Negative experience: First and last time I send something with this agency, very poor customer service, the Ecuadorian or Cuencana with glasses was so tyrant, she talk to you with a very bad face and mood, and does everything but help. People like that should not be in a customer service position… never back again.

Negative experience: The customer service is horrible. I came in on December 26, 2022 at 4:56pm. It was my first time sending money and I had all the information. The clerk was giving me an attitude and didn’t want to help me. This is Poor customer service and I had to leave without sending money. I am now going to western union for a better customer service experience.
