Fantastic experience: Emily did a great job answering all of my many questions about Disney World and Universal Studios. She bought our tickets for us - they are crazy to figure out, so many options! Then she sent a professional binder with all of the info laid out for us and tons of other very valuable info and chart pages to plan out our Lightning Lanes and must do’s for each day in the parks. She also had physical tickets sent for our Disney Days and explained how to get the Universal ones from a kiosks which was easy and took no time at all! Fantastic experience: Planning our trip to Scotland with Kris Vanderlinden was honestly one of the highlights of the trip itself- every step of the way, she was there. Fantastic experience: Holly was so helpful planning my trip to London UK. I haven’t ever been to UK nor planned a trip out of the country, and she really made it easy and not stressful. While planning, I let her know our interests and she took it from there. From plane tickets and a driver to and from the airport, to coordinating a day trip to Stonehenge, and to asking any questions about the hotel or operating the London busses or tube, Holly was able to get me all the answers. It went very smoothly, and I did not need to worry about anything from where to stay the night before the cruise to our transportation. Her detailed planning made every aspect of our trip easier with regard to the tours and travel to our hotels from the airport and then back to the airport for our trip home. We were met by assigned friendly drivers upon arrival at the airports who transported us to our hotels and gave us information about the countries we were visiting. Everything went smoothly with our planned activities and she was available for guidance throughout our stay in the two countries. Fantastic experience: When we decided to accept our nieces invitation to attend her wedding in Ireland, we asked our daughter-in-law, Angela Tressler, an experienced travel consultant with Life is Better Traveling, to plan & organize our trip. We explained to Angie that we wanted to arrive 5 days before the wedding and experience as much of Ireland as possible. She patiently talked us through all the various Disney World choices - from resorts, to dining plans, to the complexities of Genie plus, ILLs, and VQs. The details are taken care of. We recently went to three European countries, and at each airport or train station at a new destination, she had a private transfer set up who would meet us as we got off the train or after we landed, and guided us through to the waiting private car, and to our next hotel. These transitions could have been stressful, but we didn't have to worry. She also had our tickets ready to go for the different experiences we had booked, and we had them in digital and print in case anything happened. We felt prepared thanks to her many travel tips, even down to packing lists and copies of documents. And she was so supportive and patient with all our questions. When the return flights were delayed and subsequently cancelled, we knew what to do when we landed in the connecting location. Everything from which specific tours she booked to where we stayed was a combination of her personal experience and other clients' experiences, so we knew we were getting the best fit. Highly recommend for your travel needs, even those detailed trips with lots of moving parts (that's what ours was)!

Fantastic experience: My family and I took a trip to Santorini, Greece, for a cousin's wedding. This also included my parents, my brother and sister-in-law from Japan, and my aunt and uncle who went along to watch the children while we attended the wedding. We decided to go to Rome and Athens before the wedding, so this was a complicated trip. Nancy did such an amazing job coordinating all these moving pieces that left me able to focus on enjoying the trip and spending time with my family. I honestly cannot praise her skills enough and will absolutely look to her again if we needed help with traveling details.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have exclusively used Mary Y. since we discovered her when she helped our daughter plan a cruise and trip for our granddaughter. Even though we lived across the country, we still rely on Mary's expertise and wide scope of knowledge in planning and execute a fulfilling experience. She is a pro. She has arranged private tour guides at some destinations that increased our ability to get to "know the area". If we just tell her where and what we are thinking about, she will research the options and present them to us in a clearly understandable way and let us decide. She knows are interests and travel choices and will send us a "any interest" when she sees a great deal. She is right there when we have questions...just a phone call or an email. It is the small things that she does that make the trip for us. All our documents organized in a spiral bound packet. Her follow-up and follow-through are impeccable. She has made our retirement life better through traveling and exploring the world.

Positive experience: My husband and I knew we wanted to go to Italy - but had no idea where to start. We had a phone call with Mary to tell her a little about us and the types of activities we were interested in. She did a wonderful job of suggesting an initial itinerary and we tweaked it a bit. Our ultimate 2-week itinerary was everything we hoped it would be. The hotels she chose were perfect. The bound book she sent us with checklists, helpful tips, all our vouchers and daily itinerary was extremely helpful and we referred to it often. When our first flight was canceled she worked with us to help get it rescheduled. Would highly recommend!

All the group excursions she picked for us were fantastic and the drivers she planned were prompt and waiting for us. Fantastic experience: It was our first trip to Bermuda. The island is lovely and we enjoyed our time walking around Port George. Although I didn't go out the next day, my husband and our friends went back over to Hamilton for a short visit. We are very grateful to have had Bridget Leyda as our travel agent. No matter when it happened, if we had a question or a concern about the trip, she was most helpful! Fantastic experience: Sonja has been the best and easiest to work with ! She planned 2 full weeks for us in Italy for our Honeymoon and it was spectacular! Full service with drivers and private guides plus all the excursions and transportation arranged for. The itinerary was easy to follow and the hotels were top notch. We stayed in 4 different cities and saw a handful more with tours. It was both exciting and with plenty of time for relaxing and taking in the local culture.

Fantastic experience: We are back from Italy and had a fabulous time! Sonja planned an amazing vacation for us hitting all of the locations we wanted to see with perfect tours and accommodations. The food was amazing and the countryside was so beautiful. I can't wait to go back again someday!!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing. Initially I was very excited to work with Sonja after reading all the 5 star reviews and speaking with her on the phone. However, that excitement quickly diminished after paying the $200 travel planning fee. Her communication became minimal and then we received a very generic rough draft itinerary that took none of our preferences into consideration. That’s not the worst part though, the total cost she provided for the trip was so inflated/overpriced. I took the time to price everything in her itinerary and found a $4,000 difference in her “cost” versus what I would pay booking everything myself. When emailing her to confront the issue, I was left unanswered. Save your time and money and plan the trip yourself!!!! In response, we never received any further communication from Sonja. Given she had my email and phone number and I do not have a response email or any missed phone calls, she clearly did not make a big effort to reach out. And I priced everything up because I wanted to know where her total cost of $14,000 was coming from since you don't provide itemized breakdowns of cost. I will definitely be planning this myself and saving thousands based on her costs. Thank you for wasting my time.

Fantastic experience: Mary was terrific! She listened and heard what we wanted from our trip to Spain. She was willing an able to make adjustments when we wanted a plan tweaked . The level of detail for itinerary was flawless using both tech (app called trips) and a more traditional format of a bound booklet that included train tickets, tour vouchers and a detailed daily breakdown of our schedule. It was not only a useful tool but it will serve as a nice keepsake to remember our incredible trip . Lastly she had all contact info and instructions on what to do if something wasn’t right but we didn’t need it because everything went perfectly.

Negative experience: Paid $200 “planning fee” and was sent an itinerary that could be described as elementary at best. Communication back and forth was not great. Price checked all the items on the itinerary and came to realize there was a $4,000+ price difference if we just booked it all ourselves. Figured there would be some stuff baked into the price but not $4k!!! Was going to address it privately but after an email and no response for close to a week figured I’d share the experience publicly. Feel conned out of the $200 slightly but non refundable means non refundable.
