Let me tell you she is amazing!!! We met Patti at a wedding convention in Orlando (and we live 3 hours away from Orlando). After meeting her it was definitely a done deal. She understood exactly what we were looking for, she gave us time to think and go over our options and was completely transparent with us, overall we were very happy with her help. My husband and I came to the agreement that she was going to plan the rest of our anniversary travel from now on lol Btw we went to Oyster Bay in Montego Bay, Jamaica and it was a dream experience. The hotel was so amazing there was no point in leaving. If you are looking for a relaxed honeymoon after all the craziness of a wedding then definitely reach our to Patti and she will help you find what you are looking for.

Fantastic experience: We had to cancel our summer trip because of COVID-19. If we had booked on our own or used another agency, we would have suffered tremendous losses. But luckily, we had Tammy (owner of Elite) in our corner! She worked tirelessly with her vendors/travel partners to get refunds and credits. The woman spent 4-hours on the phone with an overseas airline for us!! When things are good, we take these professionals for granted and question fees/costs. Fantastic experience: I just came home from a 10 day vacation from Hawaii that was set up by Judy Sontag. Every hotel we stayed in was top notch it really was a once in a lifetime trip and I attribute that to Judy. My Mom and I both had the greatest time from the exertions to the rental cars to every plane we had not one snag. Judy is very professional and thinks of the people she is setting up the trip for thank you Judy for one of the greatest I have taken so far and hope to take many more in the future. I usually set up my own trips and they go smoothly but I think with Judy I saved money and got better hotels and she gave us better ideas for excursions thanks again Judy!!

Fantastic experience: Tammy is amazing! We found Tammy about a year ago while researching destination weddings. From the beginning working with her has been a great experience. My husband and I have never been to a resort out of the country and when asked Tammy was able to recommend several. Her knowledge of the different resorts was so good she could have been a travel guide. We decided to go with Barcelo Maya Palace Mexico, and all I can say is wow. Tammy arranged the resort stay, and transportation for us and our family. She was attentive and even while she was traveling herself she was always there to take care of any problems that arose. During our trip we ran into problems with our airline last minute resulting in a delay of 1 day to return home. Patti was able to get us an extra night at our all inclusive at a steeply discounted price in our same honeymoon suite. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Elite Travel by my wedding planner and I was connected with Patti, who assisted me with my honeymoon travels. At first we were unsure of where & what we wanted, but Patti gave us many different recommendations based on our wants. She made herself available to us in the evenings which is super helpful for those of us who work daytime hours. She arranged accommodations for us at an absolutely beautiful all inclusive resort in Riviera Maya. She had really great travel tips that we would not have known on our own! I always have sooo many questions, especially with this being our first international travel experience, but she made sure we were taken care of! Fantastic experience: We just cant say enough good things about Elite Travel and especially CEO Tammy Levent. Our 35th anniversary trip to Italy was the trip of a lifetime. From Rome to Tuscany to the stunning Almalfi Coast, the special moments Tammy connected us with were simply off the charts. Highlights included a " Rock Star" like helicopter pickup and aerial tour of Tuscany at our Villa outside Florence to a red carpet experience at the amazing Torciano Winery. Torciano winery should be a must stop for anyone traveling to the Tuscan region. The best Lasagna and vino you'll ever eat or drink. Andrea Bocelli concert in Lajtico was ridiculously cool and finally are final stop in stunningly beautiful Positono. The Hotel Pasitea/Positona Art Hotel Tammy hooked us up with was phenomenal. Views were amazing. Tammy held our hands the entire trip. She worked overtime to help manage the few speed bumps we had along the way that were not her fault. Thank you so much Tammy! Fantastic experience: Judy was incredible! We were referred to her by some very good friends in our neighborhood. She booked a Safari for us in South Africa and helped us get a refund for some internal flights that we needed to cancel due to an airline being grounded. Judy worked really hard to ensure that we got a refund quickly. Most notably she promptly responded to all of our emails and somehow found a way to get us an unbelievable complimentary upgrade at our safari lodge! And when I say "upgrade" it wasn't just a nicer room. It was an upgrade to the lodge's flagship suites which would have cost us several thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Judy for any vacation, especially international travel. She knows how to get things done in a big way. Thank you, Judy!

Fantastic experience: With only 1.5 months to plan and execute our trip to Greece, Tammy really stepped up to the plate and hit a home run for us. Our trip started in Athens with a rooftop dinner in full view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. Whisked off the beaten trail via ferry to the isle of Hydra, where donkeys are the preferred method of travel. Off to the mountain town of Arachova, just minutes from Delphi, we enjoyed the ancient history and wonderful Greek culture. Next off to meditate with the Monks of Meteora and a spectacular Apollo sunset. A Volos beach wedding and a dash up to Thessaloniki to complete out trip. The best hotels in the best locations! Our previous trips around various parts of the globe don't compare when you are in experienced, knowledgable hands of Elite Travel. Thanks to Tammy and her team for ensuring our vacation was fantastikos!

Fantastic experience: Tammy and her team at Elite Travel are excellent to work with, and we received the exact help we needed on our trip to Australia/New Zealand last month. We didn't know much about these countries, and needed guidance on flights/tours/hotels etc. They found the cheapest/best flights for us, and booked us on a 5 day bus tour (for part of the trip) with other people our age, which was awesome!! We did so many things we probably would have missed on our own... and we also learned far more about the culture and history doing it this way. We'll use Elite Travel again for sure!!

She did such a great job making sure everything was planned out when used her again this year when we took a couples trip back to the Dominican Republic. Negative experience: Working with this company was an unfortunate surprise. During booking, I was very impressed with Tammy’s knowledge and she set us up on a trip to Cabo. She highly recommended it, and knew a lot about it, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately our flights were delayed and we missed our connecting flight. In panic mode, we reached out to Patty and Tammy for help. Tammy became very defensive and was screaming in my moms ear over the phone and sent her a ton of texts. Patty was the only one willing to help us. I was honestly shocked that someone with such great reviews and a career in customer service would act that way. She threatened to sue us for slander if we left a negative review. Unfortunately, she’s only good if everything goes smoothly. Patty on the other hand was very helpful and professional. Tammy mentioned me in a review response saying that she planned an amazing trip for me and that I said they were the best travel agency. I don’t think she even realized that it was the same vacation. I’m sure she will respond to this aggressively. As you can see in all her negative reviews, that’s what she does. Great travel agent..as long as nothing goes wrong.

Negative experience: Tammy is very unprofessional, condescending and rude. In a stressful situation she sent me emails calling me a liar i had to email her four times to stop......she cussed at me, screamed at me and put me on speaker phone to her co workers and made fun of me. i was travelling with a 6 and 8 yr old. While she was screaming at me i put her on speaker and the guy sitting next to me said 'good luck with that one'. i had another trip booked with her and had to cancel for she created such a hostile environment which i lost my monies. but it was work not dealing with Tammy ever again. Her co worker Patti was however very professional and assisted us. At one point Tammy told me that she refused to assist me and if Patti wanted to assist us she would be a better person than she was. Great words coming from the owner of the company. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Fantastic experience: It was around 5am on a Friday morning and I was on my way to Newark Airport to go to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. On the way to my flight, the airtrain delayed, which caused me to get to the check in 10 minutes before the flight took off. The airline would not let me on even though I explained to them the situation and that I was only 5 minutes late. After ignoring my pleads, I left pissed and worried thinking “MY GOD! How am I going to get another flight? Is the hotel going to cancel my room since I’m not going to be there?” My anxiety rose as the frustration set in that not only did I miss my flight, but I was going to have to go back home to do this all over again. I immediately called Elite Travel not knowing if anyone would even be there to pick up the phone since it was 5 in the morning. Not only did someone picked up, but it was Tammy who picked up. I was honestly shocked at first because I was expecting to get the voicemail that early in the morning but after talking to her for one minute, I remembered why she’s been my first and only travel agent, and why I shouldn’t have been worried at all. Tammy Levent calmed me down, told me it would be alright, and then after I told her everything that happened, she told me she would call me back in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, she called me back and told me to go home and come back to the airport tomorrow because she rescheduled my flight for the next day free of charge! She also told me that she called the hotel and they were pushing my dates back free of charge also! I was shocked, relieved, and ecstatic all at the same time. I received a new itinerary that same day and I got to Jamaica as if nothing ever happened. There’s not enough adjectives in the world to express how I feel about Tammy Levent. That day Tammy was a therapist, friend, mother figure, and travel agent to me and I KNOW I woke her up hahaha. We laughed about it, I apologize for waking her up and promised to be there 2 hours before the flight took off. Tammy Levent, Katie Levent, and the whole Elite Travel Team have been like family to me for 10 years now and I’ve never a single unsatisfactory moment with anyone there, only plenty of laughs and great moments. They’ve treated me more like family than customer, the pricing is excellent and they’ve always been honest and upfront about everything with me. No hidden fees, no BS. Whenever I talk to any friends, associates, or even strangers about traveling and travel agents, the first name out my mouth is Tammy Levent and Elite Travel Services because I TRUST them. I trust them to give anyone I send to them the best and most professional service available. Fantastic experience: Our trip to Iceland that we booked through Judy with Elite Travel Group was the trip of a lifetime. Every tour was led by friendly and engaging locals who gave us a wonderful perspective of the Icelandic culture. The tour companies were so professional and courteous—and the small groups that we traveled in made the whole experience feel very intimate and personal. We started the trip with a walking food tour, and it was one of my favorite parts getting to experience the culture through its cuisine. Then we of course did the famous Golden Circle Tour with a small group that again completely exceeded expectations thanks to the fun and lively tour guide. By far the most incredible experience was snowmobiling on top of a glacier—before going inside of it through the tunnel tour Into The Glacier. On our last night, we traveled outside the city on a small tour to find the Northern Lights, and we got to see them! Everything was expertly arranged and I felt in such good hands not having to plan a single thing!

Negative experience: Tammy is so rude. My sister expressed some concerns when her travel agent left and no one informed me. She left her a 2 minute voice mail calling her a "little girl."

Fantastic experience: To Judy Sontag at Elite Travel Management Group - Ken & Pat Martin's Anniversary Trip to Sedona, AZ (Enchantment Resort). 2018.11.10: Last evening, we returned from our (almost a) week at Enchantment in Sedona, AZ. It was a wonderful time and fulfilled a “bucket list” dream trip for Pat and me. Our 1-bedroom casita at the Enchantment was one of the best decisions we had made early on since that provided a wonderful private space that allowed us to relax and decompress, which is so important for our precious time away from our daily routines. The views from our casita were breathtaking, and we never tired of the beautiful nature visuals constantly around us. A highlight event for us at Enchantment was the Tuesday evening stargazing event with was very memorable while being quite chilly, but that was part of the experience. They had large telescopes available and very knowledgeable “hosts” to explain what we were viewing. The friendly and helpful staff at Enchantment were a delight. We always felt that it sincerely mattered to them that we enjoy our time while there. While we enjoyed the facilities, lounges, & restaurants at Enchantment, one small negative on the restaurants were the menus that never changed during our stay. Even though the food quality, staff, and service were excellent, we did quickly tire of reading the same menu at the restaurants. With non-changing food selections, we elected to drive about 15 minutes into the nearby town of Sedona for a taste of the local restaurants which were outstanding and allowed us to return home with wonderful memories as well. Notables among the local restaurants were (in no particular order): Steakhouse 89, Sedona Paleo Brio Healthy Kitchen Sedona And Picazzo's Healthy Italian Kitchen, Sedona: Thank you for recommending the Enchantment. Without your recommendation, there is probably no way that we would have known to select such a great resort. Ken

Fantastic experience: Hi Judy! Misha and I just want you to know that we absolutely adored our Italian honeymoon/vacation. There were no glitches whatsoever. From the moment we arrived in Venice (welcomed by a very nice woman at the airport) to the driver taking us to the airport in Rome for our flight back to Orlando, it was all perfect. We loved the tours, the hotels, the food, wine, basically all of it. The only thing that wasn't spot on was exactly what you told us about... the beds! The rooms were spotless and lovely but the beds are hard as heck! As you said, unless you stay in a really expensive hotel, that's what you'll get. Otherwise, no complaints. I've already shared your phone number and email with a friend of ours and sang your praises. So, again, thank you so much for everything. Fantastic experience: There really aren't enough adjectives to describe our experience with this company and our Travel Agent, Roubina Kustubardis. My now Husband and I were referred to this agency when we decided we wanted to skip the big wedding and combine our ceremony and our honeymoon. I talked to Roubina on the phone, explained to her our vision only really knowing that we wanted to get married in Santorini, but not sure about where to stay, and what other islands we were interested in traveling to. She listened, and I let her just go with it, and go with it she did! She took the time to research other islands and picked ones that she thought would best serve our tastes and interests. She even took the time to do some research into the Island we believed my husband's family was from. Our entire trip was that of dreams. We never had to worry about reservations or car services. She had everything set up for us. Every location and hotel she arranged exceeded our expectations. Our ceremony and all of the people she arranged to handle our special day, were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Brides and Grooms often feel so overwhelmed and stressed during their wedding planning, but Roubina stripped all of that away for us and we truly enjoyed every moment. While I have yet to meet Roubina face to face, we have stayed in contact via phone, email and text and I feel like she is part of my family. I have only one other travel agency experience, prior to being introduced to Elite Travel Management Group, and I honestly can't even tell you that persons name. The connection and passion Roubina expressed though out the year of contact, planning and arranging our trip was so evident. From here on out anytime my husband and I plan an adventure, there is only one person I care to work with, and that is Roubina. Fantastic experience: Our family has traveled extensively both domestically and internationally for many years. We dreamed of a vacation to Italy and our friends highly recommended their travel agent, Judy Sontag. I called her in January looking for an itinerary for a vacation in early March. Judy got back to me within a few days with a detailed full itinerary and a price we couldn’t believe! I communicated with her several times a week, whether it was to add or delete something or to ask a question . She responded in a very timely manner each time! Unfortunately, we were hit with a monster Nor’easter the day of our travel which led to cancellations, rerouting and delays along the way! Fantastic experience: Judy Sontag is a pleasure to work with. I booked my first trip to Cuba with her and she took care of everything. She was able to get me the hotel I wanted, organized the tours and secured our visas without any issue. She was also quick to respond to any question I had. She took time with me when I spoke to her on the phone, despite the many questions I had for her and was always pleasant and engaging. She was also on top of any changes or adjustments I needed to make and would get back to me in a timely manner. She is the best!!

Negative experience: My experience with the Agent Kati from Elite Travel was very poor to say the least. Kati was very unprofessional for several reasons and due to her lack of compassion my trip to Punta Cana for my daughter's wedding was more stressful than needed to be. My family , friends and I had a very difficult time communicating with Katie. Katie would not return numerous phone calls or e-mails. When I was finally able to have a conversation with Katie she made several excuses; e.g. I'm very busy with other clients, or she was away on her own vaction. I never felt secure with Katie organizing this special event so therefore this destination wedding was very stressful until the moment we checked into our rooms. I would never allow Katie to ever plan my special day.

Fantastic experience: Tammy this vacation you help plan for myself and family is one we will never forget! From the smallest details were all taken care of. The Hard Rock Resort in Mexico was amazing. My kids had so much fun I hardly saw them the entire trip. All I had to do was relax. From the food ( which was amazing ) to the entertainment was so awesome. We had so much fun. Christmas Eve dinner was incredible and watching Santa come to visit on water jet boots may have brought the magic back for my son. Haha. Amazing room. Every detail was taken care of! Fantastic experience: Judy, thanks so much for all your hard work on setting us the cruise tours. My wife and daughter and I have taken many cruises together and we love them but we always get stuck on a tour with so many people and some of them don't know how to swim and snorkel and we love snorkeling very much This year was soooo great because each tour was private and we could enjoy the water and each other and it was our best cruise we have ever been on because of it 1) Our first destination was St. Kitts and we had a wonderful fast boat and was able to travel to Nevis and had a great tour of the whole island and the lunch and service was wonderful 2) Our next destination was Antigua and we again had a wonderful tour and great snorkel spots. The true high light was the fresh lobster and great food cooked for us on a private island. The service and food were amazing 3) Our next destination was my favorite since it was St lucia and we had a wonderful long sail on a beautiful catamaran to the pitons and the service and the drinks were amazing. Then the snorkel spot was away from everyone and we swam and had a great time together. Then the lunch was cooked on the boat and it was just awesome. Lobster and steak and etc.. and definitely was such a high light for sure and the view of the island and the weather was perfect 4) Next we went to Barbados and we had a wonderful fast boat and a great captain and crew and we were able to swim with turtles and feed fish and swim wrecks under the water. The lunch on the beach at a lobster place was truly wonderful and we all had a great time 5) The next stop was Bonaire and it was my daughter and my wife and mine favorite spot. The captain and crew was amazing and the food was great and the sail boat was very cool. The best part was the water. It was soooo clear and blue and the snorkeling was truly epic and amazing. We went to a beautiful beach and swam with 100's of awesome fish. Truly loved it 6) The next stop was Curaco and it was a close second to Bonaire. We loved the boat and the captain and the 1st mate was really fun to swim with. We had some great spots and the water was truly awesome. The lunch on the beach was my favorite because the beach was so amazing and completely private We will use your company again & again!

Fantastic experience: We just got married in Montego Bay Jamaica on 10/20/17! Elite Travel handled all of all travel for 31 people. It was Amazing!!! My guests said it was the best vacation they ever had! It was an all inclusive resort. Tammy Levent is phenomenal at what she does! This is our 2nd time using Elite Travel and Tammy. Last year we went to San Juan Puerto Rico that trip was awesome as well. I will be using Elite Travel and Tammy for all our future travels. Fantastic experience: We have been working with Tammy and the team at Elite Travel for 10 years now. Not only did she plan our destination wedding but she planned several vacations. The past 2 weeks we spent in Greece planned by Tammy was beyond anything I could ever imagine! I would have never thought to visit Crete but thank goodness we did! Honestly from having to reschedule, to expired passports 24hrs before take off to "misunderstanding" at the hotel Tammy always delivers. I called her in the middle of the night...while I was in Greece... she was in Amsterdam. She answered. And got to work to make me at ease. Our trip was everything I could have imagined (and we imagined a lot). These days people think they can do it themselves online I learned this isn't true. If I hadn't used an agent I'd be screwed. When we had to reschedule she fixed it. When the airline changed our flights she fixed it and when the hotel didn't want to hear me... she fixed it. Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently got back from an amazing trip to Italy for my 50th birthday. Not knowing much about Italy, he met with Tammy pretty much with an empty slate trusting in her many years of experience in the travel industry. Wow! She delivered the trip of a lifetime! The locations and hotels, one more beautiful than the next, the punctuality and professionalism of all of the drivers, the tours she recommended that we book ahead of time and those she said we can just wing on our own time were perfection! Even the specific places she recommended for shopping were right on the money! I have to admit, I was a little nervous since it was the first time traveling out of the country in a very very long time. I had question upon question, concern upon concern. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience we had! This was our first time visiting Italy and we wanted to get the most out of this vacation. Tammy Levent and her excellent team planned us the perfect trip. Their impeccable planning was perfect from start to finish, including the timing of our flights ( which was spot on ) , all private transfers, terrific hotels, and amazing tours. We never would have thought to see the coliseum by torch light at night but they suggested and included this in our itinerary, what a bonus. In each city we stayed we were expertly guided which allowed us to maximize our vacation. In addition they were there for us the entire trip via, email, text and even what's app phone conversations answering any questions we had. They supplied us with an App for our phones that held all the details of our trip and even sent us little messages daily telling us where to shop or visit in a particular city. My husband and I can't imagine doing this any other way, we ended up with a fabulous vacation that included airfare, hotels, tours and transfers at a price we couldn't have matched anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Our trip to Cuba was fantastic. I can’t imagine what the Cuba trip would have been without a guide. What Elite Travel provided was an unbelievable experience. We had the right blend of guided tour and free time. A big shout out to Judy Sontag for handling all the details. All the arrangements from airport transfers to pickup times to prepaid entertainment or meals, the details would have cost us hours in waiting or trying to figure out who, what or where. Negative experience: im amazed at all the positive comments about Tammy...she is the owner and the ceo, however, i spoke withTammy on the phone about and agent that i hadnt heard back from in 5 day. i was only wanting to change agents at that time. Tammy on the other hand backed her agent 100%, and in the mean time Tammy was very rude and quite unprofessional to say the least...At the end of the conversation, i politely apologized for bothering her and took my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Tammy did an amazing job helping us plan and organize our honeymoon in Italy. After another travel agent from a different company failed to help us or even return messages, Tammy came highly recommended and was able to pickup where our previous agent had left off. She got the job done in the short amount of time she was given and was very attentive and prompt with her responses. Tammy even helped us out when there was a tiny mishap with one of our reservations while we were on our vacation. It wasn't her mistake but she was able to quickly rectify the issue from abroad! Fantastic experience: JUNE booked our trip to Cancun for my friends 40th Birthday. I had an amazing time! I think everything went very well, the only issues were that I was booked with another Tour company, so we had to separate for our bus transfers and buy excursions from different agencies. We worked it all out, but that would be the only hiccup since I was with Olympus and they were with Lomas. The food was good, unfortunately I didn't eat as much as I wanted to for some reason, had nothing to do with options, just my body acting funny for whatever reason. It was HOT, since the hotel is open and outside, whenever we left the room we felt the heat, but again, it's Mexico, we didn't think it'd be any different. Service was AMAZING, met a lot of awesome people and I made sure to provide a Trip Advisor review for our favorites. I even saw a raccoon at the beach!! My friends weren't pleased but I LOVE wildlife so I loved every second. I'd definitely go back and thank you for setting it all up for us. We had a blast!!! Hope to work with you again soon!!

Fantastic experience: Pat was so helpful throughout this whole process. We were so busy with work the months prior to vacation and she was able to book us an incredible trip with flights, drivers, excursions, and hotels all under our budget. The hotels were all spectacular with great breakfasts included in all of them. We had a huge mishap on the flight over to Europe due to our arrival at the airport and the entire Elite travel team got together and helped us fixed our error and made it possible for us to make it to a wedding on time abroad with no extra fees for flight changes necessary. They were great!! Without them my bride would have been without her bridesmaid!

Fantastic experience: Judy Sontag of Elite Travel was an excellent Travel Agent for us. She considered our needs as she planned our itinerary. Every suggestion she made was great, keeping us within our budget, time constraints and personal likes and dislikes. We had the best time exploring London and Paris and made some beautiful family memories! I personally enjoyed getting to know Judy during our conversations. She is a sweetheart. We look forward to working with her again, as she made our trip easy and stress free.

Fantastic experience: Tammy at Elite travel management group was amazing she meet all our request for this year annual mother/daughter to mexico. The resort was hands down amazing I had everything I needed and wanted at my finger tips. Along with the food, staff, atmosphere, and was phenomenal. I plan on using Tammy with Elite travel for future mother daughter trips, and any trip I plan too take.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Judy Sontag for my destination wedding in Jamaica and she was AMAZING!!! I honestly had to do close to nothing other than choose the resort and show up. Judy found all the best prices for me and my guests as well as organized all charts and information for the resort and my guests. She was THE BEST and took all the stress out of planning a wedding. THANK YOU JUDY! Judy convinced us to purchase Mobay and it was worth EVERY SINGLE CENT plus more!!! I would have kick myself in the butt if I didn't do it. I feel so bad for people who DONT use mobay. Iberostar: WOW!!!!!!! Such an AMAZING resort!!! It is soooo clean and so pretty! The pool is AMAZING and is right on the beach! Every day they had lunch on the beach which was great because we didn't have to leave. The staff... PHENOMENAL!!!! My party had so much fun with them. The gym... OUT OF THIS WORLD! It was like an expensive gym in Philly and their group fitness classes were awesome! The rooms were awesome. Nicole and Simone were soooo amazing and accommodating... even for this unorganized bride! My bridal bouquet was GORGEOUS! I don't know why they got such bad reviews ? It was everything I dreamed of! The actual ceremony was legit from a dream. It was the most beautiful wedding in the world. I did a bonfire on the beach with a DJ and it was SO MUCH FUN! I loved dancing in the moonlight :) the DJ was amazing (again, don't know why they had and reviews) my wedding dinner went long but Simone had the DJ stay a half our later to accommodate ! I moved the reception to the sunset bay beach bar and highly recommend this since you get the pool bar all to yourself! Made getting drinks so easy! Afterwards we all went to the disco and danced the night away :) The photographer wasn't the best but good enough! I do wish I brought my own photographer in though. Since nick is a wedding photographer we were a  bit more picky on this topic. The videographer was awesome and so much fun so hopefully the video comes out well. Unfortunately the photographer and videographer left at 10 since that is what they were paid for so missed a half hour of a real fun reception. I would give Iberostar and my wedding a 10 out of 10 and wouldn't have it anywhere else!!! Now onto couples swept away. I'll be honest, I was actually pretty disappointed with the place. But I will be honest, it had a tough act to follow. The rooms were disappointing since I got an ocean verandah suite but couldn't see the ocean at all, just the building in front of me. The workers definelty were not as pleasant. The room itself was only okay. It was kinda dirty but had a cool vibe. The beach was crazy pretty but unfortunately it rained the whole time. The food was AMAZING! This was the only option it beat Iberostar in. Hands down best food. The pool was disgusting! We actually didn't even go in it bc it looked so dirty as well as the jacuzzis. I got my hair braided at the salon and told the women I wanted her to fix the one braid and she did so by using a Bobby pin? Very disappointed. Clearly this resort was a lot slower pace because it was a couples resort so nick and I learned fast that we definitely prefer family friendly resorts. We like to play more than be romantic haha. The water sports though were AWESOME! We went snorkeling which was great, paddle boarded for hours and went on the glass boat ride which was all included. However, it rained on all the days we had a catamaran booked so they canceled both times. We didn't get to go on it :( The sports facility was only okay. I went to a spin class and no one, including the instructor showed up. And it was a pain how you had to go across the street to get to it. They are  currently doing a lot of construction so maybe they are working on it? Definitely out dated though.

Fantastic experience: Tammy at Elite Travel is a true professional and really knows her stuff. She takes a personal interest in you and your group and makes absolutely sure you get what you need. We had a school group going to Italy for an entire week and there were all kinds of issues dealing with that and Tammy handled them perfectly. I highly recommend her for whatever your travel needs are. She is awesome! I am someone who does a lot of planning and always use the Internet and travel websites to get what I need. This is the first time I ever used a travel agent and I will never look back.
