Negative experience: I went to Hadley AAA office today to get my real ID, that eye sight checker is soo dirty, no one is cleaning it, I had such difficulty looking thru it as my glasses keep getting stuck, lady sitting told me just keep pushing in, I had to press that forehead bar with my hand to see anything oh and did I mention, it was soo DIRTY !!!!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional service! I went in for a duplicate license after getting my license reinstated. The staff were very kind and knowledgeable, and helped me tremendously! This is my favorite AAA location.

Fantastic experience: My visit was made with an appointment scheduled on the website, and the site gave me list of documents I would be required to bring. The wonderful women working at the AAA in Hadley were so enjoyable to work with for this appointment. They talked to me using my first name, walked me through different processes, even helped me with some forms. There were five other people there asking for services, and still the women at this office were professional, courteous, and patient. I'm sooo glad I didn't end up having to go to the RMV! Negative experience: AAA has been an absolute nightmare to deal with, I have been waiting 9 hours for a tow. at 10, I was told it would arrive by 12:15, which they confirmed an hour later. I called at 1 and they said they would come at 2, at 2 they said three. at three they told me I could go home (an hour away) and take the keys with me and they would pick it up without me being there. at 6 they tell me they cannot tow it without the keys in it!

Fantastic experience: I went to AAA in Hadley recently for my Real ID Driver's License. It could not have been a better experience! My 3:30 appointment started 5 minutes early and I was walking out the door about 7 minutes later. Wow! The clerk was so efficient and friendly and helpful. Seriously, if I could rate it 10 stars instead of 5 I would gladly do so.

Fantastic experience: It was fairly easy to schedule the REAL I'd appointment through AAA and very good service when I submitted my paperwork and got my new photo. Thank you! Just one issue, another service rep was talking very loudly on a phone call, and I had trouble hearing the information from the woman I was working with. The guy was even speaking behind plexi glass, as was the woman I was working with. We did manage to get the photo taken and all was worked out!

Fantastic experience: There was a man(wish i knew his name! i wouldnt have to say man or him. Not sure if he is the only male there)that worked there in the Hadley AAA@the time we were there he was giving eye test & taking payments. He had the best personality! Very kind, helpful, polite, cheerful, had the aura that one would want to b around!. Our Experience would not have been such if he was not there. Other person we dealt w was nice. Not so accommodating & agreeable as the man was, but was pleasant! Did her job. Every establishment should have one of him working there!! Would make experience so much nicer! U could not b anything but pleasant when dealing w him. Idk if he was the AAA manager @ that site. But id like to bring him on down to Wspfld. Told me people drive hrs to come to hadley for license & such especially up towards i think it was northern MA. As they dont have any currant appts. Lot of people in one area, not enough spots open! But i would say they drive hrs to come to hadley just to interact w this one man!! Again i wish i got his name! Pbly did, but im not good w remembering names. In one ear, out the other!! But i guarentee if your there, youll know who he is!! & btw thank u for your kindness & your spirit!! (Mr Man!!)!Can u imagine if all acted accordingly!!

The people who work at the Hadley AAA, a.k.a. the local RMV branch, don't respond to the phones, unless it is an emergency. Trust me, it's not an emergency. Negative experience: We always hire insurance agents to save time and hassle, but unfortunately with this office, we received poor and unprofessional service. We were overcharged, which gave us lots of hassle. My wife and her family have home and auto insurances with them from a decade. We were overcharged on our home insurance back in July 2020. We noticed it in December statement and were informed it was a system mistake and we will get refund ASAP. After 2-3 weeks of follow ups, we got a refund of half amount. We have to deposit more money in our Escrow account so we will not be short because of their error. Our insurance agent is still not sure about the error and why we did not receive the full refund.

Positive experience: Came to get Real ID. Don't waste your time, go to MA registry Estimated time was way off!! One person doing registry processes and she was having so much difficulty. Been here going on 2 hours and still waiting. Too much time invested to walk out.
Negative experience: Losing faith here. I have one vehicle I only drive an average of 60 miles per year. Fortunately Massachusetts auto insurance provides a low mileage discount. I used to have to sign a form annually upon renewal swearing to my mileage. Then that was stopped when they began taking it from the annual inspection and I had to do nothing. Well it got overlooked this renewal. I found the error 10 months into policy year. It was on page 12 of my 14 page policy. AAA would make the correction effective immediately but would not go back the 10 months I overpaid $50. This is why I have an agent... to look out for me.

Negative experience: My wife and I are not AAA members. We were considering joining AAA. However, as a result of a recent experience with the AAA Pioneer Valley Office I will NEVER join AAA. I called the AAA Pioneer Valley Office to inquire about buying foreign currency for an upcoming trip. I had heard non-members could purchase foreign currencies at AAA offices for a fee. The representative to whom I spoke confirmed that I could, as a non-member, purchase foreign currency for a $10.00 fee. I asked SPECIFICALLY about buying the currency of the country to which I was planning a visit. The representative assured me that the currency of the country to which I planned a visit was available. A few days later I drove to the AAA Pioneer Valley office in Hadley. When I went to the desk to purchase the currency, the representative at the desk said that AAA does not exchange the particular currency and he showed me that the currency was not even listed in AAA's currency exchange software! I wasted a trip to Hadley to try to purchase the currency. I have had to alter my travel plans as I would have needed to have a certain amount of the currency in order to get a visa upon landing at the airport in the country. I am very disappointed! Clearly the representative to whom I spoke on the telephone did not check the currency exchange software before she gave me incorrect information! How difficult might it have been for the representative to "do her homework" and check the software before answering my question? My story is an example of how AAA has lost business because of poor customer service! If you want my business, hire people who care enough to actually give out accurate information! I would give this a rating of zero stars but the system will not allow me to post this review if I do not give at least one star. That is the only reason I have given even one star!

Negative experience: Went to purchase theme park tickets. Two of the staff didn't know the login information to purchase tickets on their system. I waited 30 minutes to be assisted by a travel agent and no one came to assist me so I had to leave even though no one else was in the office. People were nice but this was just poor customer service and a waste of my time.
